I'm so excited for the next episode!! It makes great use of one of my favorite driving songs.

Emma Samuel

My two favourite shows of all time are The West Wing and The Walking Dead (yes even later seasons) so I'm smiling but also dying inside at this... Anyway great ep. Always forget just what a Leo ep it really is, and lovely to have Babish back in play. Very excited for next week... but honestly there really isn't a skippable episode from here on out so I'll be excited every week.

I have a spoilery kind of thing I need to make someone aware of. Kevin and Joe... DON'T READ. Have your mod take a look and help you figure it out. Deleted. Thanks for the code stuff.

"That’s not a dealbreaker to look orange,” lol, Kevin. I will never like the opening scene of this episode, I can't stand the time jump for multiple reasons. For starters it robbed me of a CJ/Danny surprise. I’ve really missed Joey and Kenny. I love Oliver Platt so much. From The Three Musketeers to this and now to The Bear, he’s always so good.

Youtalkingtome

The Three Musketeers was a childhood favorite of mine! I wanted to be Chris O'Donnell for Halloween LMAO

Weird Magic

Quickie - there was a throwaway line in the S6 finale about Annabeth joining the campaign - easy to miss, but yes - she's holding Leo's hand going forward and not in the WW offices. Originally airing on September 25, 2005, "The Ticket" is Episode 1 of Season 7 of The West Wing. It is the 134th episode overall and has an IMDB rating of 7.9, placing it as the #15 ranked episode of this season and #90 out of all the episodes shown so far.

Spoiler alert: it turns out that CJ just mistakenly added Greg Brock to a Signal chat. So no big deal, really.

Cosmic Slice

I would imagine that Charlie in the cold open is just getting ready to graduate law school even though it isn't mentioned. And man....I cannot believe that someone tried to ruin S6 for you guys!! But I have to admit, I have read and reread my comments throughout the whole show just to make *sure* that I'm not even hinting at something that will give away an episode. I have to be satisfied with talking to my screen. "Omg guys...you are so going to take that prediction back when you see episode 7!!" All I can say is that this last season still has a lot of cool episodes to come. I get emotional all over again just thinking of it coming to an end and how it ties up.

Michael Bennett

I actually don't have a lot to say about this episode, it's laying a lot of foundation for the rest of the season. But Oliver Platt is a legend, dropping bombs in his conversations with CJ. "What about the other part?" Cracks me up every time. Also the writing is just incredibly tight throughout, and the dialog is so fast in the campaign scenes. It gives you the sense of chaos of a presidential campaign, and in the White House scenes, the contrast of the slower pacing lends more weight to the investigation.

And so it begins - the beginning of the end!!! How bittersweet. What a ride we've been on up to this part. I feel mixed about that cold open because I think while it's just a small teaser for some things (Will running for office, for example) it's a spoiler for others (CJ and Danny, for instance). It is lovely to see Oliver and Joey back! They are two delightful characters.

DoctorNightshade

I feel like the guys missed the mention of CJ and Danny’s baby in the cold open.
