I know there are so many characters but Sweeps (Gary) and especially Ebra are too underused for my liking. The Nat/Richie scene is my fave for sure, they both acted their asses off. Breaking down boxes is very therapeutic for me at least, lol. Next episode is my second fave so I'm looking forward to it. Thanks, guys : )

Everything about this episode felt like teetering on the edge of a cliff… They’re all on the threshold of a major decision or a new phase of life. I have a feeling we’re in for another chaotic episode next time. And I’m so excited for Natalie to have her baby. Maybe that will put Carmy in a more reflective/open mood so he can actually listen to Sydney. Or maybe not. But one can hope.

In a previous video, Kevin said he wasn't yet prepared to call Donna an alcoholic & that was fair. But in this episode, I think it's confirmed by Nat listening to a podcast/audio book in her car & hearing the line, "And there are 5 personality types of children of alcoholics - Enabler, Hero, Scapegoat, Mascot & Lost Child," which Nat says along with the radio. I implied it last week, but if you hang out on the set of this show you will eventually get an acting part. William Reilly (Uncle Gary Fak) is the show's Chicago Train Authority Consultant. I'm not sure what that means exactly but he's served In a similar capacity on other Chicago set shows including Shameless. Ricky Staffieri (Ted Fak) was Chris Storer's assistant during the first season & it was decided he had good chemistry with Matty so a role was created for him. Paulie James (Chuckie - who is working the window with Ebraheim & Chris) has never acted before & is the owner of Italian sandwich shops called Uncle Paulie's Deli which has 3 locations in Los Angeles & 1 in Vegas. And another fun fact, Adam Shapiro (Chef Adam Shapiro) is primarily an actor but he has a side food business called Shappy Pretzel Co. that sells soft pretzels. Shapiro & Sydney met & talked at the real Chicago restaurant Doma Cafe which specializes in Croatian-American food & breakfast sandwiches. It's located at 946 N Orleans St just a few blocks away from Mr. Beef. For me this episode, like episode 5, seems to be mostly setting up future storylines. One of my complaints about this season is there seems to be a lot of setup while we are still waiting for the payoff to other storylines that were previously set in motion. With that being said the next episode is much more rewarding for me as a viewer & I look forward to watching it with you next week.
