Love to see your reactions. This episode is probably my favorite one of the season so far for various reasons; Stolas and Blitz starting to talk things out more, getting to see more of areas like the Envy ring, and Verosika continuing to slay every outfit she wears (the suit she wears in the courtroom is one of my top 3 favorites).

I love it when fans make a joke ship and then the show just turns around and says ‘Ok, it’s canon’. Verosika and Wally are now the ‘Helluva Boss’ equivalent of Cherri Bomb and Sir Pentious, or ‘My Little Pony’s Lyra and Bon Bon.

The lobster are from an old nickelodeon show, "The Amanda Show". Where one skit was her as a judge and at the end she would always "brind in tha dancin lobstas "

And I bet they'll be able to get some publicity out of Verosika too, now that she'll hopefully be getting a front row seat to a new and improved Blitzø (that is if he doesn't screw things up) I really want them to become wholesome sweater friends, like when two people who used to indulge in waaaay too much drink and drugs, separately get their lives together, fall in love with someone who makes them want to be a better person, and now regularly shares cups of tea at the dinner table while laughing about how lame they are now.

"Buckzo" is Bltizø's last name. It almost never comes up, but was used a lot here because of the court setting.

the phone number jingle sounded so much like a song Weird Al would write, it got a solid laugh out of me. The random dinosaur bit in the middle was great. The "Bring out the lobsters!" was so funny while also being a direct reference to The Amanda Show, where after every fake court case the judge would say "Bring out the dancing lobsters!"

9:36 Not the first time IRL fans have ended up in a show. Legends of Tomorrow had a bit in season six with some reactors reacting to the "show" in universe. And I assume the rest of the Skittle Squad is going to get cameos in Elves of Amaranth. 13:19 The official rules for "Cards Against Humanity" say that if you don't know what something means, you have to ask. With that in mind, I don't know why "gord" is an insult. Or did he say "gordo"? 15:22 Mosco's clairvoyance strikes again! This crash out was incredibly well done. Can't imagine what it took for the voice actors to work themselves up for this ... conversation is probably the wrong word. But everything is out in the open now... and it didn't even require a dancing demon (no, something isn't right there...) ---- Mosco: "I don't want him around more! I hate this guy!" Viv: "More Chaz, got it." Mosco: "No, god, please, no!"

I loved the bit with the lobsters. The Amanda Show's Judge Trudy, which always ends with her saying "bring in the dancing lobsters".

my subtitles say gourd...which means like...a vegetable like a squash or pumpkin, so that doesn't make sense as an insult to me at all. Gordo is of course spanish for fat, and him calling moxie fat was a running joke, but he says "is A gourd" so gordo wouldn't make sense either with that sentence structure so...I really have no idea. Could just be one of those random jokes where blitz was so flustered he couldn't think of an appropriate word to use as an insult.

Oh! it just occurred to me, this is the first time we've ever seen Envy, the court scenes are actually in the final ring that they'd never traveled to before. And we have our first direct HB references too (minus the old pilot) the paintings in the hall of the courthouse include lucifer and...maybe eve? A silhouette sitting under the tree of knowledge, and lillith, wrapped in thorns on the other side...interesting.
