The final episode of season 2! You finally made it Meg! Can’t wait for Batman and Mr Freeze: Sub-Zero next! And then of course next you have season three, which was technically its own series, ‘The New Batman Adventures.’ Just a heads up on season 3/TNBA: season 3 is when they switch the art style to the same art style you see in STAS. With that change in art style comes some simplifications and a lot of redesigns for the Batman characters, mainly the villains. Some are good and easily explainable as to why they happened, but then there’s also redesigns like Riddler that make me want to strangle Bruce Timm for not drawing something better lol. Joker got it the worst though. You’ll see for yourself but man…

Mage Reacts

Bruce Timm just wants to draw Barbara and Batman on the roof okay leave him alone 🤣🤣jk

Lmaoo god I really love the man’s art but he’s just a giant horndog 😂😂😂 But yeah just wanted to let you know about the art switch. It’s definitely drastic but it had to be done to match with STAS and other projects going forward. Also, when you do start watching the new season, watch episode 2 and then episode 1, that’s the only out of order episodes, unlike seasons 1 and 2 which were all out of order.

I think enough people let her know about it, with her acknowledging said comments, that she’ll watch it before TNBA

And with this episode we are finally finished with season 2 of BTAS. Then after you watch the Sub Zero movie, you can binge react through all of BTAS S3 and STAS S2 and S3 without having to pause. But omg what a journey it has been for you watching this show. I'm so excited for season 3 or what it's actually called, The New Batman Adventures or TNBA. Besides the art style slightly changing (which some of us have mentioned to you already), the themes that the show tackles in the next season are a bit more mature as the restrictions weren't as tough on the show as they were for BTAS. So I'm really curious to hear your thoughts on some of those episodes cause there are some episodes that I would love to get your opinion and thoughts on. Really I'm just interested to hear what you think of all of it cause I do love listening to your thoughts on these characters and stories. You help me look at things from a different perspective that I otherwise wouldn't. And also ontop of your reactions to this show, I'm loving your playthrough of the Telltale games. This is reminding me of the hype I felt when you were just starting to play the Arkham games and just getting into the BTAS. And I'm so happy how far you've gotten. So thanks again Meg and I'm so excited and glad I can continue to support you and be apart of your DC journey! And I can't wait for your reaction to the Sub Zero movie

I also love how this episode is like a full circle thing as the very first episode (or episodes since it was a 2 part episode) you reacted to had Red Claw as the villain. And now we end this season and really BTAS with her as the final villain. I even love how the final episode of this season not only took us out of Gotham but focused on Alfred and his military history. I also do agree with you that a show like this you can pick up on really any episode and there’s not really a strict order you have to follow. However it means so much more when you know the context and remember the characters that you’ve seen previously. And you understanding the context is why I love most about your reactions and I at least think is more important. I’d rather you be confused about who a character is because you haven’t seen them before then be confused about the story being told. Makes these reactions even more enjoyable, especially by the end of it when you put it all together at the end or you guess what may happen next

This has been the best journey on your channel ever you did it Meg! I can't wait to see what you think of the rest of Superman and Batman then and then Justice League! Your gonna love all the characters going forward and yes the only thing for S3 of BTAS is watch episode 2 first then Episode 1 it will make more sense

I've watched every DC reaction but this is my first time commenting. I'd just like to express my excitement for you to get to Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Of course, please take your time with BTAS and STAS because those are amazing shows in their own right, but Justice League exposes you to so many new and amazing characters that it really expands the world building in such an amazing way. Many characters you've previously expressed interest in knowing more about are huge players in the DCAU going forward. I love hearing your first impressions on characters and you are bound to come out of those shows with a few new favorites. They also show classic characters like Batman in a completely new context which I'm sure you'll find interesting.

Yes! I'm so excited because Meg is at tip of the DCAU iceberg!

If you want more of Alfred their is a show on MAX called Pennyworth the origin of batman's butler. its about Alfred meeting the Wayne's. it has 3 seasons and I have never seen it so idk if its any good.

Next ep's gonna be jarring, Meg. Season 6, 3 for you apparently, is the start of ''The New Batman Adventures''. Two seasons that ran concurrent to a bunch of other DCAU shows, someone can tell you which ones, and if you can/should start watching them now... Basically, all the characters got redesigns along with the animation itself.... TL;DR : ''Eyyy less change dis 4 da keeeedZ, cuzz we bored, an' it's almost the early 2000s, so less be all hip an' cooooool, alsoooooo it'll ''streamline'' the process, cuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz''.... - Sincerely; The Creators - I' not even exaggerating that much.... Here's a rough 30 min video about it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5YV-oS4p08 Ruby, or whoever can tell you whether it's too spoilery yet, or not... Love ya lots, SO FKN GLAD yer on dis journey 💚💚💚

In many ways a fitting episode to end S2 on- Red Claw from the very first episode returns for the finish. As befits the quiet capable butler Alfred's SAS background is doled out in small, fleeting teases in the comics, also getting some exposure in the Gotham TV series. Sodium pentothal is the usual go-to truth serum drug in fictionland, and it does exist just isn't as effective as shown in many TV shows. You'll probably hear a lot of good and bad about S3, but I feel there's a lot more good to it than bad. It's still the show we all fell in love with, just with an art style change to bring it more in line with the Superman/Justice League series and reduce animation errors. Enjoy at your leisure and thanks for some great reacts.

I love watchtower database but I don’t think Meg should be watching any of their videos right now, there’s hardly any that won’t spoil things for her

Well Meg you saw the last S2 episode of Batman TAS! Alfred went to London England to help out an old friend only to end up in Red Claw's clutches. However as you said Alfred was hanging in there being a former British government agent man. Also Red Claw looked a little more hot than she did before in the very first episode.
