Buongiorno miei carissimi FANATICs!

Oggi vi presento finalmente Bea con il suo primo set sulla pagina: Apparition.

Questo è davvero il primo set che abbiamo realizzato insieme, e secondo me conserva proprio il fascino particolare degli inizi. Non c’è freddezza, non c’è distanza, perché Bea si è dimostrata subito disponibile, presente, pronta a entrare dentro l’idea; però si sente ancora quel primo momento di assestamento, quella fase in cui fotografo e modella iniziano a capirsi, a prendere il ritmo, a costruire una sintonia che poi, nei set successivi, diventerà molto più naturale e libera.

L’immaginario era molto semplice ma forte: fondale nero, tulle bianco, luce drammatica, Bea trasformata quasi in una figura sospesa, a metà tra apparizione, personaggio teatrale e presenza uscita dal buio. Il tulle, in queste fotografie, fa tantissimo: a volte sembra un velo, a volte un abito, a volte quasi un sudario, e aiuta a dare al set un tono più intenso, più misterioso, più scenico.

La cosa che mi piace molto è che Bea regge bene questo tipo di immagine. Ha una fisicità piena, femminile, elegante, che dentro il nero funziona benissimo e dà al set una presenza molto forte. Allo stesso tempo, ogni tanto, spunta già fuori quella Bea più luminosa che poi diventerà centrale nel resto dello shooting: un sorriso accennato, uno sguardo più morbido, una piccola apertura che rompe per un attimo il clima drammatico e fa intuire quanto cambierà il tono della giornata andando avanti.

Per me Apparition è proprio questo: un debutto intenso, bello, molto visivo, ma anche il primo passo di un percorso che nei prossimi contenuti diventerà sempre più ricco, più spontaneo, più divertente e più sorprendente. Qui vedete Bea nella sua versione più scenica e misteriosa; più avanti scoprirete anche tutta la sua energia, la sua ironia, quei sorrisi smaglianti e quella naturalezza che hanno reso lo shooting davvero speciale.

Good morning my dear FANATICs!

Today I finally introduce Bea with her first set on the page: Apparition.

This is truly the first set we created together, and in my opinion it keeps that very particular charm of beginnings. There is no coldness, no distance, because Bea immediately proved to be open, present, ready to enter the idea; but you can still feel that first moment of adjustment, that phase where photographer and model start to understand each other, find the rhythm, and build a connection that, in the following sets, will become much more natural and free.

The imagery was simple but strong: black background, white tulle, dramatic light, Bea almost transformed into a suspended figure, halfway between apparition, theatrical character and presence emerging from the dark. The tulle does a lot in these photographs: at times it feels like a veil, at times like a dress, at times almost like a shroud, helping the set take on a more intense, mysterious and scenic tone.

What I really like is that Bea holds this kind of image very well. She has a full, feminine, elegant physicality that works beautifully inside the black and gives the set a very strong presence. At the same time, every now and then, that brighter Bea already begins to appear, the one that will become central in the rest of the shooting: a hinted smile, a softer gaze, a small opening that briefly breaks the dramatic atmosphere and suggests how much the tone of the day will change as we go forward.

For me, Apparition is exactly this: an intense, beautiful, very visual debut, but also the first step of a path that in the next contents will become richer, more spontaneous, more playful and more surprising. Here you see Bea in her more scenic and mysterious version; later you will also discover all her energy, her irony, those dazzling smiles and that naturalness that made the shooting truly special.
