So S3 episode 1 has a different intro than the actual OP on all the other episodes! Really cool blending it into the episode itself, but confusing for those that want to skip intros for sure!

It's kinda funny. Listening to your breakdown of how Reaction channels grow, I realized that it was just weird circumstance I found your channel 😂 now ya'll are such an important part of my life and the most consistent channel I watch. Basically, I got into reaction channels because I discovered I have an obsession with professionals breaking down the arts of their fields, so I was watching a LOT of vocal coaches and video designers, editors, directors ect. Talk about various things, but mainly BTS videos. Somehow you guys popped up in there somewhere. I think it was your 3rd BTS reaction and I liked your videos enough to watch them when they popped up, but it was the Run BTS reactions where I realized that while everything else I was watching was brain candy, your energy felt so happy and positive, it genuinely made me feel better. Everytime I was going through withdrawals and rough times, it became a habit to watch and rewatch your videos, so I finally broke down and paid for your patreon (which I've only subscribed to 2 other channels off and on before and a few sims modders) and ya. Been a consistent member ever since ☺️ so I think while yes, getting that initial viewership relies on complex things like algorithms and what you react to, I think the most important thing to keep viewership and maintain a following that so many creators get wrong nowadays is that personality, authenticity, and what you put out into the world to impact people's lives in any small way, that stuff matters the most. There's a reason why Jenna Marbles, Pewdiepie, Markiplier, and Jacksepticeye kinda spearheaded yt into what it is, and still remain loved and consistent (minus Jenna who retired herself, and Pewds who also semi-retired, though they'll always be loved and remembered fondly by those of us who grew up watching them) but ya, it feels so rare to see people who do yt just to do yt anymore and be authentically themselves, and concern themselves with being good influences. So many people feel like they need to be crazy or rage bait or rely on the same kind of methods that traditional media use, like "what personality do I need to convey to get better viewership" or on the extreme other side, "I'm not gonna give one damn about anyone and do or say what I want. I'm not being a selfish asshat, I'm just being authentically myself" which just throws the mist negative aspects of their personality out into the world. Kinda just typing my train of thought again lol but it caught my interest about why your channel specifically stuck so hard for me vs literally everything else I watch 🤔 I even met and hung out with other reaction channels and there was nothing bad about them. It was just that they never made me feel anything but curiosity as a viewer. It's such a crazy job to have, I imagine. To basically influence people and try to connect with people but not connect too much that it becomes unhealthy, but also be yourselves and be good role-models, or to choose not to be and take everything that comes with that. There was once a time that I dabbled with yt but I'm so glad I didn't stick with it 😂 seeing what it is now, social media would be so bad for me

To add to the rest, at the beginning that was an insert song (their performance at the concert) fully animated. The reason it didn't skip was because it's part of the episode and intended to be watched. The actual opening plays at the end of this episode, and it will show next episode at the start. The opening does not show new characters nor future events so it is okay to watch in my view.

So about the openings. The one in this episode was a special insert song, only on this episode. It likely won't play again during the season. Also the actual op and ed don't really have spoilers in them, just thought provoking. You should fine to watch all three i think. The insert song for sure as its more meant as an actual part of the episode kind like Pop in 2 was last season.

Also yes a relationship is way safer for Akane than it is for Kana. Firstly Akane and Aqua met on an actual dating show. Her fans literally expect them to be together. The stigma against openly dating is specifically for Idols. Kana becoming an Idol basically made it impossible for her to openly date and stay on the same career path.

I think it is pretty clear that Aqua was going to date Kana at the end of the last season, but was scared away by the fear that she could be Ai'd due to his relationship with her. I think this is the reason that Akane seems more in love with him than vice versa. The truth is that Aqua loves both of them though.

They do it to avoid spoilers and to avoid annoying people if they've already seen it once. They'll watch the opening later in the season after they are told they are spoiler free. So if you've already seen the whole thing and the season then let them know if there is no spoilers so they can watch it

Did you recognize the character at the end of the episode? It’s Ichigo, the former president of Ai’s agency — the one who made her into an idol and whom we learn, in episode 2 of season 1, abandoned his wife, his company, and the twins
