Some guy

Soooo. Yeah. Those symbols are the kanji for "5". The Japanese use it for counting because it also takes 5 strokes to write (like tally marks with the 4 lines with a slash). Since she was dressed as a character from an 18+ game, I leave it to your imagination what they would be counting. Marin-chan, you don't need to be THAT accurate...

There’s a cosplayer I met at a convention, a friend of mine knows him but I saw him in the wild once. He has his own kind of fun. He dresses up as Boba Fett, a bounty hunter from Star Wars. And he carries around a book of bounties/wanted posters of various characters from all sorts of things. So he “hunts” for the bounties in that book. When he comes across someone cosplaying as someone in his book, he stops compares the picture to the cosplayer and “captures” them. (Taking a pic with them, usually posing as though he is arresting them)

Im just going to be blunt about the marks on her thighs Remember that the character she's dressed up as is from an 18+ game. Each mark is for how many times someone has released a orgasm inside of her

25:40 damn sometimes Neila’s innocence catches me off guard 🤣 she’ll go from that to a complete degen the next minute

For your question at 8:35, Anime con are big gathering event on multiple days to celebrate anime culture like Anime, manga, seiyuu, announcement of game etc... And cosplay event are smaller gathering focused on cosplaying, showing off outfit etc... Or so it is what I understood while searching, hope I didn't catch that wrong ^^" Don't hesitate to correct me if i'm wrong tho...

HellSpawn

Since the markings already got explained, the rule for dressing not to skimpy comes from unfortunate interactions on those events, be it attendees not keeping their hands ( or other body parts/cameras) from the cosplayers OR some more "into it" Cosplayers crossing the line on their own, they started those rules to keep those events more user friendly for everyone.... Not that those kind of things have completely stopped... Or that there are 18+ cosplay events...

Funny story about the author when she was researching these events for the manga she asked a member of the staff if a girl could have a guy accompany her if she couldn't do her makeup or her fake eyelashes and she was told "there's no girl who can't do her eyelashes" Later when she tried her first cosplay as Roberta from Black Lagoon (I'd recommend watching the series) she started talking out loud about how there is a girl who can't do her eyelashes

Reagarding your question at 18:45 with the heat in cosplays. There are some things you can do like wearing it only for a period of time and take lots of breaks but there are things for the costumes aswell. Some fabrics are made to allow extra air flow, then there a gel pads you wear under the costum that cool you down or furry suits and armors often have small fans build in. But dont get me wrong, even WITH all these measures in place it gets REALLY hot and drinking enough and taking breaks is soooo important.

Twohearts Off

This anime is filled with many more instances of either Gojo or Marine having God-tier rizz without even noticing. (no spoilers here) Keep in mind that Marine is considered very attractive and Gojo doesn't look bad at all, he's just seen as "a loner" so no one is really approaching him. Even Marine thought he had a girlfriend when she saw the fake eyelashes he had for dolls. So yeah now you've got a gorgeous girl with masterfully crafted cosplays of beautiful characters, and the rather attractive passionate dude who made them. Not sure how they didn't end up marrying each other right after that cosplay event.

☝️🤓️ Tiny correction: The kanji for 5 is actually 五 , but the kanji they use for tally marks is 正 , which means something along the lines of 'positive, correct, proper' , as in 正しい (tadashii: true/correct/proper) or 正に (masa ni: indeed/exactly)

Didrik Svahn

The thing about Gojo’s personality is that he is pretty shy, insecure and has social anxiety. Which is pretty relatable IMAO, so I love how Marin often picks up on that.

The Force

We're breaking the Cute count barrier with this episode everybody Also for the furry suits/armor cosplays there's a couple tricks I learned from an ex. You can design them to have some degree of ventilation hidden by the plating/fur and stuff. Also bodysuits, you wear like moisture wick body suits underneath, you still get *really* sweaty and it's still hot but it helps apparently. If you're willing to put hella money in you can get actual like mechanical ventilation installed (no idea how that works without being loud as a bi- but). Using lighter materials that breath better too. Buncha different ways. Ultimately though you just are going to be hot, there's no stopping it completely, so you come mentally prepared and bring lots of water xD

How many uploads in a day. I think Neila likes romance anime when they are actually good. Girl, check out Toradora sometime. It was like the original bridge to romance anime for a ton of people and holds up

BamBam

omg I love Neila's avatar so much man - that shy lip bite at 26:34 with the blush - man that looks so cute... and by the way - Neila - you can say Furry, not Fury XD I know you can say it right, you have in the past xD

Neila Reacts~

it seems i do enjoy romance but i cry a lot during it so i like to watch them ALONE THO XDDDD

Neila Reacts~

there s no girl who cant do her eyelashes?? i m so cooked oof

2lazy2username

My bad, I didn't realize that you had a reaction to media you watched. I feel bad for enjoying it now lol

Some guy

Derp. You are absolutely correct. Not sure why I had the brain fart.

Virtuous_Wanderer

Fun fact, I know how furries specifically (or at least some) can wear their fur suit for so long by way of having a suspiciously wealthy furry friend. Some of them actually have little fans built into key spots like around the head, and some even have them at their chest or back. My friend's in particular has a fan in the head, one blowing on their back, and another at their hip. They are all wired to independent batteries that are attached to the suit's skeleton.

Virtuous_Wanderer

I love it when cosplayers have that kind of schtick or some kind of gimmick with their outfits.

Virtuous_Wanderer

I used to have to help my ex with her makeup and eyelashes all the time. It isn't that she COULDN'T, its more that it was harder for her due to having nerve issues in her hands so she couldn't keep them from shaking sometimes.

Virtuous_Wanderer

That was something that I ALWAYS would think about like... to us, Gojo looks pretty average but, compared to the other guys from the show, he is actually pretty good looking, well built, and surprisingly tall. Like you said, the people were probably staring because, a beautiful person in a mastercraft cosplay next to a tall, good looking guy. It would have been weirder if they weren't getting looks IMO.

Kuddo to the Dark Vader and Mastercheif cosplayer in summer cons. The unsung hero of our picture dreams

Ricky Picky Ricky

30:51 Subtle point here that I just noticed. The image gets out of focus a couple of time since is from Gojo's POV and he is falling asleep. Fine! 31:08 Gojo drops the 'B' bomb

Ricky Picky Ricky

Somewhere else it is said that Gojo is 185 cm tall (the conversion to feet and inches is an easy exercise for the reader...). He does not look neither too fin, nor too fat. A guy that tall with a proportionate body structure is a potential well-looking guy. As someone else said, he is a shy and gentle giant.
