I know it may sound very weird and uncomfortable right now but the dynamic between Roman and Gerri is one of the best things on the show. It wasn't an idea that Jesse Armstrong, the creator and main screenwriter on the show had, it actually started because of Kieran Culkin and J Smith Cameron( who were great friends way before the show started) They decided to flirt with each other very subtly in front of the camera while filming some takes focused on other characters in season 1, when they knew the flirt would go unnoticeable. It was just a thing that they did for fun and didn't tell anyone until someone noticed while editing the s1 finale that they were in the background checking out each other asses from a distance and everyone loved their chemistry so that's when the idea of making Roman and Gerri a dynamic on s2 forward started( but they ended up not using that take then, of course)

Yeah I never ever would have guessed that would have happened lol. Sounds like they have a really great sense of humor and obviously have great chemistry too.

Connor said in the funeral what Willa wrote and what she wrote was smart. there was the reporter doing a book on Logan and Willa realized that it's better for Connor just to say the facts and NOTHING personal.

I don't really believe that Logan loves Kendall (at least not in a REAL way where he wants Kendall to thrive and grow as a person). I think he likes having a lapdog to kick around and Kendall is perfect for that because he's smart-ish , more business-savvy than his siblings, and will do anything for Logan's love. The scene where he notices the wall around the rooftop and leans his head against it in defeat is honestly more tragic to me than sweet on Logan's part, I don' t think it was from a place of true concern for Kendall's well-being. It was just another reminder that Logan owns him and there's no way out, metaphorically or literally. If he loved Kendall in a healthier way he wouldn't be torturing him so much. I definitely think that he loves his kids, but more like a Greek god loves his kids, or King Lear for that matter!

I think you nailed it with the King Lear comparison. It's related not only thematically but in a meta way as well. Brian Cox is a trained Shakespearian actor, and they have been leaning into it pretty hard this season. They even have a solid Shakespeare reference in the next episode!

I think the barriers are a double meaning like you guys said. On the surface, it's to prevent jumping but also Kendall is trapped and at this point, the company is a prison.
