Most of the cast are still freshmen, an ironic term because their general lack of experience doing their own laundry means they are far from fresh. I mean, my mom made me wash my own clothes all summer before college so I'd know what to do, but never explained how often things like sheets and pillow cases need to go. Ruth isn't a freshman though, so she should absolutely have this figured out by now.

I like the red halo around Ruth's head (I think it's the hallway light through Ruth's hair). Flipping the camera angle on Jennifer both fits her into a narrow frame for the back-and-forth dialogue and makes the visual rhythm work even though Ruth is vertical and Jennifer is horizontal. Ruth's head tilts leftward and down as she moves the topic of discussion back to Jennifer's presence.
