ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Here's a post with all the materials we bought with this month's Patreon earnings. We're usually busy or posting other stuff and many times we forget to show the stuff we buy. And we feel bad for that, because it's thanks to you all that we can get better materials and stuff that'd be hard to save up for otherwise.

Here's what we got this month:- First, we have a thread organizer for the embroidery threads. For sewing, we just use white and black thread, since the thread doesn't show up on the minky, so we have enough with those and a few other colours for sewing clothes. But we need a huge variety of colours and tones for embroidery. We don't even have half of the avaliable colours and we already have ahuge collection. Until now, we had them inside a cardboard box, and it was really messy and hard to find anything there. Plus the fact that many times the threads got tangled and we had to cut and throug several cm of material. So after thinking about it, we got a couple of thread organizers, and just look at how beautiful they look chromatically organized! The empty spaces are because we're waiting for a few threads to arrive so we left their place empty so we don't have to reorganize them once they arrive. You may wonder why we got 2 small organizers instead of one, or one that could hold more threads. It's easy, we don't have enough with just one organizer. In fact, the second one already has the grey threads, the glow in the dark one and a couple of repeated colours. And a small one is easier to place than a big one, and 2 small were actually cheaper than a big one.

- We also got different sewing tools. First we have a pack of curved needles, with different sizes. These needles are useful for sewing big plushies, or parts that are hard to reach with a regular needle. Then we have the long needles. They're 12cm long, and they're aimed to thread sculpting. They can be used for making noses, mouths and such with volume. We will use them to give the apple shape to Applin. And finally, a pricker that came with the needles, which is for making tiny holes on a fabric to make it easier for the needle to pass through it. It's for sewing leather or leatherette.

These stuff wasn't really expensive, so we will save up the rest for our next month's purchase; faux fur fabric samples!
