Fossil phases out the Nate and here's what replaces it. Another fun watch review for those few that watch them! Oh yeah and I come clean about a Swiss watch I had ruined.

I used to have a Fossil Speedway watch but I lost it years ago. Love the watch reviews!

Kaput indeed.

Love the WRVs! Very glad you were able to save the Alpina. What a sweet piece that is; one of my faves for sure.

GarageJim_RMB

Maybe a WRV performing the teardown and reassembly with the mods.

Nutnfancy is my favorite urologist - please keep the WRVs coming!

Good to see Fossil surviving. Very close college friend worked for them in the early 2000’s before their retail stores started closing. I bought a few fun watches with his discount. I will still occasionally refresh a battery and put into rotation. Also a reason why I prefer automatics!

The Nutnfancy Project

I do prefer autos too Downtrodden, way preferred. But the affordability of this one is nice ;-) Looks great too. I put that blue one on a NATO strap, really fun

Love the watch show! I totally read it as Branson at first. I’ve lived in the Branson, MO area for about 14 years. If you’re ever in the area hit me up! I’m rocking my super sick Casio PRG-600 today.

Downtrodden

I’ll admit that the blue is very striking!

Just watched, excellent M'dWRV, maybe then just a mention of the mod video and a link in the below box. Thanks for the information

I love the hands mod on the Nate. Really makes it pop!

Cool Fossils!

Love the watch show!

That Alpina is super handsome. 943 decoration 👌🏼 the black case variation of the Bronson looks good. I should probably go and order that orange Parnis right now.

I love your watch reviews. I never really took to the chronograph watches. I just stick with my Casio ABC watches when I want that multi functionality. I stay away from battery watches and stick with automatics and or solar powered. Do not need a watch battery going dead when in the middle of the day when needed!

Understood regarding autos vs batteries but prefer the quartz as they are more accurate and much lighter. Can't do the boat anchor on my wrist that autos feel like.

i own 0 watches, but i like them. last watch i had was a 1986 swatch watch

Put those mistakes out there! I make alot of mistakes and learn from them. And WRVs rule. I am limited to Momentum Smokejumper, Glycine Airpilot and one Invicta that I haven’t worn yet, but I am hooked on the WRVs.

Paul Kwiatkowski

I want a reliable Auto as a capper to the group.

Paul Kwiatkowski

I wore the Smokejumper in the Atlantic and got the leather band smelling strong, still wearing it though.

Finally picked up a glycine combat, I love it. Thanks for the reviews.

Man I didn’t know the Nate was on it’s way out! Just bought a Carey Dual Time from AVI8

I missed out on the airpilot. Went on a hunt for one of those. Nice score.

Man, I love Fossil watches! I have a few of them. I especially like the ones that have their gears exposed for you to see. One of my go to watches to wear is the Privateer Sport Mechanical Brown Leather Watch BQ2429!
