Melanie

Omg yay perfect timing I was literally re-watching your iconic ttpd reaction 🤍🖤

Buttercupzi (wilma)

Just as I was looking for something to watch while eating breakfast. You girls delivered!!!

Katie K

YASSS! I’m sat.

helen dunham

From the beginning until the end. So many cute moments all throughout

Monique Fonseca de Lima

Hi guys can’t wait to watch this video ❤️🎉 and pleeeease tell me you’re going to watch the whole show some other day

RoyceT227

All the transitions in the final show aren't cut and there's no title cards for what era we're going into. That means the Red music box, the Speak Now dancers, and the snake slithering from Rep to Folkmore are still intact

Melanie

So actually they did film all 3 nights of vancouver and not only the actual final night! The camera crew was with her on stage I believe the first 2 nights

ton

There is a YT channel called the albatross posting both tour versions of songs simultaneously side by side that you may enjoy checking out

ton

I love that all the full transitions are included, that there are more cuts to the singers and band and fans as well as close ups of Taylor’s face throughout the new version. I’d love an era by era review perhaps

ton

I like the little narrative of TTPD set… FEMALE RAGE THE MUSICAL …. I’m in love BDILH …. He was frightened ….he ran and left me down bad ….it was only a fortnight ….he was a small man ….but I can do it with a broken heart Always a clear story for me

ton

There are little moments in the speeches and Kams phrase etc throughout about it being the last show 👍 looking forward to you fathoming some of them

Muireann O’Connell

Me sitting here doing my makeup AGOG when the girlies said “RIP Guilty as Sin full production live” cause honestly yes yes yes that song does not get the validation it deserves ugh so good

Hoostock

Oooh aaah Emily sounds so cool. I would prefer the whole movie but will watch with enthusiasm whatever you decide to do

Muireann O’Connell

Also I would like a full eras tour set list “Bonny and Emily’s version”

V. Babida

“I had his babies….yeah I did” LOL I am dead at this….i just know Taylor can’t wait to be able to change the lyrics in the future hehe

V. Babida

Absolutely love this version and being able to see transitions into each set - I still mourn them cutting the seven intro from the first film.

ton

Did you mean loml for the first surprise song off TTPD?

Katie K

Yes, that was a whole thing every night for most of this leg during fortnight the crowd thinking Jan was Postie!! It happened at my show and because the crowd started freaking out it caused a wave of us freaking out too 🤣🙈

PoeticRainbow

I'd prefer a full The Final Show reaction because of the TRANSITIONS!!!

Amanda P

& she did the same outfits all 3 nights like she did in LA when they filmed!

Hoostock

Ohh yes resurgence of Bonny the dancer

Hoostock

Bonny do you have any videos of you dancing that you would be happy to share

Hoostock

Here’s wishing that Bonny and Emily get invited to the wedding. Would love that not sure it would work out but it’s a beautiful thought

Eirini

I would love to see the whole show with you guys, but you do you! The whole show is a lot more raw than the first movie and it would be great to watch it as a concert!

Katie K

So I believe they filmed across the last 3 shows in Vancouver because she wore the same coloured outfits for continuity however the speeches and majority of those details are all from the final night 🤍

ton

JAN MALONE!!!!

ton

That was Mike Meadows her band lead who does the male vocal back up usually. He’s been there since Fearless tour days

ton

The smallest man to Wood ?

Sagar S

bonny's random bits of insight are soooo goood

Yara

Ever since i saw the tour and the dancers, i've always thought Bonny looks so much like the dancer Natalie! And now knowing bonny also has a dancing background, i choose to believe this is bonny in alternate universe dancing for taylor🥺 cuz imagine Bonny dancing for Taylor!😍

Sally Bee

Casually bawling into my croissant and latte before 10am on a rainy Thursday morning in England! Thanks for creating this safe space to allow us all to get in our deeply offensive Eras tour feels again, i miss it 🥹x

Emelie

Girls it's so funny to me that you don't remember anything from watching the livesteams a year ago 😂 I know it's 1.5 years ago that she first performed ttpd live but her first suprise song simply wasn't guilty as sin it was loml and you lost your minds over that

Hoostock

Wow wow wow indeed the type is soo good

Emelie

I love this version of the movie bc you can hear the crowd so much better! it really feels like you're there!

Courtney D

I really loved that they left all the transitions in, it really helps immmerse you in the flow of the show

Talia Adams

So yes it's "The Final Show" but was filmed over the last 3 nights of Vancouver like for the first film. Also, my preference would be for the reaction to the tour in 1 video since they did include the transitions and it is pretty different from the first one I think in one sitting is the best experience! Thank you so much for these reactions, been really enjoying them!!

Amanda P

first thing I noticed about the movie is that in the first film, the coloring was much higher contrast/lower brightness & I feel like the darker background emphasized the details better! but obvi that’s just a stylistic choice 🫶🏼

Emily

Yes I went to N1 and they were filming…

Emelie

same as you continuously saying the relationship with Matty was 2 weeks when indeed it was 6 weeks publicly and who knows how long before that (maybe a few weeks longer)😅

ton

Fun fact… Taylor has sung Long Live at the final show of each stadium tour since Speak Now

Meg

In California having a bit of insomnia. It's 210am, I just finished watching the eras tour final show. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes ready to watch it with you chickens 🫶🏼🤣✌🏼💚❤️

Meg

I vote one era at a time but watch the transitions between when you start the era 🫶🏼

K U

in my opinion, the infinity symbol during down bad is representative of the way matty convinced her that what they had was forever after he had "beamed her up" and made her feel this cosmic love that she refers to in the song and that she had finally found her forever person right before he dropped her right back off on earth, breaking that illusion. so the infinity symbol is being drawn in the midst of her being convinced of his lie that he would be there forever, so in my opinion it IS representative of the place she was in in her life at the time, but only referring to how he had made her feel during those beginning stages of their relationship, not that she will forever have this sort of connection with him. thats just my interpretation of it though!

Jess Brumby

Noooo both of your reactions to WAOLOM made me giggle so many times 😂😭🫶🏼 WITCH!!!! 🧙🏼

Dori McDowell

They filmed all 3 nights of Vancouver. So, same as O.G. LA shows/film.

Meg

But that is because I want your thoughts on the visuals and dance sequences and I feel like you could make some good content around that. I found myself wanting to pause and rewatch certain parts to take in details I've never seen (like the sequins on the gloves!!)

Gianluca

I think the lilac eyeshadow is an easter egg for ts13 to be this color (❁´◡`❁)

Taylah Louise

the WAOLOM performance gives Nesta from the ACOTAR series so deeply... I'm speechless

Meghan Swanson

Definitely in one video, the transitions were offensive and it's cool to see everything in the new order!

Katie K

I think the way she ordered TTPD was in order to tell a story. It was like a storyboard. Especially from Down Bad to Fortnight to Smallest Man to ICDIWABH. That order really made sense. Still I would’ve LOVED My Boy to start maybe then Guilty as Sin, Whose Afraid and then the rest but BDILH being first what so amazing to watch especially live!!

ton

Thanks for the reaction…. What a blessed time we are in!

Katie K

I did not know this little factoid!! Thank you so much 🫶

ton

No worries… it was part of the set for SN and Rep, she sang it in Singapore for Red, Melb for 1989 and now Vancouver for Eras

Rose Ellen

Yes I was going to say the same thing! The transitions are so good there aren't really clear points to stop between most eras.

Elyse

I really don’t think she’s thinking about her exs when performing old songs. People move on and she still will perform them like one day she’ll be married but she won’t be thinking about her exes all the time on stage just because of a song

Maisie Myers

I feel like the infinity symbol is a dig at MH. Like “you said I’m the love of your life”/ “we almost had it all”/ him putting the ring on her finger. He told her it was forever so many times, so I think she uses the symbol specifically in down bad because it’s the perfect song to be like “lol, what happened to forever b*tch?” I’m not sure I explained that very well.

Alaska Sweetmore

Oof, that idea that Fortnight should've been first on the set-list is like a gut-punch to me because it's always struck me that the set is structured in a chronological narrative (not to reality, necessarily, but as a concept storyline) and so I don't think Fortnight could really be anywhere else but where it is. BDILH is the happy beginning of a new future despite the naysayers, SHS is the honeymoon period, WAOLOM is the friction caused by said naysayers, Down Bad is the fallout of the naysayers driving a wedge between the lovers, Fortnight is the denial and trying to reconcile but getting ghosted, TSMWEL is the anger and resentment at being abandoned and ICDIWABH is the ultimate acceptance of the pain. That's my take on it anyway. 💜

Abby

I watched your reaction to Paris N1 again just the other day and was LIVING. So I am so sat for this video 🐣🫶🏻

Jade

This whole set is like the fever dream of a “crazy” girl in an asylum. To go from BDILH (once you see her facial expressions) all the way to ICDIWABH is an expression of mind that is absolutely terrifying. The dancers in white remind me of other asylum patients or staff.

Katie K

I genuinely believe My Boy and Guilty as Sin and Mirrorball will all have their own proper moments on a tour in the future. They’ll have their day in the sun I have faith!! 🙏🏻

Tess7

Holy shit Bonny lol now I’m 80 and singing long live, while a montage of my Swiftie life plays And Emily, my headstone will say “she was a Taylor Swift fan” 😄 I just adore you both…maybe that headstone will say “she was part of Chats & Reacts” iykyk 🫶❤️‍🔥🐓😊

khushi04

I LOVE THE NEW STAR EDITING FACES OMG GIRLS ARE YOU KIDDDINGGGGG

Sana 🇵🇸

They did actually do many shots on the stage and it was done for the last three nights, that’s why she wore the same outfits the last three shows

Sana 🇵🇸

You guys Have to watch the ending, or karma and the ending

Jas

Em "beam me up bitch" 🤣🤣 iconic line!!!

Dori McDowell

Ahhhhyes... "Jan Malone" ... the hysterical jump scare since Paris N1! 😆😆😆

Mike

Yeah, you can tell they spliced different nights by the 1989 set, she's wearing the mismatched shoes on different feet depending on the shot.

