AGARES is now on RoyalRoad. As always, any reviews or ratings are highly recommended, and if you've been waiting for a chance to thrust it in front of a friend's face, now is the chance. I've gone over AGARES with another editing pass, and the entirety of Book 1 is attached as EPUB and PDF. Barring any other last minute changes, this should represent the "complete" version of releases 1-7 until and unless I get it in front of an editor instead of my own eyeballs.

Thanks for reading, as always.

Love that cover art, hah. Although our boy would probably use Air Leap instead, way less work than wallbreaking.

Nice the see it being released on rr. I can't say particularly why, but that cover art really reminds me of AI art. I had to actually check you had an artist for that.

Just finished reading it, absolutely great with a hilarious ending. It was clear pretty much immediately that the audience rating thing mapped directly to the RR stars system (or other similar systems), but I still didn't see the ending coming. One thing though. Deimo calls Mulligan a "nonce" near the end. That word can sometimes get thrown around in the same way as "asshole" or similar, but it has a very specific meaning in slang that doesn't quite fit there. If you plan on making any future edits then I would recommend changing that out for a different insult.

I've been waiting for this to finish, so excited to read!!

I've seen to run into an issue. I came from royal road and read up to release 9, but 10 seems to be missing? I'm sure you wouldn't just end on a cliffhanger without an author pov, that would just be fucked up and cruel.
