Watched a great video yesterday (thanks Heroes!) on Hal Jordan, and it got me excited for the possibilities of S2, and also more appreciative of the writers and Kyle Chandler for his portrayal of Hal.

Also learned (briefly) about Parallax👀, and got interested in Rebirth and other GL comics! Would y'all be interested in comic reactions? I also really want to watch the animated series, and plan to try at least the first arc this month if there's time!

Oh yeah, I’d love to see you react to more GL comics! There’s so much to explore in this universe. Also, if you ever feel like checking it out, Green Lantern: The Animated Series is really good! It’s one of those shows I wish more people knew about. ❤️❤️

Yes I saw that you reacted to this on stream the other day and I'm so glad you did cause you get some brief lore about Hal Jordan and why to most fans, he is as even the video stated, the greatest Green Lantern. I'm also glad you got to learn briefly about when Hal became Parallax. I'd be so for you doing comic reactions, especially if it's reactions to the other videos I put in the DC threads on discord or if you did a read along to the comics would be also great too as Geoff John's run on Green Lantern is considered by many fans to be the best stories of the Green Lanterns as he was the one to establish the wider Emotional Spectrum and created the other Lantern Corps as they didn't exist beforehand. Though because there is a lot, I'm fine with you just reacting to summary videos of the stories like the ones I shared from the channel Tsaava (like the Guardians video, Hal Jordan's Villain Arc and Redemption and a video that goes over the strangest members of the Green Lantern Corps) as they do go into a lot but simplify it down to make it easier to understand and even give brief explanations on some characters that show up. He also has a video on the Blackest Night event where the Green Lanterns play a major part in it but I'd wait until watching those other videos I also would love if you reacted to Green Lantern Animated Series as the full show is on Tubi currently and it's also really great even if it's only one season. But I'd be so down for you checking it out!

Some great Hal Jordan green lantern stories to check out would be Emerald Dawn, Emerald Twilight, Zero Hour, Final Night, Day of judgement, Green lantern Rebirth (2004-05), Sinestro Corp war (2007), and Blackest Night. Their pretty good reads to for following Hal’s story progression all the way to the modern day.
