Why isn’t all of them an option 😬

Daniel Herb

I picked Leaf Blade, but Drop Point is a close second

Joshua Pulliam

I picked leaf because I’ve been carrying a Spyderco almost exclusively for months now! Drop point is close second. Last place would definitely be Tanto. They look cool, but they don’t have what I need.

GMAX

He can’t make that many of a small batch production

Kyle Harbaugh

I like tanto for strength but my Microtech Ultratech with Bayonet blade is a great shape too.

GMAX

Nutn, perhaps consider some earth colors on this run 🤔

Paul Kwiatkowski

First choice is leaf blade then drop point then Clip blade

Andrettski

It's about EDC, which I think is what the top 2 are all about. Drop point

Schmuckatelli

No doubt, this is a quick survey to decide the blade shape of the next Special Edition TNP folder. So choose wisely! (hint: the correct answer is "drop point")

Not SAWC

Can't vote, I like all of them if they fit the design. I have a knife with each of those blade designs. Sorry, not sorry

charles Utz

I agree, I have tried the other types, but always seem to go back to leaf or drop point for edc

Syd Arthur

Cold steel recon going strong for well over a decade

DuginIN

EDC without Sheffield, drop point or leaf shape. EDC with Sheffield, anything self defense or combat. Liking the tanto.

Roarke O'BRIEN

Choose drop point because used it most but have the tnp edition dagger spear point in my pocket right now

PorterM

I think the utility of a sheepsfoot blade for edc is hard to argue but most of us lean toward the drop point because they tend to look better, be lighter, and flex into a tactical role better…

Mark Horan

Leaf blade was my vote.

Joshua Mount

It really depends, I picked drop point for a all around blade. I carry every type of blade shape except tanto. Sheepsfoot rules if you work in the trades like me. You get really precise control of the tip and it's good at sooomany things. It is similar to a box cutter type shape. I love a clip point blade as well for more of a defensive or traditional edc. Drop points awesome in edc or fixed blades because it's general purpose and a little more strength in the tip. I never really jumped on the spyderco band wagon but they are good knives and alot of people love them. I have a honey badger with a leaf blade and I do enjoy it alot. I like them all except for tanto style blade and its not the say they suck its just cosmetically I don't like the way they look. I do like reverse tanto like a 940 osborne. Very tough question my dude.

Mountain Goat

Depends on primary task for knife...

Dillon durham

I carry a white knuckler fixed blade, box cutter, first gen wave

The Late Boy Scout

It really depends, but drop point/spear point is what I gravitate to most often.

Josh

Spear point.

Jeremy Hicks

1 leaf. 2 clip. 3 drop. 4 sheeps foot. 5 tanto. Depending on the knife, a wharncliffe is between a 1 and 3. All these can be a bit knife specific.

Rogue Weasely

I'll take any of em if it's that one handed Victorinox in a better steel! Lol

Zachary Jackson

Tanto… harder to sharpen, but secondary points… cold steel for life!

Gregory Hines

My EDC blade is the Nutn Hawkbill blade from last year.

david rockwell

A Sheepsfoot/Wharncliffe (or modified) in a fixed offering is great for defensive protection. The blade will bite and slice very effectively with reduced effort when compared to 'traditional' blade style that tend to slide along outer garments. Thank you for the continued effort and dedication.

I normally all about a drop point/leaf shape. However I recently bought a CQC 7B, really just for the second cool factor of what it represents to me. I wasn’t really expecting to carry or use it much at all. The chisel ground tanto seemed a little niche if not impractical. I was very wrong. It’s actually an incredibly useful blade. To the point where I think people who hate on them just haven’t tried them. It’s actually been kicking my usual SMF out of the pocket for the last month. Such an unexpectedly great user.

small axe

If I understand you correctly this might be just what the doctor ordered. This dude will build you a Victorinox with a S30v Spyderco Dragonfly blade. I don't think it's cheap or fast, but if you want what you want here's a dude that can make it happen. https://f2scustoms.com/

Rogue Weasely

I've seen his work! I may actually make my own instead. I had heard Nutn mention he was attempting to try to do this with bladehq... But there is a good chance bladehq had declined something that complex.

Seeker Keyl

I'd have the para3 lite in a heartbeat if it came in a color I like. Purple would be awesome! Love the size, weight, and blade shape. That constant radius belly is really attractive and seems like it would be really useful. Until then, I have a smaller mcusta drop point for fancy occasions and a chonky HK Axis for casual edc (alongside a dessert warrior SAK in my pocket in both occasions (: )

Hangfire

Drop Point all the way for EDC!

David Elkins

Para 2 goes everywhere with me. The TNP daggerr knives are my para 2’s backups. I like drop point for fixed blades but don’t edc those.

Derek W Tiller

you can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you CAN'T pick your friends nose. is there a new tnp edition k'nife in the worx??

VG10AnimalMother

I like clip points, the buck 110 made me think that’s how a knife is supposed to be shaped

the guy you know

I love my spiderco resilience It's really good for cutting steak

Mike J

I’m a huge goats foot fan but I also like drop point blades as well. The Spyderco smock is one of my favorite knives, I carry it almost every day, either that or a bug out or the bench made CLA

M14lvr

First preference is spear point.
