Well, it's been a while since we showed any plush WIP. We've been working on commissions, but classes started again, and also Jenni, the one that writes the posts, got sick, we couldn't post them. But don't worry, we didn't forget about Patreon and we'll post more often now :)

Here's a finished OC plush. If you remember, the last WIP we posted was our new 3D eyelashes technique. It was an incredible thing to do and we're very proud of it. This is the full character. If you remember, last year we made Kommissar, that blue alien humanoid with orange fins, which is on our banner. Well, this is his partner. That's why we tried to keep the same proportions and sizes and used the same fabrics, but with other colours. The only big difference on the body is the feminine shape that the customer requested.

We had a small problem with the plush and the customer. On the references she sent us, the boots and gloves were blue, and we didn't know exactly how the hairstyle was on the back, just that it was a bun. So once finished, the customer didn't like the result. We discussed it and agreed to change all that for an extra. Personally, we liked the blue more, but it's her character so it was up to her. The hair looks way better with the changes. We wish we had the correct references from the start to avoid remaking those parts, since we don't want the customer to not like their plush from the start.

The link under the title is a video where we show the eyelashes on the finished plush, since they're the coolest part of the plush together with the hairstyle, which we're really proud about because it was really different from the hairstyles we usually make.
