It is possible to identify as an enby AND a man. Hence the term non-binary man, someone who may identify with masculinity and use he/him pronouns, while not feeling their gender is exclusively male. Not saying this applies to Booster, and Willis's reaction tends to imply it doesn't, but non-binary isn't a nice little one size fits all gender.