Kristina

During broken heart she only counts 1 and 2 ✌️ to the camera and then it cuts to the screen for 3 and 4… I’m still concerned with the 2s. Love your fathomings during ttpd. For the final show, definitely combine lover and fearless reaction for the transition alone 🐓 🐓

Sana 🇵🇸

I’m glad I wasn’t there only one who hadn’t fathomed how gorgeous that eye shadow was before

Megan C

You are fathoming!!!!!

MarkH

In reaction to Emily asking "Will it just be ....", we should know by now that if you use the word "just" like that about Taylor, the answer is always "No". She always does the most. And I like how this movie is so dramatically different in style from the first one. It gives a stronger reason for both to exist, similar to, as Bonny says, the 5 and 10 minute versions of All Too Well. Thank you for getting these videos to us so fast after the initial delay. Too fast for me to comment on all of them, but I did love them all!

Mayra

I took it like we go from this lonely country road leading to a small town no one’s heard of where she sings but daddy I love him. Progressing like life, ending in her Showgirl career.

Keira

The tortured poets necklace was always the same design, but sometimes the pearls were black!

aya

keyboard man 😭 that's mike meadows he is the band leader he's been with taylor since fearless he does background vocals on a lot of songs studio recordings and live he also plays multiple instruments basically all of them guitar cello keyboard and so on

Jennie 🐍🖤

She’s burned at the steak in BDILH. When the middle part rises and she’s on it there are flames on it

Hoostock

If you do decide to do the whole show please keep TTPD in. I know you covered it here but a whole show wouldn’t be the same if you cut it out. Also, I think in the process you will have other fathomings and observations about the set

Annika 📍Melb, AU

I desperately need to have a TTPD moment 😭 I’m having a nervous breakdown with how superior this is 😭

Julia

Your memories of tour are little off lol but it's all of us I only remember this because of certain creators I was following . My boy was the first surprise song he she opened in Paris. Guilty as sin was only performed 3 times, but it too a while ...I believe Stockholm was the first. (checks swift alert)...Stockholm n2, then Amsterdam N1 on guitar then in Miami n3 on piano. The final show is filmed over the final 3 nights in Vancouver , she mistakenly maybe wears the shoes on the wrong feet in the 1989 set , own gold one orange but for 2 nights it's orange on her left foot and for 1 it's orange on her right , and gold on the other. (verified via carols corner on Tik Tok who made a spreadsheet for to the shows (if they change) for all her outfits!❤️❤️❤️

Brenda1989

I feel that starting with but daddy I love him was excellent bc it really is like the story opener we start on this high and then slowly start to trickle down into female rage…also I think the infinity symbol could represent feeling “down bad” forever

Sam

Give taylor the oscar honestly!!!

Annika 📍Melb, AU

Since you asked, I would prefer the full reaction option! 🤗 If you decide to do each Era as a series please don’t cut the transitions! I was losing my mind over them being in this film! 🤩🤪

Courtney

Between all the Patreon videos and song breakdowns on YouTube you girlies are out here GRINDING and we appreciate it !!!!!!!!

Mia Leone

I feel like she was trying to tell the story chronologically for TTPD and had to start with the song where she was still obsessed with him.

Hoostock

I am just curious here when you watch this did someone supply the footage to you so it didn’t have anything before TTPD on or did the tell you when it started so you could zoom through

Elli

Yes! I think they were on stage with her during the 1st and 2nd show. During the 1989 set in the movie, you can also see that she mixed up the boots. So, sometimes the orange boot is on her right foot, sometimes the yellow one. That must have been from different nights

Courtney

I fathomed this for the first time watching in 4K too !!! Absolutely wild detail

Noah Dale

They did film the final 3 shows for this film and chop the shots together like the first eras film but I don’t think it’s as noticeable because of the way it’s edited imo but when you watch the Lover era focus on the Man and you’ll see that she tosses the paper and it gets stuck in the gap between the two levels of the set she’s on and in some shots it disappears and reappears when they switch nights hahaha

Sarah

Lovely to see the editing touches like Bonny and Emily as the little stars that you are 🌟

Hoostock

I have been rewatching as the dancers walk out at the start of the TTPD set and I can hear that there are words being said but can’t make them out. Is anyone able to enlighten me

Hoostock

I also notice in the whole film there are moments when the sound seems muted and then comes in louder not sure if that is intentional or part of an edit

Julesf75

Couple thoughts: 1. The order of the songs definitely tell the narrative of her stages of deeply in love, depressed and progressing to anger in the smallest man. 2. They definitely filmed all 3 nights of Vancouver and edited the final show with camera angles from all of them hence why she’s wore the same outfits for all of Vancouver. Pay close attention in 1989 set her colored shoes switch feet! 3. The pole in who’s afraid, I think has some type of magnet device to help her feel secure. Also in the documentary the girls mentioned the wrap for back support, I think it’s the magnet device that was eventually built into the dress? Just some thoughts!

Starbuck1234!

Outstanding. Really great. The use of the infinity symbol you have to look to the lyrics and the song. She references Close Encounters the movie, she uses the 5 note musical sequence similar to what’s used as the central guiding force from the movie in the song, and she sings about cosmic love. She sings about being abducted, of course this is one of the themes of the movie, but in the song it is used as a metaphor. The cosmic love lyric is used to symbolize that love is limitless, eternal, and an integral part of the universe; the symbol ties human connection to the cosmos itself. Which is what the movie centers on, universal connection, something beyond us that we cannot explain, an Eternal force bigger than us. She was shown a love that was bigger than us, something only the forces of the universe could explain. That is the theme of the movie and what she uses here, and the eternal sign symbolizes the limitless of the universe as it connects these two people. Not just that love is infinite and eternal; but spiritual connection, just like the movie.

Rita Balode

Remeber you noticed the wrap around her waist in rehersals? I think she needed smth sturdy when she trained to lean against that pole to not injure herself. In shows she had a corset but in rehersals - a plain t-shirt.

Alison

Loved seeing the TTPD set and the visuals in detail. My show was Edinburgh N3 and it was daylight virtually to the end so the lights/visuals didn’t have as much impact in person… We have this version to watch forever… we are so, so fortunate 🫶

Rhonwen 🫶

I need to see the whole thing!! The transitions are offensive

DemiMarie🤍🖤

Yaaas Chickens!!! Been so waiting for this 👏🏻👏🏻🫶🏻

Drey Szabó

Girlies, you mentioned this during the doc too and I don’t think you’ve fathomed yet, the waistband she had on while practicing the TTPD set is magnetic, it attaches to the pole so she doesn’t fall off when she’s not holding on to it. During the show, it’s under her dress. Theres likely a button or something she presses on the tip of the pole to attach and did attach herself because every time she does so, she goes for the pole with her hand first

Drey Szabó

Dont know if you guys saw that during down bad, while she did draw the infinity symbol, she never actually finished it. It remained incomplete as she went into Fortnight

Lively_Ash

I did the same thing! I went straight to TTPD 💛

Hoostock

The more I watch the more questions I have. Can anyone explain the symbology behind the drummers on the smallest man routine. I have not fathomed

Enzo Reis

Today 18th is my birthday 🥺💖 thanks for this gift.

Alaska Sweetmore

The day I'm not at least trying to fathom something this illegal woman does is the day they carry me away in a box tbh. 🤣

Lively_Ash

I like the order as we see her happy the. Slowly going mad into the questioning, the anger, then depressed & hurt…. Starting also reminding us she’s happy now & the rest is just a retelling of where she was before Travis

Hoostock

Just noticed the T on her earrings during secret songs

Lively_Ash

Speaking of her looking at her dancers…during FEARLESS you can see her say “I Love You” to Mike Meadows (he’s been w her a long time, was in the doc)

Katie Watson

“Long live the swiftie that lies here “ on my tombstone lol

Nele

Ari checking in on Bonny after the emotional last accoustic set 🐣

Lively_Ash

MY BOY would also be my opening 😆💛

Antoinette

I’ve always thought that the final night surprise song choices were representative of her before the eras tour ‘A place in this world’, during the tour ‘new romantics’ and then at the end of the tour with the iconic mashup of ‘long live, NYD and manuscript’. I feel like they showcase her journey really well.

Jessica

This may have been answered previously.. but what type of tea do the girls drink? Currently in my tea era and I must know lol

Amber

The cheering in fortnight is for Jan because it kind of became a funny bit when everybody was clowning for to posty come out because he was supposedly in the area, the entire crowd cheered but everybody was wrong and it just kept happening every show as a joke

ton

Love those streaming stories each show… it was so fun

Linds K

Simply so many things to say only 11 minutes in! 🤣 first, I definitely think you two should watch this whole film, even if you don’t record it as a reaction for us, cuz it did feel so much different than the original. There was more focus on the band and we got the full transitions between sets. Also different speeches obviously. Next, you mentioned the dancers look eerie in white and stoic like zombies, I think they’re meant to look like other insane asylum inmates which tracks. Last, they did film this over two nights, some people clocked she messed up her shoes on the 1989 set, one night the orange shoe is on the left, the next it’s on the right 🤣🤣🤣

ton

Happy birthday! Have a good one

Enzo Reis

Also, I love how she reforces the TTPD/Red conection in the Red set we have the bombox in the intro, in the Ttpd intro wee have distorted Melodies of the TTPD songs like the "MEEEEEE" of Who's Afraide or The "oh-oh-oh" of My Boy.

Enzo Reis

Thanks Ton! 🥺💖🫶🏻

ton

For me I see it as going into battle hence the army and formation motifs but fighting with music hence the drums. There are two red flashes, for me representing the dual heart break and the white flag of surrender to show it’s over

Mex

bonny: I'm definitely no amanda, but i love that for her em: in my heart you are me: 😭

Cassy

for a fortnight there we were forever ♾️

ton

I love in BDILH how she’s running joyously around the stage and the dancers behind her are still stony faced and turning their backs on her 9:40, then she’s burned on the pedestal with them judging her in church and then when they “come around” is when they all start smiling and dancing along with her instead

Lively_Ash

The live performance of WAOLOM is top tier PERFECTION!!!!!! Give me a whole musical on this!!!! I’m obsessed!! So many people talk about the end of The Smallest Man, but I rarely if ever hear people give credit to Who’s Afraid!!!!

