The wind is howling, rains starts pelting us, we're tired from the activities of Op V.  Perfect time to do a tactical hike in steep terrain!

Jardine and I suit up with our own AR15 builds and have a great time engaging natural targets in Op V valley.  Glocks come into play as well.  Just like previous TNP ops you'll get to see a "systems integration" in play here:  mags, glove, packs, LBE, pistol, ammo, comms, etc.

Thanks for coming along with Operation Valkyrie...it was a bunch of work but worth every second and as usual we also learned a lot!

Come on. Jardine stop hitting at 200 while standing. I don't have a big enough excuse box!

William R. Stevens III

Just what I needed!!! Chilling as our new puppy barks in his Kennel first night away from his momma and his litter!! Awesome dog though!!!

David Goodridge

Thank you Nutn for this series. Loved it!

James Mabe

Hey nutnfancy can you tell Kel-Tec to Chamber a cmr 30 in 5.7 taken Ruger mags just a thought it would supplant my papoose.

Greg Chapman

“White Nissan Titan on the ridge” had me rolling!😂. Great job guys!

Vespid Despair

Keep it up nutnfancy always supporting

Lon N

Thanks Nutn, thoroughly enjoyed the main course after the earlier appetizer. The extra focus put into editing shows. The big boys version of wondering through the woods & creek with a 22.

Paul Griech

I used Anderson lower to build my second AR. I sat on that lower for years I bought it out of sportsman guide. Haha for 60 bucks or something lol. I prefer it over my mp15 I don’t think have seen you review Anderson products I will have to look through your library and see,

Todd Strelka

Wow, what a great video to end the series. The music was perfect and the natural engagement was fun to watch. There may have been a mic failure, but definitely not a Mike failure. You guys rocked!

Mr. Ed

Here's hoping for Op V2 best series yet loved it! Tons of work to get all that done but I sure enjoyed it. Not in the market for 315 dollar pants at this point but wondering how those Crye's performed during this outing and whether you noticed a marked difference over the more cost effective brands?

The Nutnfancy Project

"There may have been a mic failure, but definitely not a Mike failure. You guys rocked! " Ha ha...good one Todd. Thanks for the enthusiasm.

"Not in the market for 315 dollar pants at this point but wondering how those Crye's performed during this outing and whether you noticed a marked difference over the more cost effective brands?" Thanks for the support Ed. Good eye on noting the Crye pants. As I said in the review they are awesome but their price is insane. Other reviewers who rec them got them for free as a pay off for their review (maybe money too). I have the knockoffs and they're nearly as good. But the Crye fit and quality is top notch and they were an xlnt companion on Op V.

Amazing scenery for Op V. That burnt-out forest, on an overcast day, has such a striking, eerie look to it. You couldn't have picked a better back-drop.

Dylan Campbell

This rocks ! I’ve always loved the run and gun content. I’ll go way back sometimes and watch all the old school run and gun, this was awesome !

Kenny VanCleave

Even when you set the camera down to get something out of your pack, there was an epic view. This is one beautiful country we live in. From the skyscrapers in Chicago to the mountains in Utah to the wet land in Florida to the hills of Tennessee. Just beautiful. Thanks for taking us along.

James R

Other than that awful music it was a great video brother

Racing Psychosis

Stump shooting, always fun. As a kid I did that alot with 22 levergun and my compound bow with rubber blunts and judo points. I need to do that again.

C0RLoCK

I loved everything about this. The soundtrack, the use of natural targets, tactics and immediate response drills. I think I know the perfect place to train like this near where I live. Did you use anything special for the fluorescent stake targets?

Steve

Awesome! Super fun video!

Tacticaldoodle

I would guess there's one or more somewhere in here. I don't think lowers are a HUGE part of system reliability. So far pretty much everything we've seen has worked well and reliability is more about the parts that wear and the gas system. I suspect like many parts too in the industry they're using the same machinery and rebadging it for diff. contracts. I wish I had more info than going off rumors, but I'd be quite comfortable putting an anderson together if the option is that or saving up for two years to buy a DDM or something expensive. Ideally you can eventually build a collection that runs the gamut, just in case the primo stuff is THAT much better your g/g/g/grandkids can enjoy 100,000 round barrel life.

Ol Retired Fed

Love the run and guns. This one was more gun than run. More like walk and gun. You guys must be out of shape from quarantine, right? In the old days you would have walked out 700 yards just to set up a plate. At least I assume you walked, not as much sausage footage in the old days so no comparison. Everything always worked flawlessly then too. Except for the bike crashes.

Connor Murphy

Really awesome video! It's always nice having Jardine out.

Phill Super

While watching the first 10min of the video I was thinking man it would be cool to have a Jardine's kit video and then it kind of happened,

Stefan Diamandis

Cool vid! reminds me of the old Bugget vids. any chance of seeing him back in the project?

Hold Fast Joe

I'm in really good shape and I wouldn't be running for too long with 50 + lbs on my back either I recall those run and guns typically lacked a camping pack on everyone's back. Maybe wrong?

Hold Fast Joe

Nice series! You must have packed 200 batteries and a dozen sd cards to record everything! Loved it

Mike S

I can't imagine how much footage you have to go through to make these videos. It has to be a lot!

Austin Cobb

I need a recommendation for a suppressor cover! SilencerCo Hybrid 46.

Jardine

As seen on camera it weighs exactly 7 pounds.

Nathan Simms aka Darkpriest

Sweet! How much was the build? I shoot rifles left handed and pistols right handed so i am always watching your rifle shooting. The curse of left eyed dominance.

Jardine

Rifle build without the optic was around $700 as I recall. I'm right eye dominant so I feel your pain.

Mike Maddox

Awesome as always keep it up

Michael B warner

What a great ending to the OP Nutn. My son and I have done random engagements like that with the .22's. We go out critter hunting and sometimes find random dead tree's that need to be shot. As we're hiking through the woods. It's super fun he loves getting out to shoot his Papoose.

Sean Evans

Hey Nutin. Video idea: I always see guntube guys with their magpul backup sights, but never see anyone use them. What range are they a reliable alternative? What circumstances allow effective deployment? When are they useless?

Sean Evans

Thanks for all the work you do.

Mike

Great work gents.

Jim Holland

Diggin' the soundtrack. Classic Nutin

Armed Sailor

Looks like time well spent in the outdoors.
