Just a name with short comment is all I need. I would prefer Patrons with at least a year of support but all who comment here will be shown in the SFAR review!

Comments

James Mabe

Have a diamondback 10 I'm looking to replace hoping this fits the bill!

JARMYSTRONG

Escaped California - never looking back. - Jason Armstrong

Evan The Man

I wanna leave New York. Evan the Man

Nicolas Royston

Ruger Sfar, good for climbing a mountain to shoot a wendigo, but not for fighting the covenant in a suit of MK IV Spartan armor.

Rupanrx

Ar10 junkie. Just ended up getting a socom 16 to play with it. Definitely interested in your thoughts on sfar. Thanks

Ben H.

Ben H. Been watching since 2007-08!

SigCrash

I appreciate all the work you've poured into the project over the years.

Jason Burson

Big fan of the adventure and philosophy videos as much as gear reviews

JONATHAN MOORE

I saw your preview of this rifle yesterday. I think if this rifle runs well for you, it will validate your philosophy on the AR10 for at least the last decade plus.. as it pertains to weight, size, and innovation that makes sense. I'm still rocking my 2017 sig 716 patrol. My favorite rifle.

Colostomybag

Looks like a great lightweight SAPR! Might be a good cost effective 308 ar-10.

Jared Strawn

I’m looking forward to see this and seeing how it is compared to let’s say they MP10

Donnie Graham

Stoked for AR10 content. Thanks Nutn

Corey Mann

RECALL

“RECALL” - subscribed since 2012!

Bert Bettcher

Looking forward to the full review.

Johnny

Checking in. Jonathan Z.

Adam

Adam T. Love your videos! Just wondering if you have any info that could shed some light on another un-named guntubers experience. They were having gas and powder burns on the hand from the gas port under the handguard from where it is hollowed out. Its my biggest concern with this rifle. Thanks!

HuntsTheBoss

Honestly can't believe it's taken a company this long to copy POF's rouge. Then again I know it's because no one knows it exists, I didn't learn about it until I saw one on the shelves.

Braidy Fisher

Unassailable Excellence is the SOP around here Nutn, thank you for all these years of community.🙏🏻

Bernt Ryggs

Finally a competitor to the overpriced POF offerings! Thanks Nutn!

Revelation1

Keep it up Nutn, appreciate all you do!

Kinoons

Kinoons - or Joshua Kinnunen. Triple owl here.

BadgerTails

It's the only look I got!

Andrew Minnix

Saw this gun and thought it was a waste to cut the AR10 platform down to this size/weight but only offer heavy barreled versions. Feels like a missed opportunity.

jman0666

Hey Nutn. Always a good day when there is a new video to watch!

Justin Otte

Love the content! Patreon donor since 2019…

David Hudson

The owl is on the barn!! Just another dumbass citizen! Thanks for being a Father figure to me Nutnfancy!

Jason

This is Jason keep up the awesome GRVs 😎

Max Roberts

I would be grateful! No worries if you leave me out till next time though!

small axe

Would love some IISA content on some blades from years ago that are still available for purchase now!

Daniel Herb

Awesome! Cant wait to see the finished SFAR video :)

wil perez

Thank you for everything big brother

wil perez

Been watching you since 2009

steve garrett

Love seeing the AR platform moved forward. I love the non standard cartridges in the ar platform. The problem is everyone wants to be a sniper. I like light speedy bullets for caliber varmint hunting. I shoot a 6mm DTI and it runs 3550 fps with 55’s.

Kyle Zimmerman

I am curious to see your take on this rifle, most data from have seen says this is the AR10 to have

Mike Murphy

Keep up the great content!

Spencer

Spencer Sumner love the GRVs. Keep speaking truth for the people!

Cyborg009

Nutnfancy is everyone’s source for overlength, goofy, impartial gear reviews based on an idiosyncratic and rigorously consistent analytical framework that is helpful even to those he don’t adhere to his theories. —Cyborg009

Justin Wingerter

Long live the Second Amendment, and eat shit commies - Justin Wingerter

Josh

Love me some Nutnfancy videos! GRVs KRVs or whatever else you have to offer

Jameel W. Akel

The angry owl is on the shed. Thank you for all you do 🙏

T Dethloff

Hello Nutn! I appreciate what you're doing!

Todd

Looks promising, will be looking for the feature length review!

Bryon Margo

Here for watches guns and knives. Been a TNP fan for over 10 years. Donor off and on but current. Keep up the great work sir!