Dominic Cuomo

I’d love to see the rest of the show because the cinematography is definitely better and it has full transitions compared to the original eras film plus I want your reactions to the ending too

Mex

ari chicken knows as the black dog, she gets to shine in a ttpd related video! an early visit for a little attention, being so cute off camera that bonny needs to pick up her phone and take a photo mid video, then checking in when her mom is emotional. what a superior baby chicken!

Abbey Abbott

I totally agree with the insane asylum comment but I was thinking that the dancers are the asylum nurses because they are so calm and stoic and Taylor is the crazed inmate running all over the stage.

Tessa M

Natasha Peterson is that dancer you pointed out. Love her! Followed her on TikTok last year and she posted a lot how emotional she was about what this tour meant to her 🫶🫶

Jeanne

I always thought the order of the songs were sort of “chronological” like she starts with the song where she’s in love and she choses him in spite of everyone telling her she shouldn’t and then we see the relationship dying she’s driven mad and there are the songs where she’s sad with down bad and fortnight and then the smallest man is litteraly her dying. But she’s brought back to life for the show because she can do it with a broken heart. I think if we see the full set as “female rage : the musical” it kinda makes sense

Jeanne

My boy was the second surprise song it was Paris N2 (my show 🥲🥲🥲) she actually performed loml first at Paris N1 !

Kenz

I would love to see you react to the rest of the final show! It’s exactly like you said in the beginning feeling completely different from the original Eras Tour film! It’s so raw and like you are actually there!! (Which I needed as someone who painstakingly didn’t get to experience the eras tour live 😭😭😭) The end of the show, her final bow and goodbye, with the whole crew. DEAD FULLY DEAD would love to see your reaction to that part specifically 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Prue

The walking is like they are being mind controlled/brain washed so But Daddy I Love Him fits because it's the song where is at her most manic she is fully convincing herself that this is what she wanted because someone is promising everything based on the information he had of her, her family is wrong, her friends are wrong, everyone is wrong (not to say that fans thinking they had sway on her actions was right obviously), he is it! She knows what she's doing, she's not being manipulated, he's not taking advantage of her state of mind! (SHS is more of a shout out to travis and it just fit in there both in mood and in the way she's telling the story) from a narrative standpoint I like starting at her most out of it going towards him and then peeling back from there, having the realizations, Who is Afraid... is her still on a high but going from joy to ANGER and then she sinks into the exhaustion and sadness that feel eternal, the feels like sadness becomes her etc, it's the, it's her waking up and going "What have I done? What have you done?!" Fortnight is a good album opener because it's introspective and it contains all of the themes explored but the tour is more of a story, so the trajectory feels better to me this way because by fortnight she has the lessons. From there you get to The Smallest Man, which feels like not a high or a low, but someone stable just having flashbacks to situations or moments and going hold on ?????? fck you actually. And finally the reveal that she was going through alllllll of this and still being THE showgirl, still putting on a beautiful show and giving her best to every audience, and she needed that, and they needed her the balance of being exhausted but also getting energy from people.

Lively_Ash

I DESPERATELY need these surprise songs on Spotify ASAP 😭😭😭😭

Rebecca

This is exactly what I was thinking! She starts when she loved him and ends with her coming out the other side

Annika 📍Melb, AU

This fathoming 👏 Almost like the five stages of grief but not in the traditional order.

Lively_Ash

Seriously that freaking piano mashup is ILLEGAL 😭😭😭😭🫶🫶🫶 I haven’t been able to rewatch it without tearing up & crying

Kristen

so I was at Vancouver N1 and I know that they were filming on stage with her that night!. If I had to guess, she did the same thing here for “the final show” that she did in LA where she films three days straight and then is able to plug in certain bits and pieces that might look or sound better from previous nights, but all of the speeches and big moments are from the very last show, so it would appear as if it is all from the very last show. after watching the full thing, you will see her bangs/hair kind of switch around so you can tell that some things are from different nights.

Annika 📍Melb, AU

I think saying the relationship was 2 weeks is a bit - to relate it back to Fortnight 🥰

Vilma Moquist

Love this and all you do! PLEASE do break downs for rep, lover, red etc!!! Would love to see it!!!🌟🌟

Jay Unleashed

The wish list shade gives me life! Bonnie I agree so hard!! 😂 but that chorus goes so hard! 😭

Mex

there's a video where someone shows the orange shoe going from her right foot to her left foot and back to her right foot during the 1989 set in the new movie, so it definitely was filmed on multiple nights to get all of the angles. but all of the speaking moments by taylor seem to be from the actual last show

Kelli

I’m obsessed with your candles in this video… The color combo with the candles and holders immaculate 👌🏼

Bison Matt

In terms of the meaning of the "road" in the TTPD opening visuals.... The first lyrics of BDILH are "I forget how the west was won" and the visual with the road kind of does feel like a desolate Route 66 vibe in the western US. Also, Area 51, near Las Vegas (where the US military has a base, long suspected by conspiracy theorists as containing information about alien life and spacecraft) is also in the desert west. That kind of ropes in the 'Down Bad' spaceship visual theme.

Mex

happy birthday, enzo! what a great present to you!

Angela.

I don’t think I’ll ever get over all the little snippets of the Eras dances in I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.

dachiefs1969

Bdilh is followed by so high school...I think that's the Travis clue

Mex

same! superior visuals

Sam

I was there and I could sooooooo feel it

Anna.98

Id probably like full last show, or maybe if u break it up into parts maybe like em said u could compare this version and old one idk

Brittany Fitzgerald

Guyssss we need to have a chat about Mike Meadows 😂 “Keyboard man”. He has been in Taylor’s band since at least Fearless (because I think he threw a guitar pick that ended up down my shirt when I was in pit on that tour lol). I too noticed him more during this last show and the documentary, but I know he’s been around a while. He does a lottt of different stuff throughout the show. He is often a guitar player, I imagine probably rhythm, he plays harmonica during Betty, he plays keyboard and sings background. Probably does other stuff too. I know he’s no Paul or Amos but he’s been around almost as long!

Brittany Fitzgerald

Obsessed with your reaction to WAOLOM 😂❤️. Perfectionnnn!!!

Just Grace

Hoooooolyshit BONNIE!! CanNOT be saying Travis picking her up after SMWEL is TOO MUCH!!! 🙀😆😆

Mex

iconic comment, tess!! some people have urns for flowers, you will have a chicken statue!🫶🐓

Maggie

I think I would die with Guilty as Sin live😭😭😭😭😭

sofie sandrini

I think just seeing the show in one would be great 🌟

Dany

Yeah, imagine the chore it would have🫨

Shannon

cheers were for Jan the dancer coming up the lift 🤍✨

Linsey Keller

My thoughts on the song choices- she wanted to tell a story of someone falling in love (but daddy I love him/so high school) and then everything going down hill from there. I like that it starts on that high note, but you still feel that eerie feeling.

Nicole

I was at this show! It was my only show so I don’t know what the energy would have been otherwise. It was the BEST, that’s all I remember! 🥹

Alexandra Bennett

I feel like Emily lmao like I’m hearing all of this for the first time again. TTPD is the most offensive thing I’ve ever heard and I’m having a meltdown

Kathleen George

It is a different experience, different energy!

Paweł

Give us a nice 5 part series

Ashley

Lovely video chickens! I think having a reaction to the final show as one would be best for you and us. The film is completely different to the original eras film and I think breaking it up, you won't be able to get the full feel of it and everything they left in. Can't wait to see your reaction!

Cordelia De Luna

I don't know if you had the captions on for this but during the Broken Heart transition, they say that "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart (Broken Hearted Showgirl Version) plays" which me and my mom found to be A LOT!

sofie sandrini

Emily just made me fathom that Best + Witch = Bitch. You were saying something before Who’s Afraid and by accident melted the words together before correcting yourself and I’m again confirmed in my belief that women are witches and we are in fact the best.

Sophie

Ooh! What if you did a series split up by era, but for each video you watched the original eras tour movie and then the final show? It could be really fun to see the differences :)

Paloma Bennett

I would love it if you watched & reacted to the rest of the show all in one or watched the eras in groups of two like Lover & Fearless.

anna

I think it would be fun to split it up into each era, and then maybe talk about why you love that set or something

Courtney D

There are so many moments in the filming of this show where the performers are crying and saying "I love you" and saying goodbye to eachother and each part of the show, so emotional!

Jules

Maybe watch section by section but watch the first eras movie if that set and then this one of that set. For example Watch the opening & Lover set of first movie then of this one. Compare & contrast.

Madison Jones

I will never get over Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me. When she sings ‘they called me crazy’ she does the same body roll she does a billion times in Look What you made me do!

Melody 🥀

Totally see what y'all are saying about starting with Fortnight to set the mood! I feel like she started with But Daddy I Love Him because it's supposed to be a narrative arc of the relationship budding then crashing and burning. Like she's with this guy and no one understands, she feels so high school, it's great, then into Who's Afraid because everyone is coming for her and now she's going feral. Then he leaves because he can't deal and she's Down Bad, then she's reminiscing with Fortnight, and then she's like wait you're actually the Smallest fucking Man, and I've been left broken but I Can Do It With a Broken Heart, so it's fine LOL.

𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈💖

“Beam me up bitch”😭 oh em I swear you are actually the funniest person ever

sydney

Would love to know if u feel like tortured poets has risen for u over the last year since every new album helps us fathom previous ones!

Bailey Huber

Can you guys watch the whole movie in a cozy setting? Then maybe do a series after that of comparing the sets to the first movie

Bronson

Keep it like this plssss

Lesley Mitchell

Shut the fuck ⬆️ and shut the fuck 🆙 lol, loved that.

Katherine

I was at the last show, I definitely think there was a little bit of that “this is the last time we’re doing this” feeling, but I think I was honestly expecting a lot more emotion so I didn’t feel it as much as expected. I think Taylor and the dancers were just very “on” since they were recording the last show, I think it would’ve felt different if it wasn’t recorded. Not to say I’m not grateful my show is recorded for this like that’s amazing but it didn’t feel very different compared to other nights I went to.

