Actuarial Lurker

Roger is about 46- he was a mid-level Naval officer based on his story (when he hit on Betty at Don's house) during the battles in the Pacific- so would have been in his mid 20s in 1942-1943. so he is about 10 years older than Don. People didn't age well back then- with his "shore leave" lifestyle he looks 60 but isn't. Bert Cooper is in his late 60s, Recall season 1 where Bert calls Roger Peanut and there is a picture of Bert and Roger's father (who is the actual Sterling in Sterling Cooper's name who cofounded the agency in the 1920s). In the photo Roger is a kid sitting on Bert's lap- another clue that he might have been 6 or 7 in the mid 1920s
