SAJUUK’S DERANGED PROPHECY: Okay, so it goes like this. 1.) Billie, predictably, fumbles Alice. Probably in a way that maintains their budding reconnected friendship but denies Alice’s dreams of cheerleader tribadism, at least for now! 2.) As a result, Becky and Alice hook up. They both love kissing girls, they’re both horny on main, they’re both friendzoned by their oldest bestie. The spark lights a fire that lasts at least the night, IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵) 3.) Asma is devastated when the Becky/Alice makeouts happen. She goes to cry in the bathroom. Ruth, who is cheering inside about Alice and Billie not hooking up any more, feels bad for her coworker and goes to check on Asma. 4.) In a moment of weakness and vulnerability, Asma and Ruth end up making out. They nearly make it to second base before they realize what a terrible idea this is. They flee the karaoke room in terror. 5.) Billie, oblivious, thinks to herself: “Hell yeah, look at my wingwoman powers! Alpha bongo wins again! :D”

I blame how much we’re programmed from birth that heterosexuality has to be the default. If you remove all of that influence I think something like 65% of the world is bisexual.

Yeah always tough to see people being very blasé about something that is actually a huge deal for you. We don’t know anything about how Asma’s family feels personally about homosexuality. Or even if they’re all that conservative. So not gonna make any assumptions about that until she herself says something. However from what we have seen of Asma herself she is someone who deeply values self control and discipline. And also her privacy. Alice might be her first experience having a crush on anyone let alone on a girl and she might just find the feeling of being attracted to someone to be a disconcerting experience. Alice being a girl might be making it more difficult for her personally because of her own relationship to her religion but it could also just be her not liking what attraction does to her: Alice tempts her and she doesn’t like feeling tempted. Alice distracts her and she doesn’t like being distracted. Alice just by existing has her somewhere she clearly does not want to be! She’s socializing for fucks sake! At KARAOKE! She is that “ my pussy has taken me places I wouldn’t go with a gun” meme personified.