Alaina

"Dip that leg, boy" is SENDING MEEEEE

Sam

I was at the last show and yes I absolutely felt like you could feel it across the entire stadium. Taylor, all the dancers, and crew, and the entire crowd - it felt like we all knew it was the last time these moments would happen! 💕

Kay Kay

I dont care what anyone says you can never convince me that “wild joy” is about anyone but travis😂. I think part of the joke is her exes were boring af and thought they were too cool hahah like the beginning of the song sure but she added the ending later for sure

Kailey's Corner

The Eras Tour Concert Film felt like a promotional tour film. The edits to show which era we’re in were for the non-fans or new fans. The Final Show is a celebration of what they achieved. We’re seeing way more of the fans, the dancers, the band. Everyone gets their moment. They are so distinctly different and both so important. They did film the final 3 shows in Vancouver so this footage is a compilation of the final 3 nights. This is why she wore the same outfits for each night too. You can see in the 1989 set that her mismatched shoes switch back and forth cause she didn’t have them on the same feet each night lol.

Kailey's Corner

Agreed!! She’s telling a story with the setlist order for sure, it’s such a clear narrative laid out like this!

Jeebs

I really think she's going to release an Era's Tour live album. The vocals and mixing for the last show performance are super cleaned up. Maybe that's why the last 2 docuseries were pushed up?

Tina Lingen

The special effect for “people of the Patreon” sent me. 😂Love all the joy you girlies bring! 💜

Maria

They definitely filmed all three nights in Vancouver and edited them together, you can tell by all the camera shots and different angles. And I also remember there being cameras there all three nights😁😁😁 Loved this video🥰

Tina Lingen

Could not agree more. Every time I see her sing “my wild joy” I know that girl is thinking about Travis.

RL

You lovely chickens and your content!!! Every element of your videos❤️‍🔥✨The effort into the outfits and background, the insights you both have, and the energy you bring is always so great!! ❤️And always remember to take a break when you need time for yourselves! Sending you guys love always!!🐣

Nele

you guys just bring the MOST joy into our lives 🥹🫶🫶✨✨✨

Madeline

I was at the Saturday night show in Vancouver (the second last night) and there were cameras on the stage a ton of times. They definitely filmed all three nights they are just marketing this as the “final”

Patty Minor

I want the whole thing not broken up. The way they filmed the final show is amazing. Break it up for YouTube but give us everything and unedited if at all possible.

Camila Dejesus

"rusting my sparkling summer" being another maroon callback. Sorry I just realized that!

Madeline

She played LOML the first night of the Poets set! (I know this because I just rewatched your full reaction 😂)

Sofia Sanchez

I love the idea of being a serie of videos

Tessa M

Pretty sure the crowd was cheering for Jan when he appeared😂 they love him

Cata

you made me BAWL MY EYES OUT holy shit. all of what you said during the surprise song set was just absolutely offensive for you to say. stop!!!!

Shannon

I don’t think she messed up the lyrics, I think she switched them to end with “a history book page” which leads the listener into the pages of the manuscript.

Amanda Christon

Emily same, I have an absolute nervous breakdown every time I hear Who’s Afraid… what the hell is that song !! 😩

Emily Fesmire

For TTPD it is literally done like a musical. Female Rage the Musical. That is why But Daddy I Love Him is first. In the bridge, she is in a church being persecuted and when the platform raises up, there are flames all around it like they are burning her at the stake. Then when she goes into Whose Afraid of Little Old Me she is literally levitating around on the stake that they burned her on. The smokiness in Smallest man is the smoke remaining after the fire went out . At the end, she dies and she is still expected to get up and perform as the Showgirl.

Inés Fernández A.

Has anyone notice that the intro screens to the TTPD set match the lyrics of midnights rain “my town was a wasteland, full of cates, full of fences”. Like it’s literally a road surrounded by a wasteland with cages and fences falling from the sky.

Inés Fernández A.

I like this new movie a lot but the close ups are a bit too much for me. I love both movies but they deliver completely different experiences, which is great because it’s like 2 different concerts.

LindseyMarie

Oh my gosh, I love that Jan Malone lore has been forever immortalized in this film! The crowd at one time thought it was going to be Post, but then they just kept up the cheering for Jan each show as a little inside joke!-signed someone who watched every stream with Tess🥹

Suzi Davenport

I was also initially confused by the order of the setlist, but watching the movie made me realize that she was telling us a story. The silence at the beginning and the cages opening are the end of her relationship with Joe, going into an abrupt upbeat beginning of something new with But Daddy/So High School (which I think was definitely a nod to Travis, but also narratively fits with the optimistic energy she felt about Matty in the very beginning). Then, people start to vocally speak up about how much they hate Matty compounding with her being so successful that people started to hate on her success and prowess in the industry — Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me. Then he ghosts her — Down Bad. She goes crazy, the asylum of Fortnight. She comes out of the asylum prepared for battle, fights back with the Smallest Man but is wounded from the effort. Then, I Can Do It With a Broken Heart as the closer because it’s where she was narratively right before she met Travis.

Abby

I'll never get over the fact that the beginning of the TTPD set, sounds just like the 1975 tour album intro "Still...At Their Very Best" and of course the resemblance of the house and furniture all feels intentional.

Lauren Brit Rey

22:38 both of them just realizing her eyeshadow is pink sparkles! Haha I am pretty sure it always has been pink I think it’s a visual effect where u don’t see it until she looks down otherwise it just looks illuminating

paulina 🧃

😆 i love how we collectively decided to react to these surprise songs like we’ve never seen them before 😭 this movie is so different so it might be easier for you to do it in parts era by era. That sentiment is bringing a lot of new or repeated but paraphrased very needed fathomings ❤️‍🩹

Sarah Curry

For the rest of the show, I hope you'll watch the entire thing in one go because the transitions are really important and very different from the first film. Then if you want to split it up for us in separate videos afterwards you could do so without losing the experience of watching those transitions as they occur.

Sandy H.

I agree. I was at the first night in Vancouver (Friday) and they were filming.

Holly

I’d love a series with individual eras and share what your personal (unrealistic) set list would be for that particular era!!

Amanda Christon

I’m sure you girls have said this before but her performing ICDIWABH about the Eras while on the Eras tour is ALOT

Inés Fernández A.

My HUGELY unpopular opinion is that guilty as sin is NOT in my top 10 TTPD songs (to be honest, I don’t think it’d make my top 20 either😬)

Ronja

The order of TTPD makes so much sense to me because it is a story she is telling!! She was so in love it made her feel like High School again. But then something changed and she lost that love, so life makes no sense anymore (down bad). She had him for a Fortnight and it meant everything to her. But now it is all twisted because she realized he was the Smallest Man to ever live. It almosz killed her but hey, actually I can do it with a broken heart because I am besutiful and brilliant and I don't need no man! I think seeing it in that way makes so much sense

Ariel

I think Taylor’s necklace is a cruciger, or "cross-bearing orb," which according to Google “symbolizes Christ's dominion over the world, with the orb representing the Earth and the cross signifying divine authority. Used as a Christian symbol of power in medieval times, it was held by rulers (like emperors and kings) and celestial beings (like angels) to show they held authority under God, often appearing in royal regalia, coins, and art as an emblem of Christian rule.” Interesting choice given all the religious symbolism on TTPD, but perhaps also a nod to Taylor’s own power.

Lizzie Page

So I watched the full show with captions, and the part between Smallest Man and ICDIWABH where Kam and Jan are getting Taylor back together was captioned “I Can Do it With a Broken Heart (Broken Hearted Showgirl Version)” 👀👀👀

Ally ❤️

We are so well fed, Besties!!! 👯‍♀️ thank you ❤️❤️

Ally ❤️

Same 🤷‍♀️ though when it comes on, I’m not mad 😂💅

Ally ❤️

The floating furniture makes me think of Alice falling down the rabbit hole.

Ariel

The American West desert and mountain landscapes, which are known for their rumors of alien and UFO sightings, is the reason why she chose the road imagery I think. Think of the show Roswell, which takes place in New Mexico, for example.

Angela J Reeves

And how the wrist lights were switching during the ending mashup!!

Jaana

Yes! And Guilty as Sin was Stockholm N2.

Nicole

I completely agree!

Nicole

There's a shot or two in other sets of the camera running on stage, and I am certain they filmed all three nights. You can see some minor differences in other sets, she wore the same outfits all three shows. They just pulled a lot of the speeches from N3!

Angela J Reeves

I think each set side by side deserves its own video, so Lover movie vs Lover last show, etc. that gives the space for a good deep dive. And lazy fans of yours (me) can just fall into an era with you any time we want. But aside from the convenience for me personally, I think it’s easier to remember details from each era when you’ve just watched only that era, fresh. It’s too much to remember the whole thing.

ChloeThePayne

chats n reacts are the BEST commentary duo cuz Bon notices details about choreography and Em notices details about singing, a perfect video celebrating all the details in this performance!

Pam Delpapa

I loved watching it all the way through. It was so different from the first movie. The POV seemed different and it was lovely. I’m just afraid if you do only one set at a time you’ll miss something from the transitions . Love y’all and thank you for making my holidays with your videos 🥰🥰

Rebecca Ryan

The OG 2023 Era’s tour movie was honestly a lot better, I’m sad to say. Everyone I’ve talked to and heard has said the same thing. 😭

Aubrey McMichael

i personally think they’re different and i like that about them! the first one feels more cinematic and the second one had more close ups and feels more raw

Nicole

The first time I saw the Tayroomba with the post I heard Father Scott in my head like "always 3 points of contact to stay safe, sweetie!!" 😂 Maybe that's just because my dad is like handyman engineer guy haha

Robin Brewer

I was at Vancouver N1 and they did film all 3 nights

Samantha

I will NEVER recover from Guilty As Sin!!!

Saskia 🩶🤎🖤🤍

Video Suggestion: Top 10 (or something) Taylor Lyrics of all time 😊 like the best of the best

Anja

Yeeees bitcheeeees, justice for guilty as sin!!! The best fucking song eveeeer, that didn't have its deserved moment😭 (not the accoustic version, but this full version with this illegal drums!)🤯😍

Aubrey McMichael

guilty as sin, my boy, and fresh out the slammer will have full production performances one day!!!!!!! i demand it!!!!!

Bluewater38

Love you girls . Thank you for all you produce . If there was a way for you to revisit your ‘Re-Fathoming the surprise songs ‘ series . With the release of TTPD ….the first American leg choices could now be seen in a very different light x

Ally ❤️

Oh I have been excited for Debut since she released Fearless. That re-recording and the vaults are going to absolutely crush!

