I only watched his reaction videos to himself out of context, and not the videos themselves, but he says some weird things sometimes and you didnt get to see them, but im glad you had fun!

I love Mat. I have been following him since his first Phineas and Ferb video. The only time ive been frustrated was when he tried to do Epic out of order, but the rest I dont mind because he usually does a part two and gets context or if he likes something he might actually react to it and it's fun seeing him connect the dots. This was really fun! Cant wait to see how he reacts to it.

Omg you haven't watched Ever After High? It's SOOO good!!! If you plan on reacting to more animated shows I 100% recommend it:D (Though I do recommend asking someone for a playlist of all the episodes in order since it's a YouTube series mainly and they weren't released in order)

Your way of creating a random out of context reaction is actually a really good idea, and tbh quite true to the chaos that is Matthew McKenna! I agree with your initial take though. While I enjoy his videos every once in a while, it does stress me out sometimes how out of context he looks at things. It does have its own beauty though - if a song is really well done, you will understand the broader spectrum of what is going on and/or what emotion/conflict/whatever is conveyed. I forgot you're about to turn 30! Maybe it's time for you to finally check out Tick Tick... Boom! It literally starts with a song that is about turning 30!!! And that whole movie is phenomenal!

I have a love-hate relationship with Matthew for the same reason jsksj, the speculation every song instead of just watching in order just makes me crazy, but I allow it because I do think he's hilarious and gives pretty good insight and analysis even with, frustratingly, no linear continuity

I kind of loved how his community bullied him into actually watching Epic IN context because his first couple Epic videos drove them nuts. So at some point he just started reacting to the sagas as they came out.
