I still haven't finished the video but just wanted to say it before i forget. About Lino not taking his sweatshirt completely off: some dancers prefer to have asymmetrical clothing to be able to tell what their left and right side are doing when looked at a mirror, especially when learning a choreo. So when he wears his sweatshirt with one arm out (and his pants usually have one leg rolled up), it allows him to see himself clearly and see what both sides of his body are doing, if that explanation helps lol. Hyunjin wears his clothes like that too sometimes

THAT iS CRAZY. I still don't really see how that helps with left vs right more so than just having a clean white tshirt on but hey, I'm not the dancer and I've NEVER heard this before so I AM ON THE FLOOR with this newfound knowledge

about the polaroids, every year they have a special way to celebrate everyones birthday. In 2023 the birthday guy took pictures and the other members decorated them with funny words and sentences. In 2024 i think they had a photoshoot with questions about their past year and their resolve for the future I think? And 2025 was something similar, I think. My memory is a blur, apologies. 2026 is a image with cropped pictures and doodles hahaha, you should watch the VMA talker GO, multiple abs to be admired there. I'm so hyped for you guys to react to megaverse and cover me! Thanks for sharing your reaction <3

Yes Hyunjin does it too. Basically, it helps the brain differentiate between body parts while moving quickly. Just helps dancers be hyper aware of all the limbs.

Love these reactions, can't remember if I've watched this part of the intro in full before, either way it was great to see with you! Seeing just how much work the members have to put in just for one song on one album out of their crazy discography is so impressive. I couldn't get through a single dance run-through, what do you mean they're practicing and dancing multiple hours, multiple days, on top of working out and who knows what other work they have going on??? Also, I swear each time I watch any kind of dance practice behind Lee Know gets more and more attractive. He just looks so in his element and comfortable yet serious, gahh. Looking forward to the next recording scene!

Happy Hyunjin-Day! Speaking of injuries and still dancing JYPe recently released a statement about Seungmin's foot which was causing him grief at the end of last year throughout the Karma and Do It Comebacks and end of year award shows (remembering Chan giving him a piggy back off stage during the AAAs 😭) .... They have now found out that he has a ikely stress fracture 😭😭😭... poor Minnie and still dancing his heart out all that time. oooooo I can't remember if you saw the 'Rock Star album Trailer' ???

@0:37 - that was me that mentioned JYP Publishing. :) Not sure if the woman is from that group, but it's a possibility. ---------------- @6:40 - I LOVE seeing their bare faces. Of course, they always look good with stage makeup for their performances, but when they have no makeup on, they are still SO freaking handsome it's unreal. ---------------- @9:38 - "apparently constant dancing like this isn't healthy" Muscle and ligament tears, stress fractures, arthritis and other things can happen, yes. But also.........an idol (Jang Yeojun of the group 'Close Your Eyes') recently went to the hospital and was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, which is a condition where muscle starts to break down and actually die because of constant overuse. The chemical byproduct of muscle death becomes toxic and if a person is not treated right away, it can become fatal. It can happen to athletes, dancers, etc. Luckily he was hospitalized and treated in time.

Yes the constant movements and not the sufficient time to rest can make you suffer more and more injuries more frequently. That’s why when they get a injury hope they really rest to heal properly (Seungmin right now with his ankle) bc if you don’t rest properly you don’t heal completely and you can create a worse damage. But in the end I love seeing practice, I love see Leeknow dancer mood, someone mentioned why he don’t get his sweater of already but something I want to mention is that he normally put his hair in his eyes or beanie bc this is a form to connect better with his body, not seeing himself in the mirror and remember the movements in a sensorial way, I’m not saying the exact words but I read that a stay commented in twitter and that’s so cool really. I totally get the sentiment of Han-C this choreography feels grand and massive for a important moment, I really like it and waiting to see the performances they are amazing.

Okay I'm finally here to watch this. Wait did I watch the docu series that you're talking about? I honestly don't remember. So I'll be excited to watch that with you. It's always interesting to watch them practice in jeans. Not going to lie Han-C, I also completely missed it again until you said something. I'm just not looking at the ceiling I'm looking at the boys. Oh yeah no I remember this AB reveal because it took me all the way out when it happened. Like it was so quick and nonchalant too. And now that I think about it where was the Skzoo sticker for that?! They are so strange when it comes to when they place the stickers. Because sometimes they'll block out bang chance chest and then other times they'll just fully attack us with it. Most of the time they blank out changbin's tummy but when he cut they attacked us with it. And most the time I'm like we've already seen it why are they covering it but then I remember that this also airs in South Korea and they're a little bit more modest than the West so I'm like okay that makes sense and then we'll have times like this where they're not covered up and I'm like going on here?!? Jangbin is like a mom who has a bunch of kids. Always calling them the wrong names. No because some men looks really cute in that gen Z shot. It confuses me why they wear so many layers when they go to practice. Oh my God yes this was undercut hyunjin. This was after the VMAs where he shook us all. Goodness Lee Know looks amazing bare face. Oh my gosh speaking of stage outfits I need to know if they practice in those ridiculous shoes that they are sometimes wearing. Because it does not make sense to me how they can move with shoes that are like crazy platforms are crazy big or crazy long or anything like that. I love Lino's laugh. Wait is this not a jyp dance room? Because this is where they practice for Kingdom but I just figured they practice at the jyp building. I love how y'all didn't say anything about changbin stalking I.N. what exactly is the reason that they practice with their names on their shirts? Jesus Christ I just realized that they wrapped the tape around Hans waist which accentuated his tiny waist. I'm dying. Was also confusing is Felix started this with a face mask and now he's no longer wearing a face mask is it because it's hard to dance in the face mask? Because I thought he was wearing a face mask for a specific reason. I don't know what the reason was but I thought it was for a reason. I absolutely love the way you got excited when somebody pulled up Seungmin's shirt. Because same. Oh my gosh yes when you mentioned narration I completely forgot y'all... wait did you watch that? I'm not going to say anything just in case y'all didn't.

Better late than never for me 😂 it’s so crazy to see these behinds. I LOVE them. We get to see how hard they work and how quickly they catch onto the new dance they’re putting together. But mainly it’s funny how they interact with each other during these moments is always cute and funny to me. I can’t remember. Is LALALALA the one they performed at VMA’s? 🤔
