I'm pretty sure Yang would have told people about Raven being a maiden. We just havent seen it because it happened off screen and Raven hasn't been of importance since the end of V5 for that to have been brought up.

I always got the impression that Raven thinks its better for Yang if she stays away. That goes along nicely with always having a tether to her thanks to her semblence and when that tethered disappeared I can see Raven having a complete turn around Wont be shocked if Ruby's message and the response to it also helped get her to join. Raven seemed convinced theres no way to win against Salem..she had her hope destroyed somehow. And we see how much Ruby's message gave the world hope

Yes thank you @ your comments about Neo lmao I cannot wait to meet theodore. There are theories that he's a descendant of Lewis I cant really put blame on yang for not pulling ruby onto her lap or something as she was passed out. They put her on her side in a recovery position which is exactly what youre supposed to do when someone passes out so that they dont choke

You got the grandfather and grandson confused kinda. Grandson semblence was out of control because hes too young and untrained. He can affect other peoples emotions Grandfather's semblence was also out of control due to old age giving him dementia like symptoms. So when he lost control of his semblence he was unable to turn off his grandson's semblence. They did pretend his grandfather had the emotion bomb semblence as a way to protect the grandson and that why the villains targeted the grandfather.

At the very least she had to tell them that Cinder did not get the spring maiden's power. As that would be a major concern. And not sure how you reveal that wjthout revealing raven had the power all along as if vernal had it its still a risk cinder does

The Everafter is such a powerful resource I would be surprised if team RWBY don't find a way back at some point. I'd also like to see Oz' reaction to finding out the supposed gods of creation were themselves creations. I can see a possible finale in which Salem is diverted from her world-ending plans on the discovery of a power greater than the beings that cursed her, one that could give her back her mortality.

This is in the future where Ruby has used her silver eyes to purge the Grimm energy from Salem, but she’s still left with an immortal being desperate to die. Well, Ascension is the next best thing, right? So they bring Salem to the Everafter to find her peace.

With Tai, pretty sure everyone thinks Summer is KIA or turned into a hound by Salem. I'm pretty sure the most prominent theory in the FNDM is that Tai is working with Glynda doing something related to protecting Beacons relic.

Somewhat's purpose is an updated version of the cat's purpose. Their job is to go look for afterans who lost their purpose or is struggling with it and help them figure it out. Whether that is with or without the tree. In genera it seems like the 2 brothers were very direct and heavy handed with their creations and so their method of fixing people who need new purpose was heavy handed all or nothing. A Somewhat appoarch seems better overall to avoid the extreme shifts and stuff

The most popular theory who the hooded figure in Theodore's office is is the summer maiden, her identity being a character mentioned in the second book (0% confirmed, 100% headcanon) As to who Somewhat has seen, countless theories one more outlandish than the next (I have seen Superman jokingly being suggested) So you are now in the hiatus, just hope that it does not get a mad as the last ones (Yorse, Blokonut, bald Blake, just to name a few)

My somewhat theory is also that its Summer. The time travel possobility and "when" the blacksmith said they were going back makes me think someone is goijg be out of sync in time.

So, I have A Theory based on Jaune's short. Jaune says Lewis wrote their adventures down in his journal, which eventually became Lewis's book. Jaune also says he told Lewis and Alyx his story. A story that happens well in the future from Lewis's perspective. My theory is that Lewis wrote a second book with everything Jaune told him, that book is hidden somewhere, and at some point Summer found it and that had something to do with her leaving I like what we've seen of Weiss's outfit so far but I'm waiting for the full design before I make my mind up, so I can see if Weiss is wearing red (I'm a WhiteRose shipper, we have a whole Thing about Weiss wearing red) Also, you're absolutely right about WBY (and Jaune) also having their own things going on that made it harder for them to notice Ruby was struggling and I'm glad you brought that up

