It's slang! It's shown up in the strip before--I can't track it down this morning, but it was something Jennifer/Billie used to describe Daisy. Might've been slang that EMERGED from a typo, though.

@Andrea 9/11 was a huge accelerator, of course, but the Republicans have been pushing for fascism since at least Gingrich, if not Reagan or Nixon. I was concerned about it already in the late '90s.
