the list of things I am mad at Fox for is too long to go into.. I only caught this amazing show a few years ago, totally in love with it. It;s a work of genius with the best set of characters in any series ever made. I am totally there with everyone who is sas at what might have been. Turned out, they could take the sky from us.

Dawn, Firefly reboot, remake, or continuation rumors still persist to this day. Nothing official has been announced about the show returning in any form, yet. All the cast, except for Ron Glass, who sadly passed away, are either available or have moved on to new shows. They've all expressed very real interest in a return tho, except Joss Whedon himself. It could still be done without Joss but as good? It can't be soon tho. Some actor's of the cast are on hit TV shows still running, if they don't reboot & re-cast the whole show fresh(I hope not). Dawn, one of your wishes did come true tho. FOX was bought by Disney awhile back. Now Disney owns everything FOX owned, including Firefly. So FOX did end, as it was, forever! It is called 20th Television Studios now. Will they bring Firefly back & how? With Disney, who knows?

Thank you, Dawn. We enjoyed watching it with you. You're the funnest! (Shut up, it's a word). I liked this episode but I wish it was an hour long, or I wish they would've somehow introduced "Jubile" in an earlier episode so we could know more about him and see him develop before they offed him. =D He was an interesting character.

well, truth is, all those loose ends were going to be explored and played with in seasons to come. Yeah, hurts don't it? Fun fact to add a wee bit of a smile, Wash was also the voice of the droid K2SO in Rogue one.

I can touch upon some of the major points of FOX's gorram mis-handling of Firefly... I think one of the main reasons they did is because the suits at FOX wanted another big hit like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, and Joss wanted to make his masterpiece instead. And despite only having one season, Firefly IS Joss' masterpiece (in my and most fans' opinions). Airing the show on Friday at 10 PM (the dreaded 'Death-Slot') was a major factor for the show's low ratings. Too many peeps dating/partying... This was a calculated move by the suits to sabotage Joss, or so it is said... Airing the show out of order came about because the suits thought the pilot was too long without enough action (what What WHAAAT!!??) so they asked for a second pilot which was The Train Job. Other eps being out of order has me scratching my head... The three eps that never aired were Trash (likely because Nathan is naked), The Message (more naked, or "nekkid" as Tracy says lol) and Heart of Gold (likely because of the scene with Burgess and the traitor Chari on her knees on the balcony). I never saw any, but I heard that the promo-spot commercials for the show didn't really give people any idea what Firefly was really about. As I heard it, Wash was made to look like a stoner-type! The cast was informed of the cancellation while filming 'The Message', and Nathan, Gina, Alan and Morena had to film the mustache-story scene just after getting the news. They pulled it off like the pros they are! After cancellation, the fan outcry was as loud as it was after Star Trek was cancelled in the late 60s. We all know what happened there... But Firefly is considered to be "...the only 'FAILED' television show in history to get a feature film made." I paraphrased that but it's essentially correct. Here I've gone and written another essay lol... Love you Dawn! PLEASE watch Serenity SOON!
