You're misinterpreting what the mother was saying. She was saying sorry because she feels she failed her son by not giving him a body with a quirk and in turn stopping him from his dream. There is only so much a parent can say or do before they are literally sending your son into a battlefield without a weapon. Honestly, Bakugo is definitely a dick here, but I've always seen the "Don't look down on me!" after the incident as the most emotionally repressed sign of acknowledgement ever because regardless of all the other horrible shit he said, he does view Deku as in a position to look down on him in that moment.

Maybe by some miracle the stars align and you can survive once, but even if that near impossibility happens, you aren't surviving the second time. So I can't blame Midoriya's mom for not encouraging his dream, since most people wouldn't encourage their children to do something blatantly suicidal.

Fun fact, Horikoshi (author of the series) is a big Star Wars fan. So you'll find lots of Star Wars references hidden in the world. Sometimes as location names, sometimes it's characters clearly inspired by Star Wars characters. Like it's not a coincidence these events took place outside Tatooin Station, which is a reference to Tatooine where Anakin and Luke both started their journeys.

Nope, in JP All Might is voiced by Miyake Kenta, who also voices Avdol in Jojo and Scar in FMAB. Vegeta is voiced by Horikawa Ryo, who's also Reinhard in Legend of the Galactic Heroes

this is why i always recomend to people to watch the first 2 episodes as a 50 min special the first episode sets half of the tone and then this episode pulls all together in an amazing package truly a fantastic episode and sets up for some amazing episodes to come
