The reason why so many anime characters have no issues with their partner being 16 is because that's the age of consent in Japan. Marriage at that age is fairly common as well (though it does require the parent's approval). I don't know why that's so confusing for you, seeing how this is also the case in the UK.

I love this episode. Its done sooo well. (also to be fair later jojos parts (4-6) will have villains so OP that a THICK layer of plot armour is needed for the protagonists to even survive a single opponent :D)

Avdol was literally my favorite character in the show from episode 1 (I watched Part 3 before 1 or 2). Such a shame he had to be the first to go.

Unfortunately, you could tell this was going to go badly as soon as Polnareff and Hol Horse started facing off against each other, due to the famous movie allusion. Stop me if you've heard this one before... In India, a guy with a sword faces off against a guy with a gun and a fancy hat. Doesn't go well for the guy with the sword.