Now that youre caught up fully going scattershot some of my theories that touch on things you mentioned. In the animiac the professors said Glynda went to get help. My theory is the help will be menagerie with Ilia and Ghira and them. Possibly Argus too. I dont think Neo will return..she gives big hero of another story now vibes. Remnant was never her home, she never belonged there and now she can be elsewhere. Maybe the tree send her to find the gods. Tai is protecting the relic of choice. He is always in parch for some reason and is the only member of team STRQ ozpin doesnt call on for missions for some reason. Why? He's on one. We also do not know his semblence. Could be it is something kinda like the lamb faunus's semblence that can store objects in a pocket dimension. He is why salem has not found the relicnar beacon yet as he is keeping it. And less big mystery theory but I thibk the show is going end with a return to vale for the final relic. In v12 probably. 2 volumes in vacao and then you end where you begin. Tyrian is going fight Juane and lose. Juane's semblence might even be able to beat Tyrian's. Tyrian was extremely interested the first time and my guess is his huge aura is why. Tyrian can punch a hile through someone's aura and attack them directly. Thats why hes so deadly. Depending on how it works exactly, jaune could be able to ngate that. Either his aura is just too big for tyrian to punch through or he can regenerate it too quick for him. Emerald is going join Juane's team. No real logic here. Just fits well. This is closer to a crack theory but I cannot give up to on it. Oscar and Ozpin will be seperated at the last moment. Thanks to Pietro. Pietro knows how to create bodies that can contain aura/souls and how to seperate auras. Whether he can do that on somone else or only himself is up in the air but they can find a work around for that. Volume 3 show atlas has the ability to combine peoples aura and doing the reverse seems plausible (i also think the research used to give Amber's aura to Phyrra was gained by making Penny and the 2 projects were linked). So we will get a robot Ozpin and Oscar back as much as he can be

Your theory about Lewis' second book (or Summer found his journal) is interesting. What if Jaune told them about the clock fruit? Summer's plan may have been to use them for time travel. We know Summer has met Salem - but we don't know _when_. Could be she went back in time and tried to stop her with her silver eyes, and nearly succeeded, which is why Salem *started* hunting down people with silver eyes.

Sad fun fact; Miles apparently recorded that Jaune short the day he learned Rooster Teeth was shutting down. So there's a lot of deeply emotional double meanings in the last part of that monologue. CRWBY and the FNDM meant the world to him. And I'm so glad he's still writing for RWBY after all these years. -- Jaune/Miles: "...People around you who make you feel more than you are. Or maybe they see you in a way you can't see yourself. It's the same warmth that a good fire brings; laughter, and a good meal. I'm willing to be wrong in this, but I think that Jaune ISN'T an option, because Somewhat only ever met him as the Rusted Knight, before he was de-aged. Plus, Juniper would recognize him instantly! Edit: Also, I THINK you're getting Mantle and Mistral mixed up name-wise. Mantle was the original Kingdom before Atlas took to the air, and both were destroyed at the end of Volume 8. (Spoilers for anyone watching this video without watching that one, for some reason.)

We don't fully know if this is/will be cannon to Vol 10+ yet. So 'everyone' knowing Raven is a Maiden might not hold through. That said, if Raven does come by, showing that is about the only thing that's going to keep everyone else from lynching her. My take with Oscar/Ozpin is that after the merge, he will keep the name Oscar, even if only in 'honor' of the boy he once was. Since we know the first was Ozma, but Jinn never said what name the other incarnations took, but that he did really try to keep the lives they had before (the family man that looked like it was the fourth or so incarnation who made the cane specifically), so I'm pretty sure the name of the last one is cast aside for the current. Oh, you seem Somewhat worked up about the cliffhanger? :p