Shannon

One video because the transitions!!!!!

Robin Brewer

“Her face is too much to look at!” 🤣🤣 so true!!

Keri 🫶🏻

She’s been a little loose with “the final show.” It’s footage from all the last three shows. In the 1989 set you can see her shoes change from shot to shot because she mixed them up one night

Ally ❤️

Thank you for the gift of that final piano mash up as though it were the first time hearing it. I’m weeping as hard as I did on that last grainy livestream with Tess again… Bonny nailed it: “It’s all too much for a human to handle!” 💔

rachel long

Speaking of new romantics, you must watch the Swifty and the scholars podcast you will literally love it, and your hearts will melt, and there are so many illegal things to learn from this man

Mathieu

I can't believe that I had the chance to witness The Eras Tour I don't have many memories from my 2 shows but I remember that I propably never felt this happy ever

rachel long

He really related new romantics to being an antihero without even knowing that was also a song of herS

Liam Mcfarlane

Ending the last acoustic session with "One last souvenir from my trip to your shores" and "The story isn't mine any more" - Like... I travelled around the world with this show but now I'm done and it's become your story that you'll tell your friends and family... How dare she? Who gave her permission? Illegal behaviour, criminal, jail time.

Ally ❤️

Yup! This empire belongs to HER!

Ally ❤️

Well… does it help that Fresh Out the Slammer is in my TTPD top 5?

Ally ❤️

Ooooh! That’s TEA!!!!!

Aubrey McMichael

“baby i could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me” relating to the eras tour coming about because her masters were sold 🥹

Ally ❤️

Whoa!!!!!! Great pick up!

Bria Bowen

Wow I never fathomed this!

Ally ❤️

Agree- I think they round out the whole experience 🤷‍♀️

Ally ❤️

Seeing Speak Now this time was so beautiful because the POV and performance during the transition was so beautiful 💜

V. Babida

Ladies - the man doing backing vocals in Fortnight is the superior Mike Meadows (long time band member since fearless tour) and he also did all the backing vocals on Speak Now TV! He’s such an icon!!!!

V. Babida

Awww I really love the Final Show bc it really feels like being there in person - but I love that we have both iterations of the tour in 4k!

Tessa M

Yep! Him and his love of ladders 😂

Katie LaFave

he's also the co-band leader!!

Katie LaFave

i just need you guys to know that she says karma is the guy on chiefs even though travis wasn't there for the final show!!!

Leah Rose

Emily I got that same Eras Tour sweatshirt and decided to change in the middle of watching this so I could have your vibes lmao. Love youuuu

Cristina

Omg the pause to discuss smoke Vs fog during "they say not everything is about me / they say they don't do it to hurt me" is irresponsible and deserves JAILLLL - are you kidding!!!

j🪩

please please please watch the show in full and post it! a beautiful new years treat ;)

Hayden

Guys Guilty as Sin will be the Cruel Summer of TTPD…don’t you worry. It’s one of my all time favs of hers

WeatherJoy

Divorce any real life muses and consider the narrative story she’s telling. BDILH starts the narrative - I love him - I feel SHS then down bad goes into the insecurity of this relationship and then the break up in fortnight is defined into her anger - smallest man- into icdiwabh. The order makes perfect sense for the story.

WeatherJoy

I just commented this exact same thing above!! Great minds!! 😜🫶🏻

Leah Rose

Girl bonny I still am in a Guilty as Sin chokehold as well. It will never not be a perfect song, it’s just immaculate

Emma Larsson

Just fathomed that the little screech she does in the WAOLOM performance is the EXACT same that she does for ”the venom stole her sanity” in Fate of Ophelia and I’m so ill about it

WeatherJoy

Missed who’s afraid but yeah that goes perfectly in there as narrative on everyone talking about her and the muse and then how she exists in the public’s narrative…

Rebecca

I was at N1 Glendale and N3 Vancouver and for both shows the energy was palpable, exciting for different reasons! But the night of the last show, as we stood in line and when we found our seats, everyone was emotional and excited! As well as the dancers, the Starlites, and Taylor were very emotional from the beginning! During the surprise songs, not a dry eye! It wasn't part of the movie but all the dancers, the band, and singers came out during the surprise song performance, it was so beautiful! FYI the random crowd cheering at the beginning of Fortnight was for Jan when he pops up on the stage, like at every show people thought it was Post Malone! Also, we sang her Happy Birthday after Champagne Problems and they included it in the movie! Can't wait for you all to watch the whole concert in it's entirety, such a great show and so glad we can all relive it! What I wouldn't give for a soundtrack for The Eras Tour, specifically for the last show. That would be so awesome!

Ally ❤️

Absolutely! Back into the slammer M’am!

Lefty

I would love the Eras Tour final show as one video, it'd be great to get comfy and settle in for a good while and experience it with you. Some of my favourite times with you is your surprise song reactions, they were PEAK comfy vibes, and I feel like this will be reminiscent of those!

Ellie K

"Baby I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me"~ " How the kingdom lights shined just for me and you" 🥲

Meg A.

“You can see it. You can imagine it. You have chills picturing it.” New iconic Bonny phrase

nikki

Oh my goodness I just adore you two

Brianna B.

I kinda thought that she purposely mixed up the lyrics of long live because she knew everyone would be singing along and she wanted to make the point of changing the lyrics from end of a decade to end of an era

Jessica Little

At the beginning when everyone is walking in a line it’s very reminiscent of being marched to the gallows.

Beth

All of this content is just too much for an emotional girl to handle 😭😭 the ‘we will be remembered’ also applies to all of us being at the tour and just all of it in general, people in years to come will look back on this and what it all meant. Can’t cope 😭

nikki

I selfishly want you to skip to the very end and watch their final bows and all of them leaving the stage bc it’s something else “new” in the film that you haven’t seen before

Erica

the way this fully turned into a ttpd re-fathoming. can we do this for every set in this new movie??? :)

megsterg

The order of the TTPD set was perfection!! Expertly captures the story of what happened. And it starts out super eerie so you know this isn't a happy story. Even though I'm going to start out with a seemingly happy song, it's going dark places. Ugh just incredible.

lucy

the new romantics x opalite connections are too much for a girl to handle

Nevara PUMPKIN Shaw

This was my show and we were all having a full breakdown! Such a special show. 😭

Meg

In my opinion, the feeling of it being "the final show" is palpable when you watch. It feels so much different than the original eras tour movie.

Darya 🤍

Guys this is the Taylor that wrote showgirl

CB

Katie LaFave

I totally understand and I do think fortnight starting off would’ve fit better considering how like eerie & ominous the intro is, but I do love the mashup with fortnight and down bad that she did!! I also think that fortnight would’ve been too slow of a start to the set like she needed to start off with a bang & an upbeat song!

Anna Miotello

you fucked me up so much with this comment!!!!!!! I already had a mental breakdown about the souvenir lyrics because it's honestly incredible as a metaphor for a past lover, but to tie this in with the tour?????? It didn't cross my mind. WOW!

Mia Gregorio

i don’t think people talk enough about taylor’s voice!! like it’s so gorgeous, her lower register is INSANE.. i don’t know if anyone is gonna get it, but i find her voice so sexy 😂 like it’s so feminine yet so deep, im obsessed every time i hear her sing, it’s also so comforting, like coming home ❤️

Sammi

Anyone else notice how the end of fortnight has basically the same staging and lights as “Don’t Blame Me” and share a similar theme, losing your mind to love??? LOVE that detail.

Anna Miotello

Bonny when you said "imagine Taylor swift singing Long Live when she's 80"....... you sent me into a full blown spiral, especially because I've been a swiftie since I was 15 and now I am 33. THAT WAS NOT AN OK THING TO SAY!!!!!!

Sammi

I also feel like the scattered furniture/parts of a house are where the lover house (just burnt down in bad blood) have now settled. But even that new foundation comes tumbling down in smallest man. But she builds a theater/the eras tour to get out of all of that heartbreak.

Katie LaFave

the transition from but daddy i love him to so high school is my fav transition in the whole show!!!

Hannah

The dancers entering like that is like medicated patients in an asylum. If you look closely their costumes are designed after a padded room in an asylum as well.

Darya 🤍

Absolutely cackled at “he’s trying to be her height” 💀

Moni

I definitely think one video for The Final Show. I haven't watched it yet but have heard that the filming style is very different and offensive!

Katie LaFave

see I actually love it when songs like guilty as sin and death by a thousand cuts don’t get all the attention because what happened with cruel summer even though I do love that it went #1 and it has gotten all this love, it now it feels like whenever a swiftie says that it’s one of their favorite songs, it comes off as basic when it’s like no that’s been a fan fav for 6 years! i would never want that to happen to something like guilty as sin! I do think it is a fan fav on the album, but i’m actually glad that it’s not like publicly known! like i’m so glad it wasn’t a single for that reason!

Carla

In Fortnight - that's Mike Meadows (guitar, mandolin, upright bass, keys sometimes) singing - and I also didnt realize they werent playing Post's vocals.

Katie LaFave

GUILTY AS SIN IS TOP 5 IN HER WHOLE DISCOGRAPHY FOR ME!!!

CarlWayne1975

My vote is: watch it all in one video.

Jo

I vote one video for the final show! It gives you that same feeling from when we used to watch livestreams every night. It just hits different watching it all in one go and it is so worth it.

Katie LaFave

no they were cheering because Jan popped up on the stage for fortnight 🤣

Maddy Weaver

One video please, it’s cohesive and your reactions are so superior!

Katie LaFave

The part I love of the fortnight performance is when she goes to Jan and it looks like she’s whispering to him, but she’s actually not, and she’s like saying “i wanna kill him” to the crowd behind his back!!!

Servantes du Seigneur

The pole in who’s afraid is magnetic guys and she has a magnet in her dress !!!!

Sarah Vp

I would love a video per era but also comparing to the first movie

Hannah Katie

just wanted to say thank you for making these videos!! you build such a kind community and speak of her from an actual fan perspective, and I feel like that’s uncommon from creators in that space sometimes. it is so appreciated that there are spaces like this that remain full of joy and love for the art you love 💌💌 can’t wait to see more reactions !!

