I didn't have to go far to find Matsu as she had taken over the server room for this courthouse which also had a good number of tools and... A copious amount of more 'mundane' weapons.

"Is that... Twenty Laser Rifles duct-taped together?" I asked blankly at seeing some of the laser rifles that I helped bring back from the Super Mutants that the group and I had killed earlier.

Matsu blinked at me looking the array of laser rifles, before she nodded with a grin as she said. "Yup! Thank you for bringing these pretty things as well. You woudn't believe how difficult it can be to find or make weaponized crystal lenses!"

Then she rested her chin on her hand as she said teasingly. "So what can this little Matsu do for our group's wonderful Ashikabi?"

I hummed thoughtfully even as I saw her thighs slowly grinding together while her free hand was firmly gripping her chair's armrest.

"I was hoping you had some technical books on crafting. It can be any kind of crafting technical books as well."

Matsu blinked at my request before she asked for clarification. "Hmm? You want books on making magical tools or something? Matsu is afraid that she doesn't have any such thing, honestly."

I shook my head and said simply. "It doesn't need to be books on magical subjects nor does the book itself need to be magic. Just some books on pottery making would be useful for me, even."

Matsu put a finger to her lips in thought before she mused. "Hmm I see. Have you checked the library in the next building over? But on hand, I do have a technical book about metal refinements to be used in making electric parts if that can help?"

I hummed thoughtfully as I wondered how that would transfer over into a crafting skill before I shrugged and said with a smile. "I would appreciate the book, Matsu. But do you need the book still? Because once I read it, my powers will break the book down and absorb its concept to enhance me, basically."

"Matsu has already read the book thoroughly... Here, follow Matsu, it's on my bedside table." She said excitedly as she left her computer chair and brought me to another side of the computer lab where her personal area was.

And she opened up the bedside cabinet/table and handed me a moderately sized technical book that depicted a bunch of electrical parts on it's front cover.

Then, as I took the book, Matsu giggled and leaned in before asking quietly. "Hmm, Matsu is curious about your gaming ability. Could I watch as you absorb the book after reading it?"

Looking up from the book, I said with an easy smile that made Matsu flush deeply. "Sure, but I will take a couple of hours to read this book, though."

And Matsu, taking a breath, said through tight lips. "Matsu... Is very patient! Go ahead and sit on my bed and start reading."

For a moment, I considered letting Matsu just stew, literally stew in her juices as her legs shuddered with how close we were and how she was so clearly reacting to me so strongly.

But after the moment I put the book into my inventory and stepped forward to place a hand on Matsu's cheek as I pressed into her.

Matsu's eyes went hazy as she began to pant with a delirous smile crossing her face as she giggled. "Oh! Is Jake going to take Matsu on his own initiative?"

I gave her a cheek, a gentle squeeze as I leaned in and said softly. "Seems like you want me to be more active, huh?"

And Matsu's following words made even me flush as she giggled and pressed her large breasts against me as her glasses all but fogged over with her panting. "Yes... Matsu wants you to put a leash on her and kiss her whenever her Ashikabi wants!"

In a normal situation, her third-person Matsu speech could be a little weird. But with a girl like Matsu, a little third-person disorder was perfectly fine!

So with Matsu even in the throes of her reaction towards me giving the A-Ok as it were. I dipped down and kissed Matsu with our lips meeting with a soul bond instantly forming between us as her Sekirei wings shot from her back!

Those wings of energy spread out and then swooped in to surround Matsu and me, our lips breaking apart as Matsu said softly. "By the wisdom of our pledge. I will bestow the teachings of the world to my Ashikabi."

I firmly pulled Matsu into a hug with me and kissed her forehead as I said quietly. "Wanna snuggle as I read this book?"

Matsu pressed up against me with her nose taking in my scent at my neck, and exhaled heavily as she said with a giggle. "Matsu would love nothing more to do haha!"

And well, that was how I got a new Sekirei, just being upright with the 'most perverted' of the Sekirei, who likely was just overwhelmed at me actually going for her instead of letting her play around.

Still, with a big titty redhead sitting in my lap as I leaned against her large mass of pillows, she kept upright just for reading like this... I had the wonderful joy of having some wonderful breasts to play with as I started reading the terribly dry book on metallurgy.

Matsu actually grumbled as I flipped a page with her words, making me snort. "How many times have you snuggled with Musubi and Akitsu like this? I know that, that tsundere Tsukiumi isn't so easy to handle either, so she probably won't snuggle with you like this, huh?"

"Hmm, as for Akitsu and Musubi. We snuggle all the time... Technically including how we have slept together ever since I winged them. I have spent more time with either of them at least holding my hands or in my lap than alone or not in physical contact with them."

And then after a moment, I chuckled and said in a teasing manner. "As for Tsukiumi... I just kiss and bully the tsundere out of her with so much love it melts her Sekirei brain."

Matsu slightly shifted in my arms before she said with a huff. "Hmph, I should have just attacked you when you first arrived and gone to bed... I thought those twins would have done, and it gave them space, but they are just being cowards."
