The Zillo Beast Duology (218 & 219)

This? This is where Clone Wars really starts to hit its stride. Zillo Beast is such a fun arc and yeah, how it senses the evil in Palpatine is fantastic. Animals can sense evil or so the saying goes. And I think it’s not just that the Beast could sense the evil, Palpatine knew this thing was going to force his hand way too early, so it had to go quick. Don’t mind you taking time to digest. Of course, I really want you to get to stuff sooner than later, but at the same time, Clone Wars is an eight course banquet. Savor each bite. May the Force continue to be with you until next time!

You’re in the era when George Lucas just started making clone wars adaptations of movies he likes. Last time was Seven Samurai, this time was Godzilla and King Kong.
