Would you rather endure a military obstacle course and get covered in mud all over yourself (including your face and your camouflaged uniform) or participate in the drill team and perform routines with plastic rifles along with some pretty cool dance moves, like in Cadet Kelly (2002)?

Addie, what's the most challenging thing you've ever done? for example like a challenging project or task you've ever undertaken?

Steve SG-1

Would you react to some more hostage themed movies? I have a list in no particular order: Captain Phillips (2013), Argo (2012), Rescue Dawn (2007), Munich (2005), The Negotiator (1998), Air Force One (1997), The Rock (1996), Toy Soldiers (1991)

Randolph Tirazona

Taste Test?!? Liberty Orchards "Aplets & Cotlets" unless you have an allergy to nuts, but they do have "Fruitlets." The Aplets & Cotlets have been a seasonal tradition since before my time and we've enjoyed them ever since. Order directly from their site if you should!

LaserLamb

Hey Addie! I got 2 requests: the main one is, could you please make a playlist for all your Q&A sessions? I'm sure if all your patrons could watch them, they would answer many questions people have ahead of time. You wouldn't get the same q's over & over, we could all come into the monthly sessions an informed bunch!😃 My 2nd request, I think I asked in a comment already: please say the running times for the movies at the start, that way we'll have a heads up for differences in movie structure if we're stuck with a different version than yours. That's it for now! Hope you have a wonderful day! P.S. I checked out your IG. You're so lovely, & Ollie is such a handsome guy! 🐕

Chris

What movie that you've watched on here has been the scariest?

LightsCameraJake

I know a lot of us in the community have always wanted you to react to longer multi season shows. I know there are time constraints with editing and uploading so my question is, have you thought about hiring a 2nd editor to eliminate some of that time consuming editng burden so you could spend more time doing what you do best in front of the camera to give you the time to react to these loger shows? Maybe a 2nd editor could be the one tasked with editing these shows, for example or take on the copyright claims re edits.

Doug

Hi Addie, I checked out your watched list on letterboxd and wanted to suggest the Kill Bill movies at some point, it looked like you did some of Tarrantino’s other flicks (Inglorious Basterds, Pulp Fiction) but missed Kill Bill. (Was it an old Tarrantino poll and Kill Bill lost out? 🤷‍♂️) Also, as a poll suggestion, pick a bunch of Academy Award Best Picture winners that you haven’t seen. And if that poll does well, you could later do similar polls using Best Actors and Best Directors. 🙂

Nathan Swapp

Opposite of a pet peeve, what is a little pet joy that makes your day a little better. For example, I love seeing random cats going about their cat business around town, walking through fields or chilling on a fence.

phillip giroux

Why does my dog want to go outside but change his mind as soon as I open the door?

Thomas Wetherell

Hi Addie, I hope you’re having a happy February. Would you be interested in putting Argo on a poll in the near future? It’s a Best Picture winner about the Iran hostage crisis that is obviously a serious movie, but one that also has a lot of humor in it too. It’s one of my all time favorites and I think you’d like it a lot. Take care and all the best. P.S. someone else beat me to it as I saw it in a list of movies in another comment, hope I’m not being redundant, just wanted to point this one out specifically.

Thomas Wetherell

You beat me to it. All great movies, Argo is definitely my favorite of the bunch though.

Clay F

Argo (2012), Munich (2005), and Captain Phillips (2013) are my top 3 of that list.

Clay F

What types of books do you like to read?

Luis Fernandez

Who has been your favorite antagonist in the movies you've watched for the channel?

Luis Fernandez

The theme for this month's recommendations is, "did they mean to do that?". Here are three seemingly unrelated films that have something interesting in common: Dark City (1998), Requiem for a Dream (2000), and House of Sand and Fog (2003)

Jay Perry

Favorite song this week?

Doug

For the 1990s I’d definitely go with Schindler’s List over American Beauty.

LaserLamb

Dark City 👍🏻 One of my faves!

Doug

I didn’t see it on her letterboxd so I thought she hadn’t seen it yet, must have missed it. 🤷‍♂️ P.S. Shakespeare in Love was a fun Best Picture too.

Zachary Huneycutt

Hi, Addie. Got some stuff for you to check out as usual, but to keep things interesting, I think I'll let you pick this time. Let me know what your thoughts are on whatever you want. I'll send you some links in your Patreon messages. You pick.

