Gotta say that this is the first strip in a while where I've been happy with something Jennifer said! Because I feel like it's towards both Dorothy and Joyce - Dorothy, who needed to cut loose and let herself have actual fun, and Joyce, who's continuing to break out of an old mold. Or maybe a cocoon? We've got butterflies popping out left and right over here! I am a little worried about Becky's reaction, because I don't know if it's out of being protective, but if she tries to chide Joyce it might cause another bout of friction. Fingers crossed that it's just a fun time, though! I wanna see Joyce and Dorothy be able to associate the occasional party with more than just trauma. ;w; ❤️
