Someone's probably clued you into this already, but the Blu-ray versions of the episodes have a lot of extra content (scenes deleted to fit TV broadcast time). I'd seek those out on your personal rewatches. Edit: To clarify, these are not in an "extras" section, but just part of the episodes. Many have a runtime 2-3 minutes longer than Netflix.
