Sorry for taking until the very last day to bring it to you, both this month and the project have brought us a lot of trouble ;__; hope you are all looking forward to it regardless!

On the last post we showcased the head and body, and these past few days we’ve been working on the final parts of the plushie; the arms and legs. We’ve had to do three different tests for both of them. The first tests were too flat and shapeless. But adding darts to the fingers and defining the shape of the pattern, we finally got what we were looking for! We haven’t taken too many pictures of the process other than the ones we shared on Discord, but that’s because we were focusing entirely on getting it done in time ><

And now, finally, you can see the pictures of the finished plushie! What are your thoughts??

Despite having been a little chaotic and exhausting, we are extremely happy and proud of the final product. It looks exactly the way we wanted this plush to look like. It has Agumon’s unique head, marked pecs and the shapes of the design itself visible and natural. In the end, the fun in making Digimon plushies is in their unique shapes and details!And it has turned out to be bigger than we expected. The perfect size for hugging hahaha

After looking at the finished plushie we get a tinge of nostalgia. Just thinking about the first Agumon we made 8 years ago and the whole journey we’ve been on as plushmakers. It’s had its ups and downs, happiness and sadness. But above all being able to make it through the art we love. And it reassures us we’ve gotten better and learnt a lot throughout the years! ^^

Even though we had to take our time to finish the plush, the good news is we’ve been working on the instructions alongside it and they're almost finished. So starting tomorrow you’ll receive its patterns through DM! These patterns will count for February, which means that if you haven’t asked for anything in February you will get Agumon's patterns as your February reward, and then get another pattern in March. If you have already requested your February pattern, you’ll be able to request Agumon once the March payment is finalized. 

Finally, we’re letting you know this Agumon is now for sale. It’s 35 cm and costs 400€ plus shipping. You can comment here or DM us if you’re interested in buying it. And you can pay in two installments if needed ^^The SnowAgumon we made as a prototype is also for sale. But this one will be a little cheaper, since it’s the prototype plushie, and some of its details make us feel like it should have a lower price. Feel free to ask if you’re interested!

Now that Agumon is done, we will announce what the next reward pattern will be in a few days. But we would love to hear your thoughts on this plushie and if you’d want us to make more Digimon in the future!

Update: Ya hemos enviado los patrones de Agumon a los que no habíaishabiais pedido uno en Frebrero. Si quereis a Agumon para Marzo, enviadnos un DM y os lo daremos!Hello everybunny!Estamos contentas de anunciar que Agumon está por fin terminado!! Sentimos mucho haber apurado hasta el ultimo día en traeroslo, pero de verdad que ha sido un mes difícil y un proyecto que se nos ha complicado mucho ;__; esperamos que aún así os haga ilusión!

En el último post os enseñamos la cabeza y cuerpo, y estos días hemos estado a tope trabajando en los últimos elementos del peluche; brazos y piernas. Para ambas piezas necesitamos 3 pruebas distintas. En las primeras pruebas nos quedaban piezas muy planas y con una forma poco definida. Pero añadiendo unas pinzas en los dedos y perfilando la forma del patrón, conseguimos lo que buscábamos! No hemos hecho muchas fotos del proceso más allá de las que subimos en Discord, pero es que estábamos trabajando a tope para terminarlo a tiempo ><

Y ahora sí, podéis ver las fotos del peluche completamente terminado! Qué os parece??

Nosotras, aunque haya sido un poco caótico y agotador, estamos super contentas y orgullosas del resultado final. Es tal cual lo que buscábamos para este peluche. Tiene la cabeza característica de Agumon, los pectorales marcados y la formas del diseño marcadas y orgánicas. Al final, lo gracioso de hacer peluches de Digimon es que tienen unas formas y detalles marcados y únicos!Al final ha quedado más grande de lo que esperábamos, del tamaño perfecto para achuchar jajaja

Vemos ahora el peluche terminado y no podemos evitar que se nos caiga alguna lágrima de nostalgia. Pensar en el primer Agumon que hicimos hace 8 años y en toda la carrera como artesanas que hemos tenido. Con subidas y bajadas, con alegrías y tristezas. Pero sobretodo disfrutando de vivir del arte que amamos. Y nos da la seguridad de que hemos mejorado y aprendido mucho durante todo este tiempo! ^^

Aunque hayamos apurado hasta hoy para acabar el peluche, la buena noticia es que hemos estado haciendo las instrucciones a la vez que el peluche y están casi terminadas. Así que a partir de mañana vais a recibir por mensaje privado sus patrones! Estos patrones contarán para febrero, lo que significa que si no habéis pedido patrón este mes, lo recibiréis como recompensa de febrero y en marzo podréis pedir otro. Si por el contrario ya habéis pedido recompensa de febrero, podéis pedirlo a partir de que se haya realizado el pago de marzo.

Por último, os comentamos que este Agumon está a partir de ahora a la venta. Mide 35 cm y vale 400 euros más envío. Podéis comentarnos por aquí o hablarnos por mensaje directo para comprarlo. Y podéis hacerlo en dos pagos si lo necesitáis ^^También estará a la venta el SnowAgumon que hicimos como prototipo. Pero este estará algo más barato por ser el peluche prototipo, ya que tiene pequeños detalles que nos hace querer bajar su precio. Preguntad sin miedo si os interesa!

Terminado Agumon, en unos días anunciaremos cuál es el siguiente patrón de recompensa. Pero nos encantaría saber vuestra opinión de este peluche y si os gustaría que trajéramos más Digimon en el futuro!