Jody Murray

I think you ladies are really going to be blown away by the last show movie because it’s very different than the original eras tour movie! Really features the dancers and band, lots of Swifties, and feels more like the in person experience! It’s literally just the entire final show.

YaZz

I was there the last night and you could feel it. I went to Paris n3 as well at I noticed the last night she looked at the dancers and the band more than usual. She usually gives her fans 99% of her attention and we still got a lot of it! But I would say the last night had alot of stares between them. Even between the band and dancers .

Katie LaFave

I CANNOT BELIEVE PEOPLE SAY SHE’S OVERRATED!!!! LIKE WHAT ABOUT HER IS OVERRATED?!

Laura

I haven't finish the video but I had to stop and make this comment, while I was watching this chapter it came up to me, what if the smallest man is not just one. Visually there are 2 shots at her, for me representing one for Joe and one for Matty so I listen the representation of that moment with the lyric and I realized that "sliding to inboxes and slip through the bars" is very Joe coded it comes to my mind "shouldn't be scare of a love affair", " The great war" and like this behaviors that maybe he had that weren't bad but suspicious enogh to be insecure and "you said normal girls where boring, but you were gone by the morning" is very Matty Healy coded. I think like in "honey" there are references for both of the maybe is more clear the Matty reference but Joe's not so much and thats why he deserve prison but he won't get time.

Bianca Condorachi

I feel like the order of the ttpd set is sort of chronological in terms of emotions, but i totally agree that the vibe at the beginning matches better with fortnight

carla_stone

OMG guys what a fun week!! I haved loved watching only this part and all you said and would love to watch each era and all you have to say separate!! 🔆

Katie LaFave

1:11:00 i mean hey most of us discovered you guys through you being taylor swift fans so for the most part that’s how we know who you are!!! 🤣🤣

Miriam

Really interesting the specific parts of Smallest Man where she gets shot “inboxes” “boring”

AmberB

I have needed to hear the electric guitar in ‘Who’s afraid’ so DEEEEEEEPLY in my DNA I am so serious

Laura

Love to watching it with you!!!! And it would be lovely if you do a series with each chárter of the eras tour

Hannah Shew

I would love for you guys to react to all of the eras! It felt so different to me from the eras tour film! It was SO raw, and showed the transitions in their entirety which was offensive! But mostly the midnights set into the closing of the show — you girls NEEEED to react that with us because it is so superior!!! It shows so many emotions of the dancers/band/crew.

Nicole

The opening visuals for the TTPD set remind me of Salvador Dalí.

Anna Star

I think the audience cheered during Fortnight because they were hoping for Post Malone to show up.

Kasey

I didn’t know this! Tea

Kasey

Omg you guys have me in tears from the surprise songs until the end of the video 😭😭😭 this was SUCH a great video! I think it would be fun to do one reaction video per area if that works for you guys too!

Jackie Weiss

I’m not sure if this is crazy but I would love you to watch the show era by era and maybe watch the original movie era and then the final show era? Would love to fathom the differences together. But I do think splitting the show up across several videos will allow for better fathoming as all in one go is a bit overwhelming to the soul

Emily Warfield

Going through the show like 2 eras at a time could be fun!

Theo DePina

They filmed the last three nights in Vancouver, so there was one night where there was a camera on stage filming close ups. She wore the same costumes for the last three shows.

Caroline Turner

Chickennnns - PLEASE can you do a video discussing top ten life lessons you have learned from Taylor Swift. That video would be AMAZINGGGGGG!

Lu Miraelmar

I love emily just fathoming the songs instead of the set itself 😂

Soph

YES

Caroline Turner

I have been really reflecting on this myself and there are just so many ID LOVE TO KNOW THEIRS X

jule ✌🏻

Watching surprise songs with you guys feels so nostalgic 😭❤️ I also totally relate with you both having such a ttpd moment right now because SAME it might actually be her best album

Lisa S

I hear what you are saying, Bonnie. About Fortnight being a good opener. But I think she wanted to do Fortnight into Smallest Man Who Ever Lived then right into I Can Do It With A Broken Heart, those 3 songs work really well together.

Justin

Ari poking her head in at 1:06:27 because Bonny was crying is so cute

Lu Miraelmar

Also from new romantics: 'heartbreak is the national anthem, we sing it proudly' is perfect for the eras tour were we are all singing breakup songs and such screaming together

Jade

There is always so much to say about how wonderful in every aspect you girls are, I could write a book, so all I can say is you two are EVERYTHING literally!! Thank you both for being our friends and sharing this journey with us across the world!! Priceless chickens!! ❤️

Mad Esme at the Plaza Athénée

I agree. It's as if the infinity symbol is the message that the space ship was sending to her, but then it dumped her in a field and flew away.

Margaretta Burdick

It would be so fun if you did a series reacting to each era of the final show and then comparing it to the original movie!

Mad Esme at the Plaza Athénée

I didn't make the connection until now, but the stained glass windows in the BDILH performance reminded me of "stained glass windows in my mind" from WCS, which caused me to fathom that the premise of BDILH is nearly identical to Ours. I've always said Matty was John 2.0 (and Joe was Jake 2.0).

Summer

I am in disbelief at how incredible this footage is i didn’t expect to cry multiple times lol

Brandon Yip

Emily, what did you give Bonny prior to filming that led her to say so many concerning things?

Ryan Yates

Hey, I would love it if you would watch the original one vs the new film version era by era and just see how she’s changed confidently etc and also what you prefer cinematic wise!! Thank you 🐣🐣

K K

Infinity symbol also seems to be connected to Fortnight - “we were forever” and it appears right before the mashup, she is so amazing

JessF

You girls need to watch Paul when the focus is on him on stage! Especially during Lover and You Belong With Me - he has actual tears in his eyes he's such an emotional chicken!

JessF

Also Taylor's teary eyed singing Marjorie

j🪩

thank you soo much for the we cant be friends and who’s afraid link Bonny!! my tayriana heart is fluttering 💓💓💓💓💓 my favorite deeply misunderstood pop stars, i love love love making connections between their music

Emily Schneider

Did you get your reactions to Karma is the Guy on the Chiefs too?! 😍

Christina

In the final surprise song, I think it would’ve been cool if she changed it from “and the actors were hitting their marks” to “and the dancers were hitting their marks”

Anna

33:26 To me, the infinity symbol was like, he made her feel like it was forever. Cuz she was beamed up into HIS spaceship, and thats where she is during that part, in the ship, and he’s spinning her around and it’s making that infinity symbol in its wake. I dunno. That’s how I see it, and when I look at it that way, then it makes TOTAL sense she’d put that in the performance.

Rose Ellen

And it’s like the space ship is making her go in that pattern. So it’s symbolic of his promises, that she believed!

Theo DePina

The transitions are so important to the new film, I think watching The Final Show in full is the way to go.

fatin

During Fortnight, the crowd was cheering for Jan (we made a fool of ourselves every night thinking someday she’ll bring Post Malone so we ended up cheering Jan 😂)

Kayla

I think you guys should watch the whole film at once! The way they've edited the movie this time feels much more conducive to a front to back viewing and it's very different from the first movie!

Priyanka chowdary

Heyyyy lovelyyy Em & Bonny! I'm probably the newest Swiftie on this planet Earth, even before that I had respect for her work ethic even though I never listened to her songs much. I know that there is so much talk out there that Taylor Swift is a genius Victim & blah blah blah..... All I would like to say is- Literally go for her job for one month to really experience what life is like being her! I'm soooo happy that her creativity is at it's peak now. She must put more of her work out there so that the haters don't run out of content to speak about her!! She's a angel to even be giving haters a full-time job. Love you guys!!! I was emotional when I saw the video where you guys received letters, I can only imagine what meeting your Hero would feel like. I'm putting that on your Wi$h Li$t for you guys.

watchingjacob

why does bonny have elphabas s*x cardigan on lol

Brittany Phelan

Got emotional watching you guys react to the surprise songs part because it brought me back to watching you both react to every surprise song on tour 😭 such a happy time

Courtney

As someone who never got to go to a show, I LOVED getting to see every single element of the TTPD set. To see all of the visuals and every dancer was so superior. So much more to fathom than on a livestream!

CRB

Bonny you're such a prophet! I was rewafching y'all's reaction to the TTPD Night 1 and you literally saud "It' so showgirl" 🤯

Maya L. Davis

Help I'm really having a mental breakdown over how superior TTPD is

Kirstin Andersen

I simply need you to react to the folkmore set and the emotion all the dancers portrayed. Incredible

Jenna Bolmgren

I lovvvved that The Final Show included all of the transitions between eras! I also loved that you can hear the crowd so much more in this version, probably because Vancouver is an indoor stadium versus Sofi in LA.

Jenna Bolmgren

I saw someone on TT say that BDILH is like Taylor being burned at the stake in church 🤯

angel (plnkblue)

SoFi is indoors, too! I just think that the LA crowds in general were not as hype as other locations (coming from someone who was there on one of the filmed nights lol; tons of people started leaving as soon as the Midnights era started 😭). And also that original film's edit in general really only seemed to prioritize Taylor; compared to the final show edit, there's significantly fewer cuts to the dancers, band and audience, and barely any of the stage visuals and transitions were kept. I too vastly prefer this version because of that--it truly captures the actual experience of being at the show a LOT more than the og film to me!

Jenna Bolmgren

Sorry for all the comments, I keep having things to react to 🤪 I always thought the road imagery was about ideas in Florida!!!! and/or that random town in Arizona (Roswell) where there had been UFO sightings…

Jenna Bolmgren

I think it must have become a running joke the last North America leg because it happened Miami N1 too 😅

Charlotte Irene

The infinity symbol may have been a representation of feeling caught in an infinite loop of being down bad for this person you just lost - like you feel like you’re never going to get out of the depression and be able to be happy again. Or perhaps it represents being in an infinite loop of love and loss, love and loss, love and loss.

Clash Fan

I'm in full agreement on "Guilty As Sin" not getting it's due. That being said I think she was telling a very specific story with her choices and that song just didn't fit the narrative. I think for your personal enjoyment you should watch the show in it's entirety. Now, how you choose to edit it and present it to us is up to you. I thought I would just watch the Lover set but it sucked me under. I like it better than the movie for the very real feeling of one continuous show.