Tim

Amazing content as always Nutn’! All the way from the UK! Tim Hyde

McNavy

Doug McNay: Keep up the good work, sir. McNavy out.

Bruce Andrews

My concern is accuracy. Most Ruger rifles are not known for the best barrel quality. The PSA GEN3 PA10 18" .308's are known for stellar accuracy. I have a Rock River LR308 that took a lot of load development to get be a sub-MOA rifle. Considering the price points involved my inclination would be towards the Palmetto.

Alexander Brittain

Thanks for all the content you've produced over the years, couldn't think of a better cause to throw my money at.

HappyFrancisMacomber

Feature length, TD special guest, embedded WRV + KRV combo, off brand soda refreshments - only bringing the highest value!

Joseph Brennan

Been watching for 8 years! Learned a lot from TNP

Chase Ferguson

Chase Ferguson- I have been tuned in since the years were single digit!!!!😂

Elliott Jennings

Greetings from the UK. Keep up the great work been a fan since 2010 as a teenager not having any sort of access to these types of tools makes you're reviews a real treat to watch and learn. Keep up the great work.

Kenny Graves

Been looking for a 16" .308 this might be it, especially for the price. I love what you do and have been watching your stuff on youtube since 2010. Been a supporter here since March 2023. Keep up the good work. Because of you, I make my gun purchases with a philosophy of use, and not buying just to buy.

Waterboy

Dylan McClendon I've been watching you since I was a kid now I'm 25 and subbed for a little over 6 months

OingoBoingo

Been digging the motorcycle content lately!

Ben horton

Came to NutN for mini 14 reviews in 2012. Still coming back for the most honest reviews a decade later. Damn crime when I see crap channels with 2million subs pitching industry *gear*, might as well be commercials. SFAR will be my first AR10 when I move to Missouri.

Brian Driver

Brian Driver. I love your gun and watch reviews. I've been a Patreon for approximately 3 years but I had to cancel and restart my account to be able to comment. I think you should have TD back In some of your videos. I financially support you and CRS Firearms.

Aermotor

The Owl is on the Shed

Lucas Richter

I'm down looking to hear what you have to say about this rifle

James Hood

James Hood. Been following you far before Patreon. First review I saw was “300 blackout, the greatest cartridge you don’t need”. I highly value the content and this community.

Kyle Soucy

Been here from the beginning. LGB

Aaron Carrington

This rifle definitely fits your POU, Lt. Col. The best SWAC .308 ever made. I have heard and seen reliability issues, though.

Benjamin Mason

Ben Mason. TNP has had a lasting effect in my personal and professional life. From a kid watching Remington 700 and Mini-14 reviews in '11-'12 to a business owner in the firearms industry. Thank you nutn

Sgt Sly

What if I comment that I don’t want my name in the review? 🤔

UbiOUbiEstVeritas

Been watching TNP since almost the beginning. THE BEST gear reviews and adventure channel BAR NONE! Was lucky enough to encounter you in the wild and shake your hand, Nutnfancy. The owl is on the shed!

Garrett Dismukes

Been watching since I was 16 years old. I’m 31 now with three sons under three years old. Excited to take them on many adventures in the days to come!

David Elkins

I need to check in on the rumble channel also.

The Hide

The Hide! The owl is on the shed!!

Mark Strelka

Ruger has some of the best manufacturing technology in the world. Thank you Nutnfancy for your hard work and dedication! Mark Strelka

darby shaw

Have you evaluated any recent Bear Creek Arsenal AR10 or AR15 rifles or uppers? I have a couple that seem to work well for me.

Redshirt

Jonathan Lewis. I have been watching the channel since 2012-2013 and I have been Patreon for I a couple years I think. Love your reviews, your reviews have literally been following me since I could only purchase knives and then when I started buying guns at age 22. I feel like a lot of your own philosophy towards systems echo my own, and I have always been pleased with your opinions (except maybe the Sebenza, I love mine). You heavily contributed towards my purchase of a Stoeger M3000, P365, Ultratech, and TX22. You rock! I love ya Nutn, keep doing what you're doing.

Rory Neuman

Hey Nutn - long time watcher and Patreon subscriber!

Idan Sicard

Been supporting since beginning if patreon. Happy to support the project.

Daniel Gray Webb

Been here for a decade and a half off and on. Totally like second cool stuff. I don't know about the SFAR I mean it's cool but $400 to save a pound on a 308, not for me. Comparing PSA PA10 to this, and 308 is heavy compared to 556. It's like modifying a cruzer motorcycle that weighs 600lbs, taking 25 off isn't going to do anything. Take 25lbs off of a 250lb dirt bike and it's something more significant. If they took off 3lbs I would be way more excited and I would pay more too.

