It's time to submit your movie request for your Executive Producer poll. No comedies, anime or animated movies and no slasher/splatter films (example: Terrifier) 🍿 FORM CLOSES: SATURDAY 12:00pm Pacific

👉Make sure you check their YouTube channel, so you don't request something they have already reacted to!

Click the link below. Answer 3 questions - only one submission, so make sure you have your movie ready!

You need to provide your name that you want used for the shout out on the reaction.

Patreon member/username - this needs to be exact. Click on your picture in the app/page if unsure.

Movie Title (Title only and add date if it's remake - example, Cape Fear 1991). 🚫Please do not put anything else on the form, like why you are requesting or movie facts.

The movies will be sorted first by title to see which film had the most requests (min 10 or more entries) to be automatically added to the poll. **A random selection of 5 additional entries will be added to the poll for the VIP's to vote on!

These will be watched in the following month. So, July requests will be for an August reaction.

⭐Link to form: https://forms.gle/AWL24uV5WF2BGToXA

Anyone submitting multiple entries will not have their requests considered.

🎬Also, this is a new process, so we hope you understand if there a couple glitches in the Matrix while we work things out for you!

**Final Random Selection will be reviewed by Mike and Sean to remove any movies they have seen and replaced with another movie from the random sample.

Adding BACKROOMS. If yall add it as well, it will be more likely to get accepted!

Echo Moon

Got mine sent in. Went with Halloween (1978) for October!! :)

Hunter_Reid

I added The Book Of Eli, love Denzel and Gary Oldman in this one

Kimber Voss

Black Swan 🦢 my link doesn’t work but then I’m that person whose energy f*ucks up computers.. Why did autocorrect change swan to Sean & link to firm?? The answer is A, not B, but sometimes, C but not equal to D. I have my first mini practical in an hour & a half. I’m nervous. Apologies. 😘😘

Nate Terry

you know what. thats a good movie. I'll second the nomination.

Rekebeger

The Book of Ali is a masterpiece! Should've suggested it :/ Hope they go for it!

Perry Taliaferro

I would, and I will certainly be there for you starting next month, but as I have yet to see it, and it isn't hitting HBO until the end of this month (and I am waiting for it to hit there as I am a cheap SOB hahaha)... give me a month? ;)

Perry Taliaferro

Was watching Cheers just last night and Woody (Harrelson) was playing around with a basketball and it got me wondering what came first. That scene in the show or the movie. Haha.

American Mum Reacts

That's a classic even tho Mike will hide behind his hands the whole time... I chose V for Vendetta for 🎃

Jordan Tanner

This month or next month. 🤝🙂‍↕️

Jordan Tanner

Do I need to retry this one. I love the shining but I couldn’t get through DS

Perry Taliaferro

Well, I hate to say that you should give it another go and then you have the same experience and not like it, and while I totally understand how the directing and tone can be a little different in Dr. Sleep than the Shining, I think Sleep does a fantastic job of both continuing Danny's story, but also does a hell of a job "fixing" the differences that were in the Stephen King book The Shining and the Kuberick Shining movie (that King hated and most people, including myself, loved). I don't want to spoil too much, so I apologize for being vague, but if you read the Shining book and you saw the Shining movie, you know there are some differences. Dr. Sleep takes both, puts them in a metaphorical blender and the result not only makes Dr Sleep fantastic, it makes the changes that were in the Shining less... problematic. And I only mean "problematic" from the book stand point, not the movie. I think the Shining is an amazing film, I love it just as much as I do the book, but Sleep makes both of them better. Sorry as I can't go into too much without spoiling things ;) I will add that Doctor Sleep director Mike Flanagan did receive praise from King himself with the way he handled... things, so that is bonus point. That's a good question! I know White Men Can't Jump was his breakout movie role, and it came just as Cheers was winding down. From there he went from strength to strength with Indecent Proposal, Natural Born Killers, and more. He was also one of the regulars at that famous Garry Shandling pickup game. Definitely had some game before hitting the big screen. By the way, apparently it's widely listed as a comedy? I don't really get that, but okay, I guess that makes my suggestion invalid. For me anyway, it handles a lot more than just buddy-comedy topics. I guess we'll see if it passes for selection.

Echo Moon

I love V for Vendetta!! :)

Jacopo Gangheri

i will say Old Boy till the end of times.

Kelsey

great movie!! I hope they don't mind the subtitles

BS Productions Radio

Heat 1995. Surely this will get some support eventually! Al Pacino, Val Kilmer, Robert De Niro. There is a large ensemble supporting cast of great actors as well. If memory serves correctly, it was the first movie that De Niro and Al Pacino shared screen time. In one of the Godfather films, they were both in it but not on the screen at the same time.

I noticed if I clicked the link from the email notification, it doesn't work. But does when I click the link from the patreon page. not sure why that is. Same thing happened for the last poll. could just be my email problem or if others experience this. just an fyi

theshadowfax

I would consider that movie a comedy.

theshadowfax

I wish we could leave a reason for our suggestion. I think due to the unfortunate circumstances Steel Magnolias would be a great pick to honor Dolly Parton.

ODW

Well, if the test is whether the comedic structure is doing narrative work or just filling in the edges, then it definitely is not a comedy. If the test is just what IMDb says, then there's no discussion. But the comedy type we see today in the vein of a Ben Stiller, Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Steve Carell, or Judd Apatow movie, it is not.

Otzelhuber

I added Road House :-D

Sarah_M

I know they'll love it. I'm going to jump on the bandwagon! Good pick team! 🙌

Rara

Love this film!

Rara

Can we get the boys to watch Joker (2019)? Brilliant movie!

Stealthy Lunatic

Yes! Thank you for this. It's my pick every single time and I'm glad someone had the same idea. Great choice, though I am biased.

GARTHY87

Added Equilibrium :)

Pythagoras666

I went with Cloud Atlas - one of my personal favourites.

Echo Moon

That is a great film!!

PhantomSavage

Was torn between a few options, but ultimately went with Matt Reeve's The Batman (2022). If you thought the Dark Knight trilogy was incredible, you ain't seen nothin' yet.

Mogwai

Added Kill Bill in there, I think they will love the sheer amount of inspired shots and sequences

Tim

Black Hawk Down!

Robert

I put Sunshine 2007