Alex Tan

Will you react to The Replacement Killers (1998) with Chow Yun-Fat & Mira Sorvino? Will you react to Tears of the Sun (2003) with Bruce Willis?

Luis Fernandez

Loved the music for The Replacement Killers!

Alex Tan

Me too. The Crystal Method's Keep Hope Alive is an awesome beat.

Billy Dancel

Hey there, ADD-E! One month into 2024 and your channel has had some outstanding content already. 82.6k subscribers, well deserved! Both Band of Brothers and Chernobyl will have a huge impact. On to the questions… Let’s start with the loss of our beloved Carl Weathers. The Mandalorian was your introduction to him and you’ve met him in the Rocky movies. If you were in charge of the Academy Awards which role would earn him a Supporting Actor award? (When Season 4 of The Mandalorian pays tribute to him I will be falling apart) Lately you have included a good deal of quotes from past movies. Now that you know where they come from how would you rank these quotes... “What’s in the box?!” “A shrubbery” “Yo Adrian!” “Come with me if you want to live.” “I can do this all day” “Hello there” “As you wish” “This is Sparta” Skadoosh” “I hate snakes!” You can rank these in order before you record your video Final question “The Wilhelm Scream” You’ll recognize it when you hear it but what’s its common name? If you don’t happen to know it you can search it during your video. Thank you for your time!!

Randolph Tirazona

Addie?!? So have you started reading LotR yet?!? And if so what do you think?!? [FYI: from 78 to 92 or so I read LotR & Sil about 20 times 😆]

Billy Dancel

BONUS QUESTION I just saw that STAR WARS The Phantom Menace will be in the theaters on May 3rd. Does it pique your interest? It would be a great way to celebrate May the 4th (Be With You) a little early.

Phil Stubblefield

What factors did you and Jeremy consider when deciding whether to start a reaction channel? Potential income, monetary cost, time investment, enjoyment? Did factors turn out to be more relevant or less relevant than you predicted? Did you under- or over-estimate anything? (Just to remind your viewers, you posted your first reaction a bit over two years ago: _Back to the Future_ on November 2, 2021.)

Phil Stubblefield

Well, I somehow missed all of that! I'd love to see a couple of those reactions. What a pity that they're lost! 😟

DazzMetalStorm

What are your rankings for all the mcu shows so far?

Alex Tan

Which upcoming movies, that were advertised during the Super Bowl, are you most excited to see? The movies are Kung Fu Panda 4, Monkey Man, The Fall Guy, IF, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Inside Out 2, A Quiet Place: Day One, Despicable Me 4, Twisters, Deadpool & Wolverine and Wicked.

Alex Tan

...and what are your rankings for all the MCU movies so far?

Mathias

If you could choose, would you rather dogs lived as long as humans, or they live the usual lifespan, but are able to talk?

Jay Perry

Have you ever seen Burn After Reading?

Jay Perry

Do you play a sport?

Phil Stubblefield

Thanks for the info! I personally don't care much for _Beetlejuice_ but would love to see the _Ghostbusters_ and _E.T._ reactions!

Alex Tan

Are you still open to starting a P.O. box or are you still worried about opening up something that's snake related?

DazzMetalStorm

Pick one: Bacon Omelette or Belgian Waffle

DazzMetalStorm

Do you have an interest to start the monsterverse movies in the future?

Thomas Wetherell

Are you interested in watching Masters of the Air once you’re finished with Band of Brothers? I’m watching it right now and it is very good.

LightsCameraJake

Addie, now that you are done with the MCU for now, will you do the DC Snyder verse films? There is specific versions of these films that are what you need to watch, and not the theatricals which I have named for you. Not as many to commit to. The films in order go: - "Man of Steel" (2013) -"Batman Vs Superman Dawn of Justice - Ultimate edition" (2016) -"Wonder Woman" (2017) -"Justice League - SNYDER CUT" (2021) - "Aquaman"

DazzMetalStorm

How familiar are you with Dungeons and Dragons as a whole? Is it an activity you would be interested in?

Byrd N. Hand

The first 2 Christopher Reeve "Superman" movies and Tim Burton's 2 "Batman" movies are head and shoulders above any DCEU outing.

LightsCameraJake

I'm only talking about the snyderverse here. People say "oh it's bad" but 90% of every reactor who has seen them loved them and there is plenty of people who really enjoy the snyderverse. Yes the Christopher reeves superman and Burtons batman are also good, you are allowed to enjoy all of them and hope she reacts to them at some point as well 👍