Jenna Bolmgren

I really wish she would’ve mashed up Place in this World and YOYOK. I would have DIED DEAD. “I'm alone, on my own And that's all I know; I'll be strong, I'll be wrong, Oh, but life goes on… You've got no reason to be afraid, you're on your own, kid; You always have been” 😭

Jenna Bolmgren

Oh I forgot that Sofi is indoors, duh 🤪

JET

Emily— This motherfucker (me) was in the audience for Vancouver N3 and I was very much appreciating A Place in This World 💕 I was absolutely losing my mind because all I was hoping for was a song from debut and this song was too perfect.

Jen

I’m obsessed with how they shot this. So much focus on dancers and band. Amazing.

Lindarose Farias

This version highlights the fans, band, and dancers so much more

Jessica

I wish you guys reacted to the whole concert film

Julianna Crandall

My thoughts on starting the TTPD set with But Daddy I Love Him: I think she wanted to start us at the beginning of the story as it took place in her life. In order to get to a song like The Smallest Man, you have to start with love. That's what makes the heartbreak so devastating. I honestly agree that Fortnight would have been a better choice coming off of the chilling opening of the era, but I get why she started with the happy song. We're following a story, so she's going to go in chronological order.

Kendall

Totally! I was at N2 and N3 and they filmed both and she was in the same outfits for all three nights

Clare

They filmed each night in Vancouver- on stage two nights and in crowd for the last night

Neumann

the way the dancers are just walking is like lined up prisoners, or sedated psych patients

Gina Gould

They will eventually just wanted to prioritize these parts first

Gina Gould

Do you think we will ever get an Eras Tour Live album? Or a mashups album? We would CONSUME those up!

Deb

I saw this as well. When you watch the visuals, the dancers are sitting in the church pews and Taylor is on the alter and there are flames on the base of the alter as it rises and on the screen behind her.

Christine

The TTPD set and last acoustic songs are sheer perfection. I didn’t think it was possible to make the tour better, but she did it with TTPD. Also, I always imagined the road symbolism to be a road to no where, as if her relationships never ended up where she wanted them to and she keeps moving to next person.

Elis Llinares

My hot take: the only song that is jarringly shoehorned in there is So High School. It doesn’t fit the chronological narrative at all. She could have started with a bit of Guilty As Sin instead and that would have made this set a 10/10.

Neumann

34:50 i'm pretty sure the crowd goes crazy because the entrance is epic and people automatically think it's a special guest, like post lol. jonathon miller on tiktok jokingly called him jan malone because of it. same thing happened when raph would come out for tolerate it.

Michelle G.

I just love all the insight. You guys always tell me something I didn’t notice at first. Best in the biz

Rachel Griffin

Now that you’ve fathomed how she likely started in one place writing about feelings inspired by one person and then either injecting later emotions into performance or the final version of the lyrics… please go back and re-listen to basically everything from reputation on. 👀

Neumann

all video bonnie: *says literally anything* emily: im gonna need you to stop immediately lmfao

Sabrina Tonolli

It was actually filmed over the last 3 nights!

Jacinta Palmer

Where are you guys watching these videos? I want to know so I can see them again some time

Grace Jackson

Where did Emily get that sweatshirt

Töns

Yes and in the 1989 set you can see them cut from one night to the other, because on one night she wore an orange shoe on the left foot and a yellow shoe right foot and on the other night the other way around, so you can see the cuts 😄😄

Raven Patzner 🇨🇦🫶🏻

I’m just SO happy to have both movies. My shows were Nashville, LA, and Toronto so it feels like I get a bit of all my shows in them 🥹 I really liked how this one was filmed and the quality was just crazy! You can really see her confidence grow as well. There’s a few different comparison videos I’ve seen on TikTok and it’s crazy how different they are!

Shenee Sanchez

In the piano mashup she’s also using lyrics from all the songs about books/reading. “On a history book page” then “Don’t read the last page” and finally “reread the manuscript but the story isn’t mine anymore” which ends up being a really cool extended metaphor!!

Celena

Sooo... take away from the piano surprise song... Showgirl = Manuscript

stay kind universe

This film is the last 3 shows filmed put together. You ll see when you watch the full movie tays hair gives away the splicing. See the vancouver 3 shows livestreams for multiple camera evidence all 3 nights. Love you two

Katie Cowan

I had a fathoming - at the end of Bad Blood, the Lover House is burning down and when it transitions to the TTPD set, pieces of the Lover House is falling around the road basically showing the aftermath. Maybe symbolizing the end of a relationship? Breaking out of the cage/cycle of relationships she was in.

AuntieHero

When I first saw the TTPD set, I thought Beatles bc of the SGT Peppersesque TSMWEL jackets and it looked very Abbey Road when the dancers entered -- but now that "I can see it allllllllllll" it's giving Cormac McCarthy's The Road. Which is lowkey terrifying, but then again I'm in the U.S., so my brain is skewing negative... Also I was at this show and this is surreal.

Grace Olivia

Seeing Who’s Afraid and Smallest Man gives me such chills omg! Hearing A place in this world with her older vocals makes me so excited for debut too!!!!

Grace Olivia

If you guys haven’t listened to the album Forever is a feeling by Lucy Dacus which came out earlier this year, I definitely recommend even if you don’t react (besides showgirl it was my most listened to this year) xxxx

Shannon Clark

As someone that attended the final night it’s nice to see what the show looked like because after the start of a place in this world everything got very blurry

Cocco

Haha yes her eye shadow has been pink through the entire tour. This got me thinking of Joey ”has it always been purple?” in the final episode of Friends 💖

Kay G 🫶

Jumping in to say, they filmed all 3 nights in Vancouver! So it's definitely a mash of clips from all 3 nights 🙂

Juliane

I prefer the show IN PARTS, because I'm a working class chicken, so I wouldn't have time to sit down and watch 3 hours anyway :( so break it down please

charlotte

As someone who went to a paris show and have been to the 1975 shows the first thing I thought during the set was it was styled like the 1975 (black and white) and during the smallest man who ever lived the visuals are very reminiscent of the 1975 (especially all the rectangular boxes on screen). She filled that set with 1975 references!

Lauren Sammons

Besties!! She didn’t play guilty as sin N1 OR N2 or Paris… I was there and would have died. We got LOML My boy only breaks his favorite toys for TTPD songs

Olivia✨

I simply cannottttt wait until you two start your mash-up refathomings because do you think I remember a single one of them????? I’m ill already

V. Babida

Chickens! I just noticed while watching the surprise songs that’s Taylor is wearing her T&T earrings for the final show 🥹 likely her way of having Trav with her for the last show since he couldn’t be there in person 🥰

Linda

Another "Guilty as sin" stan here 👋 I will always remember the moment I realized that she performed it, for the first time, during the surprise song set at MY show, Night 2 in Stockholm!! I was truly blessed 🤩

Paula

I think the line "I keep finding things in drawers, crucial evidence I didn't imagine it all" could also be about how long they knew each other, they were friends for years and had so much history so maybe she found things that made her think like 'was that moment five years ago actually something or did I imagine that?' 'Was that look on purpose?'

Sarrah Garcia

I decided to go against doctor's orders 10 days after an emergency appendectomy from Texas to Vancouver to see the final show, and I have ZERO regrets

Siren

and you're still here a year later, healthy, thriving, slaying!!! hope all has been well recovery wise since :)

Julia

I would love to see you guys watch the sets back to back from each movie! For example Lover set from Eras Tour Movie then Lover set from the Final Show to see the differences back to back!!

Christine Violet

My opinions is the ttpd set should have started with My boy only breaks his favorite toys and everyone should have been dressed as different broken toys or dolls… starting off with “oh here we go again” as she’s rising up to the stage… OFFENSIVE

Erin M

I find it interesting how in But Daddy I Love Him she says “no, you can’t come to the wedding” versus her more current interviews post-engagement where she is saying she’s inviting everyone. It’s an interesting juxtaposition how protective she was of the Matty Healy relationship (and even the Joe Alwyn relationship) where she took almost an isolation stance, compared to the public celebration of her relationship with Travis. And while we already realized this from their actions, it’s interesting seeing it put into words

Kellie Mahoney

To the point of people not having this knowledge, my husband, who has far more TS knowledge than the average person, just realized today that when I’ve been saying “Rep TV” (for years) that I was referring to Taylor’s Version and not a TV show that Taylor was making for Rep

Lívia Caroline

i'd love to watch you comparing both shows (the LA one and the Vancouver one) because i also find it very different styles and i need to fathom with you!! and it would be lovely to fathom the eras with the missing songs and maybe think about what they add to each era! ps: i can't watch the last mashup without crying omg that was illegal she didn't have the right to do that

Jeff JT

I loved the mashup she chose for piano (I know a lot of people guessed it for Mastermind) but it kills me that she repeated the line “how the kingdom lights shine for me and you” instead of singing the line “I had the time of my life… with you” before finishing with the end of The Manuscript. I’ll always wonder if that was intentional or if she forgot.

chatsandreacts

Jadeeeee why you make me cry?!? 🥹🥹🥹 that’s just the sweetest comment on the planet. Thank you so much bestie 🫶🏼

chatsandreacts

Being at the first AND last night is actually a dream Rebecca loveeee that for you 😍

Gabyy

The crowd went crazy when Jan camed out for Fortnight cause, at the time, they thought Post could appear at that time.😂We were all clowning 😂😂😂🫶🏼

Joyce De Groote

This show has been filmed SO differently than the first eras tour film and i mean this in a very positive way! The quality is so much better and there’s more camera movement resulting in special shots! Also the ‘switching to a new era’ are included here and it’s like they added 3D effects! I’m very impressed 😍

oifogs

What kills me about the TTPD set is that I *need* a whole tour for this album! It’s so imagetic and cathartic and there’s so many songs… I don’t feel about this about her other not-toured albums. Of course I’d love a Folkmore tour or a Midnights tour, but The Eras was enough for me. But TTPD leaves me wanting more.

Heather

It’s on Disney plus!

Nici Z.

Yes I remember that🤣🤣🤣

Sarah

Just starting the video, and I think it would be lovely for you to react to each final show era separately and compare it to the era of the 2023 film !