If not every time then almost every time, it'll be sad to see this end but its been a pleasure to watch! Weirdly I am less interested in STRQ than most, I was a Faunus Rights Revolution film, I even wrote a treatment for it that the VA for Sienna apparently liked XD Its Scotlaaaand lmao. Also yes, I too sighed the second I realized it was Sun & Neptune, its a whole thing with them. Miles is a much better VA than many realize. Based Qrow, based. Mhm Winter saw them fall so they know the gist. Theodore has suuuuch a good design, also I love Vacuo's aesthetic and how they wove technology in subtly like the holographic doors to keep sand out. It is interesting that Ozpin and Qrow may have fallen back on their habit of secret keeping now that RWBY isn't there to press them on being open. I've seen theories that Sun's cousin might be the local Maiden which could be interesting. Sorry for stressing the killed, the contention is less liking her (I love Cinder after all) & how often it seems Neo's actions get softened compared to others. IE you've said Cinder is much more cruel and murderous than Neo but both kill and take pleasure in it, both torment others and take pleasure in it and between the two Cinder's backstory is infinitely worse so it feels like a double standard XD "Oh no please spare us- AAAAH" XD Those chibis were so cute. Also goooosh I adore the art in these so much, gorgeous. Jaune's segment is interesting, Ren looks so playful, it seems like Nora is bouncing back. Also gosh poor Oscar, the merger is so hard on him! I really like his advice, useful for keeping perspective. I did a video on how much I love RWBY's spin on time travel it is fascinating. Splaturday is such a sweet gesture, it says a lot about how biased Jaune had become against the Ever After that he had forgotten that stuff by the time RWBY had showed up. CRWBY love twisting in the knife of Pyrrha. Damn Miles is such a good VA. I love the vibe these end on, they all have this, keep moving forward have hope attitude. Somewhat, I love Somewhat!!!! Ruby doing a fairy tale story is so good!!! The Somewhat based reframe was really clever and added to the storybook atmosphere and low key I could easily see a whole game being built around this concept. Also its funny you mentioned you thought Somewhat would never come back given the ending, muahahaha XD The art style is so gorgeous, love seeing it. The Cookie guy got brought back which does imply that Neo's Jabberwalker didn't wipe out souls. Low key that calicos cat in the background I think is Neo, at the tea party with the Herbalist. Also the Princes game table is cool as fuck. Little one, aaaah!!! HAHAHAHAHA, yeees, they're baaaack, the look on your face was perfect, big mood, hahahahah I love it big mood lmao! Loved the analysis into even foot steps. Low key no clue, but I think Ruby might be going back for one reason or another. The characters look so good in this style, also aaaah Yang, she's such a sweetie and I love Ruby's delivery! Every time I see Ruby being fanned over I am just like, "Give that girl a cult!" Low key its nice to see someone who likes Ruby's V7 design. Boba Boba Bobaaa! Honestly given the failures of the previous generation I think whatever Tai is doing is going to end up being a bad idea. Love Yang's speech, I especially liked the emphasis on Ruby not needing to like justify or explain herself. The code word is a really nice idea. As noted previously Ruby was placed in the recovery position so I a not bothered by that myself and yeah I think everyone was in problem solver mode and when they did try and press Ruby she shrugged it off so nothing got done. Mhm I think it was outfits, woot! I really wanna see the DC Crossovers and Ice Queendom, less fussed on Chibi, though with money I might nee to bound between Patreons. Best of luck going forward! Oh random theory time, I think Summer fell in the same Grimm pool that Salem did but rather than becoming a Hound or a Grimm mutant like Salem her silver eyes were the only thing to 'survive' and basically make up the core of a ghost Banshee Grimm that Salem can only nominally influence. With her being in charge of searching for the Beacon Relic.

Yeah. I also have a strong suspicion that the Everafter will be a key point in "defeating" Salem. We already know from the Lamp that while Salem is immortal and cannot be killed, she could potentially still be REMADE in the Tree, like so many others. She could find herself a new purpose. In fact, I'd kind of like to eventually see both her and Oz actually return to the Tree, to be given a fresh start again with each other, without all the baggage of what happened with the Two Brothers. Plus, of course, the Blacksmith itself is a whole tier above The Two Brothers and Remnant anyway, as far as godly powers go, so changing anything in the 'real' world seems like it would be trivial for them; a mere snap of the fingers. But I don't think something that direct would be the Blacksmith's style (and I don't think a story like this would do well with THAT deus ex machina of an ending).

I might be fuzzy in my memory, but I think Ozpin once described his past mergers as being utterly changed by them...I'm hoping Ozcar will seem (to us) more like original Oscar with only an echo of old Ozpin at most rather than the two distinct personalities we're used to now. That though he will have the full memories and magic, in his head he will still feel himself to be Oscar/Ozma, his own person. Be interesting to see what the writers come up with and how Aaron Dismuke decides to bring that new character to life through his voice acting.

