ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

A few days ago we commented in the Patreon discord server that our sewing machine was starting to fail too often. We've been using it for over 4 years, and despite it's from a good brand, it's not a machine made for working with it everyday. We've brought it to mantainance several times, but it's time for it to retire.

So after thinking a lot about it, we decided to buy a new sewing machine. Thanks to your support, every month we recieve enough money to allow us this kind of expenses. We checked different brants and models and at the end we decided to get a Brother machine, since our embroidery machine is form that brand and it works perfectly. We called to ask for some information and they recommended us the innovis F400, a semi industrial model made to last a really long time and to give it a daily professional use.

They also suggested us to get an industrial one if our job involves sewing, but we don't want to buy such a big machine until we live in a place we're staying for many years.

We recieved the new machine last friday, and we streamed the unboxing on our Twitch channel. We've been practicing with it all the weekend, to be sure it worked properly and that we liked it. We had to learn how to set it up to make it sew to our liking (adjusting tension, pressure, etc) and also get used to all the buttons, their functions and placement. But honestly, our first impression is great. On Friday we got a bit scared because it didn't sew as we expected, but after a few setting adjustements we really like how it sews.  Its stitches are very firm and resistant. It has very interesting functions, such as automatic threading, atuomatic thread cutting, needle position adjustment... And something really good, the final stitch. By pressing a button, the machine ties a knot at the beginning or the end of the seam. It has a very ergonomic design, the buttons and signs show their use perfectly. Also, all the presser feet fit inside the drawer.

It honestly looks like a good machine. We need to use it a bit more to be sure, but it's promising. There may be more economic models that sew as good as this one but they're way more basic. And since we sew daily, we need a machine that is comfortable to work with and has the extra details that makes our job easier. You don't know how helpful it is to have those small things hahaha

Some fo you told us that you'd like us to compare the new and old machines with pictures or videos. Would you like it if we did some short review? Like the one we made with the embroidery machine ^^

Before finishing, we wanted to thank you all again for all the support you give us each month. Without you, we wouldn't have been able to afford this new sewing machine, or most of our working tools that help us improve our work. Your help gives us stability and happiness. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
