Superman: “Maybe there’s something to this partnership after all” Batman smiling: “Yeah right” Me: “Justice League foreshadowing” 👀😅 In all seriousness though, I love how the STAS writers understood Bruce & Clark’s relationship from the comics & did it well. Their friendship will continue to grow in Justice League. As much I enjoyed the movie, I felt like it was a mistake for WB & Zack Snyder to have their first meeting in live action be about them fighting in Batman vs Superman where it would be been better if they did a team up movie called World’s Finest and establish their friendship before doing a vs movie. Lol Hopefully James Gunn will deliver on a proper Batman/Superman movie. ^^

Also with how much you were angry with Talia reminded me how you felt about her when you first met her in Arkham City & how annoyed when she called Bruce “beloved.” 😂 #TeamSelina Unfortunately this isn’t Talia at her worse.

I believe (just guessing/speculating) that if Professor Black Wing was there at the end he might have been okay with Superman destroying the staff if it's certain to fall back into Ra's al Ghul's control and be used for evil. Ra's al Ghul conquered that civilization when he was a Spanish Conquistador hundreds of years earlier so I bet the Professor would have said, "F--- that guy!" to Ra's. Although it would have been better for the Professor to make the call to destroy the artifact than Superman.

This was a pretty great episode for it being the final crossover with Superman and Batman before Justice League. I'm so excited for you to see how Clark and Bruce's relationship grow in Justice League and to see their relationships and dynamic with the other members of the League. Something I did find out from other Lois Lane fans is that they don't really like how in this iteration, Bruce and Lois dated each other and as far as I recall, they have never dated in the comics. I do feel the same way as you when it comes to Talia and it does make me wish she would just let Ra's go and have her lead the Society of Shadows (or League of Assassins as they're usually called), especially when the Lazarus Pits has nasty side effects. It's why with each time we see Ra's he's gotten more and more crazy and unhinged due to his prolonged exposure to the pits. Seeing Ra's as an old man and dying reminds me of the Arkham Knight DLC that had you choose whether or not to save Ra's. But I'm so excited for you to check out the series finale since it's a really great one and the aftermath of it actually carries over into Justice League. And of course I can't wait for you to finally start Justice League. It's been one of my most anticipated shows to see your reaction to for so long and I'm happy we are finally getting to it!!

Yeah this was another and final crossover episode with Batman! This time it was Ra's Al Ghul again along with his daughter Talia seeking to steal Superman's powers for him. I tell ya that guy has always been such a mad man.

Aw Clark carrying Batman out at the end ❤️ I think Ra's knows Clark would be too incorruptible to even consider being his heir. Bruce also proved he's incorruptible but he has a lot more in common with Ra's. He's extremely intelligent, stragetic, ambitious and clearly has a dark side.

Kind of sad that this is the only time we see the TNBA redesigns of Talia and Ra's. Talia at least looks great. Another crossover, but not a particularly memorable one like World's Finest or Knight Time. Harsh on Talia all you like, but she's still driven by family loyalty. Unless Ra's straight up kicks her out of the family, she'll stay with him to the end. Agreed that Ra's comes across as far more pathetic here than before- he claims to have a grand plan to save humanity and usher in a golden age but has spent every episode either trying to make Batman become his heir or prolong his life further with forbidden magic. Lex Luthor would consider Ra's a mildly amusing joke, although he's no stranger to seeking immortality either.

It's also possible Ra's insane elitism wouldn't allow it. Clark is an alien but he was raised by common country folk- beneath Ra's consideration.

These next two episodes are some of my favorite and so freaking cool!!, but I have to be honest I’m so ready for Justice League Reactions
