Problems Loading Reactions (Patreon)

MY FAM!!

I'm seeing a few comments in regards to the loading of reaction episodes. I'm not sure why this is happening at the moment and I will look into it further.

I'm assuming that it seems to be an issue on Patreon's end. If anybody has suggestions, please comment down below :))

UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 15th 2023

For those of you who are still having trouble watching the reactions, some of the other patrons suggested the following -

1. Clear browser cache and history

2. Use a different device (computer seems to get the best results)

3. Try a different browser (Firefox does better than Chrome)

4. Use the website instead of the Patreon app!

5. Set it to "W" for "Wumbo"

Yeah it patreon happened a few times with other reactor videos I watch. You just have to clear and reopen and should be fine or if your watching it online just refresh the page and that should do the trick

For me there are moments at 3/4 of the episode and only at 3/4 of the episode it freezes for a few seconds and then proceeds. Which is strange. Been happening since Monday for me.

I was using Google Chrome when the loading problem happened. Then switched browser and now no loading delay or stoppage. It Might be a GOOGLE extension PROBLEM.

I’ve tried watching on my Xbox via Microsoft edge and it would only load like the first 15 seconds and not buffer the rest of the ep, but on the app it works just fine. I don’t think it’s a problem on your end B!

On mobile I can't unless it's through the ap. Computer is fine on both PC and Apple

No that wont work i go to patreon through youtube and it would play 15 secs then i reload the pade and it still does the same thing even when u close it and reopen it, it works fine on the app tho

In that case just download the app, its in both android and apple so you don’t have to struggle going through youtube

Yes I had to switch to the app to get them to work. I find the app to be a little laggier but at least I can watch them.

Doesn't work on chrome for me so i switched to a different browser and it worked. So maybe it's just a chrome issue. I use my phone to watch your reaction.

People should try different browsers. Naruto messes up for me on chrome but works fine on Firefox.

I got with patreon customer service and found that the app occasionally has to be uninstalled and reinstalled because an update won't go through naturally on Android devices and since I have been doing that I haven't had any issues

What we mean about "loading"...I tried to watch a video yesterday and the video just paused at random times by itself so I had to refresh the chrome, maybe that was my fault or it's that the issue that's happening with the patreon... it's that the "loading" thing that we talking about?

It started happening to me whenever the choice to lower the video quality went away. I used to turn it to 720 and all issues went away. I've had to use PS5 browser to watch ever since lol.

Yeah it definitely puases for GT. I can't watch certain DBGT episodes cause it pauses so much. And I'm using the app.

The app itself is terrible. Ever since they thought it would be a good idea to remove the settings for video quality. Now it always seems to push for the highest quality, but when I'm on a train going into work, it's impossible to watch your reaction videos 😭 wheres before I'd watch in 480p or something. I don't think it's anything from your end Baris.

Ugh now the app is refusing to load comments. So I have to use the app to view reactions, then I have to switch back to browser if I want to see comments. Patreon really needs to get their shit together. (At least in terms of mobile.)

I had this problem for a while, it was so frustrating. I ended up buying a PC and the reactions were there. I was using a sort of notebook smaller PC before which runs on something else that isn't windows, which I think was the problem. I'm not too good with technology and know the right words but I am sure the videos just don