JTIII

Great content from my favorite "YouTuber". I'm a supporter for life...possibly longer.

robert mccrory

Been supporting for 5 years or so patron for about 2 years, you got me into knives I owned 0 knives prior to 2019 I always see what you say on a gun. Got me into 10mm

John Doe

Been a TNP'r for about 10 years- give or take. Been with you on Patreon since you started here. Huge fan! I have my TNP Spiderco Dragonfly in my pocket as we speak - #529. Your gear reviews are high value, as are your philosophy videos. Hard to say which I like better.

Bluegill097

TNPr since I can’t remember when, pretty sure I’ve watched almost every video you posted… on almost all the channels (yugetube might make me a liar I can’t remember if I dabbled there or not). TNP always has a say in my gear and I love the systems and philosophy behind it all. Even if I’m a couple days late from work or not commenting, I still always catch up on the content later on. Thanks for keeping the project moving !

Publius Cato

TNP'r since 2010, Patreon supporter for about 5 years now. Keep up the great work, Nut'n.

JoQuin

Keep up the good work sir!

Caleb11b

Your a second kind of lame if you don't become a TNP patron!

Jacob L.

Thanks Nutn! Keep up the awesome work!

Mark Horan

Mark Horan 5 +. How does it compare to the S&W AR 10. If reliable this seams like a better solution then the Sig MCX Spear. Don’t get me wrong, I would love a Spear.

WILLIAM MEYER

Count me in Nutn'. BTW any chance there'll be some moto stories in the future?

Chris Marchi

TNP is the best!! More watch, boat, camper, van, cars, and maybe a garden / cooking review?

Andrettski

I'm in WA state the gov't has put a lock on my future gun purchases.

Allen gray

"Gaston we need more slides" 😂😂

Txgunner69

Started watching from the beginning. Been a TNPP member since it started. Started for the grv now I'm heavily invested in watches since he started wrv. Keep up the good work nutn and clan.

I am greatful for the tremendous gear content but I am a long time patron because of your life philosophy. You are not afraid to share your faith (or your feelings :), and that's what our world needs now more than anything. Thanknyou for all you do Nutn.

Jeremy Hicks

Thanks for all of the entertainment, Nutn.

Matthew Williams

Thank you Nutnfancy for all the time and effort you place into these videos! I have been waiting for this SFAR review in particular because of the possible benefits in SAWC for a .308 AR.

Dan Perryman

Thanks for all the great and trusted reviews. Now, am I buying ANOTHER Ruger??? Probably.

Shot442

The project Still going strong!!!! Aaron S.

Brad Morin

Awesome. Can’t wait! I held one at my local shop and was blown away by the weight of it. I almost bought it but I’d heard some inconsistent info regarding its performance. Been waiting to hear your take on it before I consider it.

Ben Wagner

I’m excited about this review. I built my own AR308 on an Aero receiver set, but I struggled to keep the weight down, because normal 308 BCG’s are big and heavy. The Ruger SFAR is very tempting.

Lee

Thanks for your hard work sir. It is appreciated.

Chad

Nutn, at the risk of sounding like a weirdo, you are one of the only public figures, that if I met you, I would feel like we have known each other for years.

GarageJim_RMB

Though not $$$ able to add to, The information contained in the review will be very beneficial. SAWC is so very important in all that we do. Am I a guerilla or a sniper, SAWC can make all the difference. Thanks, Nutn!!!!

Aquanaut

I don't think I'd buy a firearm that you haven't reviewed. Keep up the great work. It's much appreciated.

Paul Kwiatkowski

Started here for fun Watching gear with guns Now watching for watches With guns

DuginIN

Wow I see 219 comments and counting. A lightweight AR10 from Ruger at what I’ve seen for $1,100.00. Maybe my PSA PA10 Gen 3 needs a little brother.

Patrick Brichta

Any chance of getting you hands on a Beretta a300 ultima patrol for review? Shotgun content never gets old. What about a Palmetto state armory Saber?

jay m

I appreciate and enjoy all the Content, especially the Moto vids.

Onewizeguy

Looking forward to it! Thanks Nutn

Matthew Hargis

rcischke

RC - Been here since the beginning, and I'll still be here at the end. Thank you for everything you do brother!

