ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Well, we can FINALLY show you our finished squirel head pattern. We're not gonna lie, we made more attempts because we weren't convinced with the shape we had. We made a total of 10 head patterns. Many times we end up regretting making such an effort on getting the perfect shape, but luckily, this time wasn't the case.
You don't know how happy and proud we are of this pattern. It's a very simple shape, but it's also hard to make it exactly like the references. We wouldn't change anything about it right now, we love it.

Embroidery wise, Marshal has a difficult face. Why? Because of the shape and direction of the eyes. If the eye's angle isn't right, he will either look angry or like a womanizer hahaha. The mouth's placement is also important to make it look cute but not too small. And don't get us started with the cheeks... It's the time we've needed more embroidery tests, 5 different faces in total.
But hey, you can see in the pictures how he evolved and how we finally got Marshal's cute expression.

One last thing to say, is that many of you have commented how clean the embroidery looks on this plush. And that makes us really happy because the new embroidery machine has improved the quality of our plushies a lot. In person the changes are more visible, and if you're a plush maker, you see that even more.

Do you want to see this boy's body and clothes? Then pay attention to the next post~

Will you be selling these WIP Marshalls at all? ✨ They look great!

Boira Plushies

If someone is really interested we could sell them,. It wasn't our intention because we aren't happy with the embroidery, but we could sell them at a lower price. But it would be just the head (we'd put ears and bangs though) hahaha
