Jen have you read any of Dr. Spock's stuff or have you heard of him? I was wondering since he has that last name. His book were very popular starting in the later half on 1900's. He died in 1998.

Max du Coudray

Oh my god! Legitimately in my top five movies of all time and my very favorite comedy ever made.

Drew

Was blown away by the frenetic camerawork when first released. The "O.P.E." and "P.O.E." spray-painted on the bathroom door is a call back to "Dr. Strangelove." Look forward to the Coen's first movie "Blood Simple" and more Kubrick films at some point.

Harvey Lee

Raising Arizona is one of my favorite comedies , i think it RAISED the bar for high energy comedies the frantic pacing and camera work barely lets you catch your breathe before the next gag :)

Glenn Galloway

Besides being one of the best comedies put to film, it's also the most adorable heist movie.

Toc

Great cut, as usual.

Georgius Agricola

My Mom had Dr. Spock's book, and I'm 70! And then came Star Trek. Dr. Spock was attending an anti-war rally in NYC in the 1960's and when one of my older sister's girlfriends learned of this, she wondered if he was going to wear his ears! Ahh, the 60's! ;-)

Georgius Agricola

I love how literate and lyrical Cage's voiceovers of his dreams are, contrasts beautifully with his waking hayseed persona.

I am a few months from being 50. I do not know if my mom read any of his books. But I would not be surprised if she did for me and my older brother.

This movies is in many ways like a live action cartoon.
