Depending on timeline it could have already happened, considering how long it's been(recently passed the 200 year mark Vs closer to 300)

I actually have a theory about the more advanced forms of bending like lightning, and metal bending. It would make sense that only the highest ranking officers would be allowed to learn advanced forms and sub bending. I don’t think there’s a metal bender though, since they were using rocks to move the metal at the beginning of the episode.

An avatar that hasn’t gone into the avatar state can gain energybending if they were touched by energy bending themselves, but an avatar that unlocks the avatar state will automatically unlock energy bending too. The knowledge is passed to them automatically, even if they hadn’t realized. This is why after Spirit Aang gave Korra her bending back, she could thus give others their bending back.

The medical stuff is interesting. It does get one minor thing wrong but i only mention it because its interesting. Phantom pain does occurs in body parts you are not born with sometimes Doesnt change the anythijg plot wise, a doctor should be able to tell if a limb been removed or never developed. Basically examining the scar tissue will tell. Also opps you came to that conclusion by the end

So, what we know: -Humanity is concentrated into 7 havens. -Ellora is designed to look like the root chakra; which is concerned with survival and is blocked by fear. -The anamoly initially manifested from the ground inside the city -It causes panic and paranoia in those exposed to it. My theory, which I think is fairly common; is that that all the constant fear and anxiety of the city are blocking and "infecting" the planet's chakra. It has now grown and accumulated enough that it has taken on a life of it's own, both feeding on and generating fear and paranoia. Now the presence of the Avatars is triggering a kind planetary immune systems reaponse where the anamoly is reaching out to Pavi and Nisha. Whether that is to get them to cleanse and reopen it (treating the infection, the planet protecting itself), or to attack them (the infection protecting itself) I haven't decided.

I also considered cloning situation where the Avatars were created and there is even more than just two. The points on their jewelry have 3 points and 2 points made me consider these are numbers. And potentially there is a third one that is the 1 point, though that might just be the mom. I don't think this theory is true. But considered multiple havens were supposed to be delivered "the Avatar" in secret and would be unaware they weren't the only haven with a secret Avatar. Pavi was supposed to go to the next haven, but they got caught in the sandstorm. This theory seems very unlikely though.
