the seaworld one was moved earlier in s4 for the public/simplecast release! probably bc bomb cops into litigation land is kind of a more fitting end sequence for the season. s3 is kinda the same way so I wouldn’t be surprised if things get moved around for the final release based on the order that feels better vs just what’s ready when
