I genuinely don't know how this is supposed to resolve the situation, in any way. The police aren't going to stop until they arrest AmaziGirl. So what, Dorothy is going to get herself arrested? Then the police will recognise she was the girl on the newspaper cover rather than AG, keep her arrested for being there, and carry on the search for the actual AG? Alternatively she gets spotted, escapes, the police still haven't found AG but keep searching rooms. There must be something I'm missing here!