David R Benkendorf

Man, I don't even know, been watching you for at least 12 years, won a Keltec SU-22 in an TNP/Impact Guns giveaway back in the day and you put my old username up in I think a MSR snowshoe review announcing the winners. Under that username I did a few videos but I don't create content and just watch, but the one with the most views was just because Verilioness shared it. 🙂 Been in Patreon from the get-go I'm sure, whenever that was.

Tygre

Thank you for everything you've done.

Jeremy Corrao

I've been here for a long time!! My wife had to "suffer" through plenty of your videos! 😆

Downtrodden

I committed the cardinal sin of buying before the review…roast away! I could play the 2nd cool card but I’ll save that for future bad decisions.

Colin R

My child's nickname is Doodle too. Remi Doodle. (I had a daughter, so it is short for Remington of course)

David Falk

Looking forward to getting one of these. .308 goodness. Keep up the good work Nutn!

steve kerrigan

Being from CA, I can only dream of the fun of this rifle.

Jason Appleby

Jammerjim

I just got my SFAR. I can't wait to break it in. I've been following you for a very long time. A great influence on my bank account lol. Keep up the great work!

Henry Mar

DPMS GenII (RIP), PSA PX-10 (RIP), POF Revolution ($$$) ... SFAR seems like the unicorn of lightweight short-framed 308 AR platform. Can't wait for the review.

maxmfs

Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work.

Scott K

Keep it up Nutn

Carl Bailey

Very curious as to how the Ruger compares to the POF. I have learned it is best to wait for the TNP review instead of chasing the new hotness.

Doc B

In since 2012, Luv ya!

Michael Brown

Been following since 2013. Thank you for all of the hard work. P.S. love my SFAR, don't be too hard on it. LOL

Brievet

TNP Nation! My favorite detail to the SFAR design is the venting holes in the receiver, bolt carrier, and barrel extension.

Gregory Hines

I love my POF P415 and Revolution.

Scout154

Have been very interested in this since it’s release but have been waiting. Long time supporter in the project! Keep up all you do Nutn!

Maplebrew

The truth will set us all free. DJT let’s make America Great Again! And may the Owl peacefully watch and observe from the shed of shadows.

Outrider950

SAPR content is always appreciated!

Charles Steimle

Yo Nutn!! Wish I could keep up but our family went all prep crazy and all our time is dedicated to the farm we are building. I still catch videos when I can. I believe in your work and out look and will continue to support though I’m only catching 1 out of 5 or 6 vids.

Tanner Duman-Brown

Been watching since 2012 (the m1a video is what kicked it off). Love the SAPR and shotgun content as well.

Grant kendall

I hope your SFAR has been as nice too you as mine has been to me. If so its a home run for Ruger!

Over The Hill Homestead NH

Found you in 2011 and your Philosophy videos saved my bacon from going all "Alex Jones"! 🤣 I got in on a group buy with northeastshooters.com when the SFAR first was introduced and have had no real issues but I'd love to get your take--thanks for all you do!

Erik

Can’t wait to see how it performs in the desert!

Wizard8

That is a tack driver for sure. Keep up the good work.

John S

Long live TNP

Plasmids

Hello Nutn! I’m looking forward to this review. I love your black rifle reviews!

RonaldPS007

Good morning, Mr. Nutnfancy! I'll be curious to see how the Ruger SFAR stacks up to other rifles like the venerable S&W M&P10.

David Gaines

SAPRs make bolt actions obsolete unless hunting or shooting over 700 yards (which no one shots past anyway). Change my mind

Wyatt Harrison

I love how it handles, very light and handy. RUGER has clued into the price formula. It’s a bargain in my opinion.

BadgerTails

Is this Wyatt from the Country & Western boot store!?

Tom Watters

Thanks for the review nutn.

Firemedic Mike

My first review as a new patron.... TNP is so much better here! Thanks, Colonel

Cesar C

Awesome! Thanks for the review!

PackPride

Thanks for the great content. Little late on this one, but subbed for a while and watch most vids. Only patreon channel I sub to.

Joseph

Would you take the roughly one pound weight savings? Or build a on sale and some blem parts PSA AR10 for half as much? $650. And the PA10 does come with an adjustable gas block. The AR10 really isn’t a great man portable long distance walking gun to begin with. A 5.56 gun would be preferred, mainly due to the ammo being way lighter and smaller. Yes the AR10 can be carried in a squad, but it is limited on ammo For this price difference, is it worth it, as a secondary system?
