I had to get a membership once I saw you guys had this early access. We are around the same age, and I enjoy your reactions quite a bit. This movie is based on the book by Andy Weir who also wrote The Martian, another movie you should check out. I was surprised how well you guys followed the plot on this one, as I think, in general, you guys would get confused by the plot of Bambi. Edit: Well crap. I just realized you had the full reaction on here! Now I have to watch it again so I can watch the entire movie with you two. :)

I agree that film is the greatest artistic medium. If only because it contains all the others inside it. Visual art, narrative art, musical art, performance art, etc. Not to mention, it also contains its own unique artform: Sound effects. Nowhere else can you really hear what a 500ft nuclear-breathing monster sounds like in Dolby surround. When you successfully combine all the art forms, it's completely overwhelming.

First film I have ever seen in a theatre multiple times during its run. After the first watch I started reading a book, then I listened to an audiobook, after the third watch I read a fan's version of the novel from Rocky's perspective, which was also amazing. It makes me really happy that you loved this movie too=) P.S. I wish you'd seen it in IMAX, especially the sampling scene at Adrian. I was in total awe, as all the other people in the audience. Visually the most beautiful scene that I have ever seen in a movie.

Amaze Amaze Amaze!!! I've been waiting for your reaction to this one. I adore it and I knew you both would really appreciate it. I really enjoyed the ride, and to your earlier question, Mike, you guys were a little beyond where some of the other reactors were! 😉😁

I'm so pleased you guys decided to do this one. It's an excellent movie. One of the best of 2026. That was a fantastic reaction to a fantastic film. Mikey nailed it with the term "transcendent".

I fell asleep watching this movie in theatres, I was so bored. No hate to anyone who loves it, just couldn’t get into it