Short 1: I really did enjoy with Neptune's voice actor also being the voice director so with him mimicking the other characters were a fun treat. And I also really like Theadores design and curious what his "fable" he's suppose to mirror. My guess maybe El Chupacabra but I doubt it, it's just what came to my mind. And my guess the myserteous girl is NOT the summer maid but maybe an informant of Raves who knows of it (on the last RWBY video I left my theory on that and it's long so I won't post it again but it laps back to that). Also I think people of mistral are there or a good chunk of them as when Ruby sent the message we saw Illia on her scroll and Blakes dad contacting her so I think we'll see them again. And personally I think her and Emerald will make a great dynamic together and a lot to bond over. And the state of Raven being a spring maiden, I don't know as that wasn't too clear because I thought Yang wouldn't say anything but maybe she did? And I 100% agree that part of Raven's semblance is that she can sense people's life force if they're in trouble or about to die because with everything we've seen, that does seem to be very true. I also do agree with as well.......I will be shocked if Raven makes it out alive in this show because I am leaning towards at someponit as well she's biting the dust. Short 2: It I a very sweet moment with Jaune and OZcar and I'm happy they addressed this but also poor Oscar man........I have a sad suspicion the emotional punching bags are still going to go through it. Short 3: So back with the second short and the timeline in the ever after, we know that time works VERY differently as with Alyx and Luis, we know they come from far before as their names don't resemble color at that time (if memory serves from back then that's how it was, do'n't quote me). The timeline for Jaune was only 15-ish years and that being too short of a timeframe for the book to be out when they were little and being around awhile it adds on to time works differently. So like you said, I think the person who Somewhat saw was not anyone from team RWBYJ but it actually Is Summer who was transported and arrived AFTER the events with RWBYJ. It would make an interesting play and with how the portal is like, that means more than likely who ever open the portal has the staff of creation (unless another way went about it). It would make a lot of sense in that regard and with how Somewhat is, they wouldn't think too much on that with Summer looking a lot like Ruby. Short 4: The sister bond was something very sweet and needed and I am happy that it was addressed a bit of Ruby's state in mind with her sister and some bonding moments and I hope this comes back into play in vol. 10. Also TAI where are you! Unless you''re helping Glinda protect the Fall Maiden vault I have serval question because we now have a bigger question "Someone's missing from your group! Someone very important... Where's Zwei!" Vol. 10 and Beyond: For the new outfits, what I want to happen and think it'll be super cool is that just like with the original characters and their color trailers with each being revealed one by one.......I want them to do that again with the reveal of their new outfits and a small case of "catching up" with Red Trailer 2, White trailer 2, BMBLB Trailer 1, and JNOR Trailer 1 (or something like this) after a long time I think it would be a fun way to reintroduce the world and see their new looks. Also I read on that theory with Blake and her ears getting pierce and I hope that is true too because that would be so adorable. You are also correct with the RWBY & DC movie as there are 2 parts and they're not bad I do have some grips with them but I still very much enjoyed them. And as this will be the last of RWBY for a bit and you officially completing canon RWBY. Sorry for the rambling and Thank you so much for reacting to it all, I loved hearing your theories and thoughts on the story and characters and can't wait for all of us to experience volume 10 together. ❤️ 🤍 🖤💛

STRQ SERIES WHEN?? in light of the recent VIZ news which sounds VERY promising for RWBY's future, it seems likely that you may get your wish! and all of us who have been waiting (some longer than others) for spinoff content to flesh out the world of Remnant beyond what is immediately happening to the main cast. I think Raven can sense if a connection does get severed, but my theory is there may be another reason as to why she's in Vacuo now. time will tell. (remember that Ruby did mention the Maidens in the broadcast. she didn't name them but she did bring it up; plus there's no reason to hide the Spring or Winter Maidens anymore because they have no relics to protect. which is actually a good thing!) Knight's Journal: oh yeah, Ozpin would get that. and Oscar slowly losing himself... that's gonna be agonizingly fun to watch. *eagerly awaits the team cameo...* HOW DARE YOU SLANDER THE PYRRHA CAMEO! but I kinda get it... not everyone can be happy to see any glimpse of Best Girl, no matter how fleeting :P

Adventures of Somewhat: aside from getting to see Somewhat again and their new purpose, this also serves as a bit of clarifying info... the Ever After no longer has the Curious Cat to patch up the broken bits, hence the role Somewhat assumes. but also, it's clear that the Afterans are also evolving so as not to rely too much on someone like Somewhat (or formerly the Cat) to send them back to the Tree. really underscores what RWBYJ did for the Ever After AND hints at what we can expect for future themes. because I don't believe we are completely done with the Ever After just yet. MUAHAHAHA THE CLIFFHANGER!! I have no real opinion... a few theories but I'd rather wait and see, however long it takes. BOBA: this is my favorite of the Beyond shorts, hands down. RUBY & YANG SISTER BONDING!! really has been a while since they got to have such a moment! (as for the cat Faunus theory: never heard that one but intriguing if at all true...) how funny that you asked about Tai right before Yang brought him up lmao. but yes, I do suspect he might be trying to find Summer... but for reasons I'd rather not share at this point >.> yep yep, they absolutely needed this conversation, and it's such a relief they made sure to include this before RT went under. personally, I feel like a lot of the Yang hate is undeserved and, too often in my opinion, manufactured as an excuse to shit on Bumbleby... because I have literally seen people argue (serious or not) that Yang is a bad sister for spending more time with her girlfriend over her sister. that being said, this also serves as a crucial full-circle moment from where things were back at Beacon: Ruby going from being told that leadership means "always perform at your best" and being treated as the child prodigy who always knows what to do, to Ruby finally understanding that none of that was fair to her and finally coming around to actually relying on her team (and sister) in an emotional/mental sense.

I'm pretty sure the "Mysterious Girl" is Cinder. She was dressed exactly like that before everything that went down in the space between worlds. I think it is Neo that came back in the Ever After. I think Somewhat either saw her tree cocoon or knew she was in there from when they were in the tree. Somewhat came out of the tree after Neo went into it. Or maybe it's because of Somewhat's new job that they know Neo came from the tree but doesn't know who Neo is.
