To be clear not all Zabraks are from Dathomir, only the ones with tattoos like Maul are. There are zabraks all over the place.

Check out the tartakovsky clone wars from 2003 for the most GOATed version of Grievous

Eeth Koth is actually not Dathomiri. He's a Zabrak from Iridonia, which is just a different version of the dathomir Zabrak like Maul.

Want some good news? The creators of Clone Wars are smart enough to know they cannot constantly chase Grievous week after week. He’ll be a protagonist like Dooku, but rest assured, they know. I can’t wait for what’s coming though. Absolutely cannot wait. Until then, The Force will be with you. Always.

I think Caleb is right, that kid sounds like Tommy Pickles. That's got to be the same voice actor. Those kids are Cut Lawquane's stepchildren, but he treats them as if they are his own. As Caleb pointed out the timing wouldn't make sense for them to be his kids. The war has only been going on for a year, so Cut has only been part of that family for a year tops. But humans and Twi'leks can have biological kids, and I think clones can have kids. This episode introduces several named clones, Kix, Hardcase, and Jesse. Kix is the medic, Jesse has the republic flag tattooed on his face and painted on his helmet. They are Rex's main guys.

Unfortunate that the timeline (only one year since First Geonosis) makes it impossible for him to be the biological father, even if the youngest does share a similar skin tone.

There's more than a hundred episodes in this show. So when you go from incredible arcs like Genosis to something mid like Grievous Intrigue which is just villain of the week writing, there is going to be some whiplash lol. They did enjoy the deserter though and I consider it one of the show's best.
