Robin's gonna Robin.

Harold

Joke's on you, Robin. Raidah *never* laughs.

Andrea Andrew

Robyn is now the puppet of a bitter social climber.

Jamie (QueenofSodor)

she's more of a furby than a puppet; puppets actually perform

Ah—the Tony/Sarah discussion was a pivot to this strip, while also introducing an arc for Tony. Willis likes strips to perform multiple functions. And now we see Raidah's use of her contact with a former congresswoman—and a forefinger. Is there *nobody* Robin won't irritate? And I remember when the *lamp* was her aide—it was so labeled.

C.T. Phipps

I am surprised she's not calling Frieda. Frieda was a character I always wanted a redemption arc for. She was going to quietly fire the evil rapist and that's pretty unforgivable but I feel like she might have been radicalized by Becky's idealism.

DramaQueen

Let’s hope she’s too clueless and erratic to be of any use. And ultimately good hearted.

Tessea

Aide? Now that's a name I've not heard in a long time...

Amós Batista

my question is: who will give up first?

GundamBradley

Raidah's going to try to play the tune, but we'll see if Robin dances to her satisfaction.

Sajuuk-Khar

this may be the best “odd couple” admixture of all time

Shane Wegner

The penalty for being a perma-goofus shouldn’t be you get thrown in jail and lose your job- but DeSanto is making her own life harder by choosing to be a nonstop bumbler.

Shane Wegner

“It wasn’t my name when you first heard it, either!”

@Harold Well, not in front of civilians, I'm guessing.

It didn’t occur to me to dread this character combination, but now that I see it, I am making up for lost time with retroactive dread

Edwin I Callahan

He’s also doubling as the fool on the hill…

Simon Magid

And Raidah's gonna Raidah.

Harold

"I love Aide." "Do you really love the aide, or are you just saying it because you saw them?" "I-I love Aide."

Harold

It's a good thing that Dorothy a) isn't here, and b) is no longer interested in being president. Because if she had to watch Becky giving a lecture on how to succeed in electoral politics, her soul would slowly slide out of her body.

Robin DeSanto Picks up the phone vainly hoping that it's Leslie Bean Lives in a dream

Empress of Robots

Robin is precious and did absolutely nothing wrong ever (except for all those years she worked as a putatively conservative Republican congresswoman).

Raidah DMing the corrupt congressman is just so on brand
