Who Are These People

Mulder in Skinner's office: "Cancer man!" That's a fan homage. Fans started calling the character 'cancer man' on fan forums and the show writers picked it up. In the credits he's "Cigarette smoking man".

Nurse Owens was an angel, in my opinion. This is one of my fave episodes of the whole series.

I'd forgotten how moving this episode was, and how much character growth all the major players get in such a small amount of time. For me, "One Breath" is where the series graduates into the big leagues. The stakes have been set, you have a fair understanding of which sides the players are on (or do you? TRUST NO ONE!), and the series' leads have their jobs back alongside a renewed sense of purpose. The training wheels are off, and we're really starting to pick up speed. Where do they go from here? NO SPOILERS!

You learn something new each and every waking day. I am and have always been a big Fan of this show and had no Clue that Fox Mulder middle name is William. With the real horror being not knowing Scully's middle name as well. This Episode had me feeling blue watching The good Doctor down for the count. Please keep these absolute classics coming. Not to be crude, but Gillian Anderson's bust has gotten bigger. This happened to my ex-wife when she had our twins. I had noticed that Scully had taken to wearing oversized raincoats to hide this.
