I will add my voice to your plan for the remaining episodes of season 4 even though you probably already have them planned out. I think you should break the season up into these three groups: 1) episodes 10,11,12,13 2) episodes 14,15,16,17,18 3) episodes 19,20,21,22. These should give you the best experience!

How does fox girl get the power to level boost stronger people. It's exponential growth between levels, so where does the energy come from to increase like a level 7 to level 8? Or is it a situation where 'level boost' is a misleading name. Like maybe it just gives you a stat boost, like a numerical boost of like 50 per stat. So at low levels that's a massive boost that feels like going up a full level, while at higher ranks your stats are so much higher the boost is much less noticeable?

From the start of the video: A solid horror for Luke would probably be Higurashi. It's true that there aren't really many good horror anime, but I feel that would be a good one!

i love how they ended higurashi with the newest season. i love the dynamic between rika and her " besty". but Luke would lose his shit in the first season alone.

The book series doesn't go into too much detail, but it appears to just be a flat level boost ie.. you are level 4 and 52% through it, you become level 5 and 52% through it. However, there are extreme drawbacks to the level boost that the anime does not talk about. The big thing is that the person who is boosted gains almost no experience (excelia) when they are boosted. This was seen after Bell fought Phryne in the book while boosted. Afterwards, he noticed that he barely improved his stats at all and, if I remember correctly, Aisha told him about that drawback. You are correct though; it is totally broken. That is why they are keeping the power a secret. If everybody knew about it, every familia would by dying to get her by any means possible.

Just a bit of context about what is going on with Lily. The anime leaves out a lot of the behind the scenes development and scenes with her due to time constraints. When she first joined, Hestia tasked her with looking after Bell. They both agreed that he was so innocent and gullible that he would easily get tricked and used. As such, Lily's original job, outside of being his supporter, was to use her street smarts to keep them out of trouble. It was initially viewed as a somewhat equal partnership where both were level 1 and good where the other person fell short. However, as the series continued Bell continued to level up and so did Welf and Mikoto. The only other level 1 member of the familia besides Lily is Haruhime and she has basically a god-tier buff ability. This started to really affect Lily, making her depressed, giving her low self-esteem, etc. She even brought this up with Hestia, who reminded her that she was an invaluable member of the team, but also that supporters level slower than the rest of the party due to the nature of their job. However, that really didn't make her feel better. That's one of the reasons why in the later seasons she seems a bit more cynical. The other is that she represents the necessary, albeit annoying, voice of opposition and reason in a party. She often argues for the safer path which will allow her better protect Bell and the rest of the familia even though it may be more callous. It is a bit ironic, however, because this mentality of always choosing the safe path is a big reason why her growth is so slow. Very early on in the series, Bell asked Ryu how to level up and she told him "The most important thing for an adventurer to do is go on an adventure." ie... go out of your comfort zone and take risks. Also, some back story on Welf's new name. In the book, it is "Ignis the ever burning". It is a joke from an entire book of side stories that was left out of the anime. At the end of one of the short stories, Welf confesses to Hephaestus and states that if he can make a weapon that would impress her then he would like to take her as his lover. She initially refused and stated that those were only pretty words and that he could not say the same thing if he knew what was under her eye patch. Before she could stop him, he ripped it off and basically said "Meh, you think this is enough to put out my flame?" This immediately made Hephaestus fall for him and go into teenage girl mode where she was gushing over him and telling the story to anybody who would listen, all while maintaining her cool godly dignity in front of Welf. So his name is a joke, making fun of both him and Hephaestus. Ignis the ever burning from his earlier statement of "you think this is enough to put my fire out?" That's why you can see Hephaestus shaking at 36:57.

Yeah, to be honest, hearing him complain about Lilly every single time the camera is on her, is pretty annoying. I feel like whenever there's a character that's not one-dimensional and is a tad bit more complex, Luke struggles to understand them, which bring frustration and, eventually, annoyance. If Lilly is getting annoying to him, well, he's definitely getting annoying to me.
