Ara Araragi

The main characters are all 3rd years in junior high. The new girl, Nagi, is a 1st year. The book that Kaori is reading/quoting at the end is "Ichigo Dōmei (Strawberry Alliance)," a 1991 coming-of-age novel by Masahiro Mita that YLIA is heavily inspired by.

Emanuel dos Anjos

The track that is playing on the end of the episode with kousei seeing his mom in Kaori is called "pavane pour un infante défunte" (pavane for a dead princess is the way they translated to English) by the French composer Maurice Ravel. I played this one with orchestra in January, and it is such a beautiful piece of music.

Daniel Thunberg

I'm guessing you missed that in the beginning Nagi was thinking of slamming the lid on Kousei's fingers before Hiroko spoke up.

Daniel iacomi

Noooooo, you got it wrong! She will be fine at the end!!!!! You must believe!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!

Anime if full of troupes. The younger girl that likes the older guy and wants to be be noticed is very common one. In this case it's a 13 yo girl crushing on a 15 yo boy. Teenage character in a highschool settings is another very common troupe. Usually filled with troupish side character stereotypes. This troupe works well with rom/com's, SoL, comedies, sports, drama, ect. We all have troupes that we either love or hate. Once you discover the troupes, you will be able to figure out what anime are worth watching.

Krawbs

A troupe is a collaborative group of performers—such as actors, dancers, or acrobats—who work and often travel together. The word you are thinking is trope.

I can tell you one thing, you will not regret watching it until the end. Even if you think you know how it ends. Last episode is one of my favorites of all time.