Sarah

Or maybe 2 eras at the time to show the transitions !!

Tara Ludwig

They did use multiple nights of filming. Her hair gives it away.

Sarah

You reimagining the TTPD set is wrecking my brain

Victoria M 💕

I can’t believe that my colleague actually asked me if Taylor writes her own music? Like?! Do people not know that? How? Girlll let me educate you 🤓

Sarah

'Would it be enough if I could just float in your orbit... Forever ?' Wooooow I am ill Bonny don't say that

Sarah

I don't know if You've noticed this but in the smallest man bit there's a red light flash indicating that she's been shot and then she falls down

Ella

I spoke to someone the other day who had never heard of the eras tour (like how?!?) and that really hit home for me how many people are just missing out on this beautiful experience 😭 the sad thing is, most people will never give her music enough of a chance to really see the magic in it. I’m so grateful to get to be a part of this!

Sarah

Ari checking on Bonny after the acoustic section is so cute

Meg

I assume the reason why they put But Daddy I Love Him first is because of the set props. They were likely doing a lot to set up for bed and rover, etc. and hence why BDILH and So Highschool are all front of the stage. They didn't require much props beyond the stairs. Also, she has to likely space out her higher energy dances and considering her "2 minute change break" in between sets, it just made sense for BDILH. It was about show business and had to probably trump the musical aspect.

mik

one video of the final show PLEASE 🥰🥰

Rachel Digmann

I completely agree with you girlies! I’ve always wondered if the last chorus was about Travis! Because he was on a podcast (before TTPD came out) and they were asking him about Taylor. He referred to her as “that’s my lady…”!!!

Gi

I think she opens with But Daddy I love Him because it's positive and not about a breakup but everything that follows is the aftermath so the ordering wouldn't make sense

Vambie's Keys To Wonderland

I love the idea of it being a series. I feel like it would be a bit less overwhelming and allow you to really take in each set. Perhaps that might be easier from a content and editing perspective as well?:) Ultimately down for whatever you both would enjoy the most🙌🏻 I’ll be sat and excited to watch whatever you decide 🫶🏻

Jessie Anderson

Girls what I also LOVE about the new show film is that I swear EVERY shot is a different angle from the original film - she ALWAYS keeps it interesting our girl

Vambie's Keys To Wonderland

I’m still just not over the screen visuals during ICDIWAB like what do you mean the Hollywood sign?!? The street that looks like it’s from the Wildest Dreams music video, the theatre signs of what’s playing being “Peter” and “The Black Dog” ?!? The Busby Berkeley looking flashes which come back up in the The Fate of Ophelia music video?!? Not to mention the whole performance being very Vaudeville (which fun fact could also connect to the “funny valentines” line in ‘Actually Romantic’) those performances would have anything from trained animals 👀 acrobats (mirrorball anyone?!?) clowns, jugglers, impersonators, MAGICIANS & ILLUSIONISTS 👀, ventriloquist and puppeteers 👀 comedians plays!?! Further that vaudeville (the performers were known as vaudevillians) was inspired by burlesque, dime shows, “freak shows” (not a huge fan of that word but it’s what it was called at the time) saloon concerts. I’m also low key convinced that the big art deco building in the back visuals looks very similar to the bejeweled music video with the elevator in it.

linn

watching you girls re-fathom these mashups with a full year removed perspective was such an unexpected but awesome part of this reaction

jennyfromtheblock AUS

OMG my 2 worlds collided when you said WALOM is OUTLANDER CODED!

jennyfromtheblock AUS

CHICKENSSSSS, Someone has probably already helped you fathom this...but the intense screaming during the lift onto stage of Jan when Fortnight starts is coz everyone literally lost their mind thinking it was POSTY! I remember watching the live stream and thinking it myself and going bezerk, then realising it was only Jan (sorry Jan, we DO LOVE YOU) Lol, THE CLOWNING that one last time!!! hahahaaaaaajjjjj

Rachel Gresser

Do you’ll remember Rob Shefffield’s (rolling stone) take about the importance of New Romantics in Taylors discography?? Did we ever get his reaction to her singing this on closing night?

Yadana Nyunt Than

I think it’s good to see u guys do one whole video reaction

Ashleigh Stanley

I didn't watch any fan shot videos from TTPD so i could see it first in it's best quality and was not disappointed!

Leander

The screams in Fortnight are for Jan Malone.

Bekky

also her shoes in the 1989 set changed (right and left)😂

Anna

16:00 I've thought about this a lot because she often seems to reuse songs in a different context, like in mashups or in the documentary. And it feels strange sometimes, this ability to keep using songs like Sweet Nothing, for example. But I feel like she very purposefully tries to rewire her brain so that she can hold on to the songs. For example by mentally applying them to a new situation or to someone else's story. Other artists might stop performing a song completely because they don't want to be reminded or can't identify with it anymore. But I feel like she tries to move through it, so she can proudly sing her songs.

Anna

Guilty as sin superiority

Jessica

I was there that last night and I can confirm it was an emotional night for everyone on stage because it was the last night; all of Taylor's speeches that night had that theme, and Gracie even touched on it in her speech during her opening set (sadly not in this film). Also, there was filming over all three nights in Vancouver as fans noticed on social media she wasn't changing her costumes; there was a bit of camera work happening on stage during the last night but not very much. And I can confirm, that opening to the TTPD set was soooo eerie in person!!

Kayla

So true I love how it just almost became tradition to scream even if we knew it wasn't Post it was Jan, fave clowny tradition 😅

KelB

My vote is one video per era for the final show reaction <3 love u guys

Vilma🧚🏻✨💘💅🏼🫶🏼

Arichicken coming to check on Bonhilda after the surprise songs is so wholesome 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Cookiee

I need you guys so badly to watch the full Eras Tour the new one cause it's with the visuals and without any cuts or edits, it's like being there in real time. Taylor gave us the full final show and I feel so blessed. I hope you watch it in full at some point.

Lisse

I would love to watch you react to the final show in one video!

Renee

I was there the final night and it definitely had a different energy to it! They did film all 3 nights of Vancouver but I think the energy was the same all weekend

Kim S

I was at Vancouver N2 - the filming was happening at all 3 of the Vancouver shows so it seems that the “The Last Show” was compiled with footage from all 3 of those shows. She wore the same outfits all 3 of those shows too. You could feel it in the air that this was a finale for sure! It was so special & amazing to be there! I had also gone to Seattle N1 in July of 2023 and it was a completely different experience… still amazing 🤩! I feel so fortunate to have gone TWICE!

Kim S

YES! Please do a reaction video to the entire Last Show!

Clash Fan

Famously, Billy Joel did just that with his song "Just the way you are". He disconnected from it after his divorce from his first wife. He said he found himself singing it on stage one night while he was thinking about what he would later order from room service. Felt he was cheating the audience so he stopped performing it live. Literally his first big huge hit was this song not Piano Man.

Christian

Two things in my head from this set. And the first is that she seems to break the fourth wall more here, like she's acting for us viewers, and not just performing for the concert. And can we talk about the wonderful arrangements for the live band? They add so much more feeling and power to the lyrics, story, and mood of the song. While songs sound good on albums I do prefer to hear them with the band. And that's why I'm forever wishing for a live album.

Sleepymoo

I loved Travis being on the trolley thing; I suspect there’s a big part of him that just wanted to have a go on it. I definitely would in his situation 😂 I also wonder how much effort the guy pulling the rope had to put it to get him moving as opposed to when it’s just Taylor.

Alexina Derkaz

I LOVED this concert video SO MUCH! I felt like it was the first time I had seen the concert, even though I had obvi seen the first movie. I felt like I could see so much more choreography and dancers. This is def my preferred version!

Emma.josefiin

Help! Anyone who understands what Taylor is mouthing in anti-hero? Right after “she thinks I left them in the will”???🫣

Daniel Jolley

I was at the show!! And yes you could feel the vibe of it being the last time. But more from the crowd and band/singers/dancers. But not as much Taylor. You could tell she was not letting the “last time” get to her. She was keeping it together for everyone. I don’t think she could have done it if she thought about it too much

Krystle Aceski

It seemed to me that it was the final Toronto show where her emotions about it ending came out. It was almost like because she knew the Vancouver shows would be filmed she needed to get the feelings out in Toronto so she could hold it together for the filmed version. There is video of her crying on and off during the show in Toronto.

Anna

I think it's "I left them nothing"

Mads

I cried my eyesss out watching Who's Afraid live. Her power is so magnetic and inspirational 😭

Deedee Kehoe

Did anyone else notice her shoes changing feet thru out 1989? They for sure mashed up the last 3 nights into the final show...IMO

Jenny

i want it in one video

alex

BDILH is unfortunately my ithink he knows.. I don’t know what happened but the obsession is so strongly gone 🥲

Jasmin

I really think she would‘ve done the TTPD songs in another order, had she still personally been in this era. But But Daddy I Love Him was so perfect because she‘s like „fuck it, it‘s over now“ and then goes into the deeper stuff.

Lisa

Also she wore the same outfits for the last three shows, probably because they were mashing then up.

irina smetanina

The highest man came and picked her up after the smallest man.

Alexia 🫶🏻

Wait guys, I’m having a refathoming over the dancers being so STILL during BDILH. She’s skipping around and they’re kinda casually walking around every now and again glancing at her. She’s like in her own world during the whole thing, could be a little jab at the fact that no one was agreeing with her choice of men if this is about Matty. Then the minute she started to bring in so high school (Travis) everyone is more upbeat and more genuine with their dancing.

Ana Flávia Hissa

Go to episode “Marjorie” on the doc series and you Will understand

Katie LaFave

rewatching this and taylor did not do guilty as sin the first weekend that ttpd was on the setlist! it was the 3rd weekend in stockholm

Lajoi Young

I’m totally late for but her starting with but daddy I love him was kind of a another way to say her emotions were all over the place! Like this feeling of impeding doom then sunshine and rainbows, I think starting but that was really good

Ekaterina

I think it is - I left everything to cats!

Jade

I always took the beginning of the TTPD set to be very mental hospital/insane asylum. The dancers are other patients and the BDILH starter song is what’s going on in her mind as a stark contrast to the outer setting, it rips us right into the sonic kaleidoscope of crazy inside her head during this era.
