Its where sam, the lord commander, and all the knights watch guys were rallied when they heard the three horn blasts for white walkers, and were ultimately attacked. When we see them again they abandoned the fist, and were making their way back south toward the wall. But a lot of them were killed by the whites!

The Fist of the First Men, is the location the Knights Watch set up camp, up top the mountain, were they found the Dragon's Glass (obsidian), where the "Army of the Dead" attract the Knights Watch, the the very end of season 2.

Before Theon is captured and Maester Luwin is killed, there's a scene where Theon is in his room listening to someone outside Winterfell blowing a loud horn repeatedly. Luwin tells him they want him to know he's surrounded and also to cause sleep depravation to the Iron Born occupying Winterfell. Theon says he knows he's surrounded by Northmen outside the walls and that Luwin doesn't need to explain siege tactics to him while saying he wants to kill the person who keeps blowing the horn. This scene establishes that Roose Bolton's bastard son has gathered a force from the Bolton's keep known as the Dreadfort as Roose commanded and gone to Winterfell to give the Iron Born Robb's terms that if they surrender they'll be allowed to leave and return home, except for Theon, who he wants brought to him alive. Theon is knocked unconscious the next morning by the Iron Born who want to accept those terms. Robb then receives a letter that contradicts what we see in that scene. The letter says that when Roose Bolton's son arrived at Winterfell, the Iron Born had already fled after having killed all the inhabitants and setting it on fire. We know this isn't true because we saw that the Northmen had Winterfell under siege and that the Iron Born planned to betray Theon and turn him over in exchange for their freedom. The next time we see Theon, he is in an unfamiliar dungeon bound to an X post without confirmation of who captured him.

You have to remember she didn't really believe him and his abilities at the start so named the person torturing people, then she was in danger and named the second, the third was to get safe. She could have named Joffrey but that don't end the war in my opinion, another Lannister would take the throne I think as he has his sister in that other place they sent her. I would say killing Tywin would have been the best first choice but again he hadn't wronged her like the torturer had in he kept taking people and killing them. I don't know but she is a child and not a tactician.

Remember in the fight with Jamie and Brienne the fact that Jaime has been sitting in a pile of his own shit for a year, most likely malnourished with no exercise or sword practice and his hands were bound. I think it would have gone differently if the odds were balanced. That being said, if there is anyone who could beat Jaimie in a fair fight it’s probably still Brienne.

Since you opened this video with a peach, I have to share that in the books a peach has a special role in the meeting between Renly and Stannis that was in last season. Renly reaches in his pocket and Stannis goes for his sword because he thinks Renly is going for a weapon. But Renly pulls a peach out of his pocket. And he taunts Stannis with it, basically telling him that he should take the time to enjoy the sweet and simple things in life. It is a funny moment in the scene. And it haunts Stannis, whose serious demeanor just doesn’t know how to interpret the gesture.
